I work during the week as an elementary school librarian, but my schedule is very pet-friendly. During the school year, I’m available in the mornings for walks, playtime, and care, and I have my afternoons and evenings completely free to spend with your pet. I’m off on weekends and all major holidays and school breaks. Many pets are already used to relaxing at home while their parents work, so we simply follow the same routine your pet is comfortable with. I also have cameras throughout my home to keep an eye on your baby during the day, and I have the flexibility to return home quickly if any kind of emergency ever comes up.

Your pet will love our animal friendly home! We have a large, safely fenced backyard with concrete entryways and many gated rooms/spaces for your pet to feel cozy in. We have lots of toys and comfy pet beds and pups are always welcome on the furniture here. If your pup prefers a quieter, more secluded area, they can have their own room all to themselves.

It is super helpful for me to know if your dog is house trained, can be out or needs to be crated, bedtime routines, and any behavioral info you can give. I can accommodate almost any situation, but a heads up beforehand always helps. Let me know how I can make your pets stay a wonderful one!

We love to take the dogs on walks and play in the backyard. When everyone is tired out we like to watch movies together as a family in the living room with the pups!

Pet care experience
I have owned and loved animals my whole life and I have years of experience caring for animals of all kinds! I have worked in a veterinary clinic and am comfortable administering medications and caring for senior pets. My daughter and I LOVE dogs and cats and volunteer/foster at a local animal shelter. I would love the opportunity to care for your fur baby too!

Mariah was wonderful with our Bear. She kept us updated with pictures and status every day which put us at ease about being away from him. She even called to provide an update. She sent Bear home with a gift bag which he loves. I would 100% book a stay with Mariah again for Bear.
