About: I have owned some sort of pet, mostly dogs my whole life. I am currently caring for 2 of my own little ones and want to care for more. I have volunteered at local dog shelters when I was in high school and have dog sat for people in my everyday life. I believe pets should be treated and cared for like family and that’s what I intend to do! This will allow me to work and do something I love at the same time, I am a college student and I’m just trying to stable myself financially. I hope you will give me a chance to show you how well I can love, play with and care for your furry family members without trouble! I have experience with blind and deaf dogs and care for the stray cats on the streets because I cannot own one of my own at the moment. My schedule is super flexible as of now! I have a pretty open schedule and I am willing to arrange a set schedule as well. I do have a fenced yard that isn’t very large but a small safe neighborhood. I do have 2 dogs in the house at the moment, two little ones.
About: Dogs have always been my happy place! and I treat every pup like family. I’m patient, attentive, and very in tune with each dog’s individual personality and needs. I’m comfortable caring for puppies who are still learning routines as well as senior dogs who may need extra gentleness, breaks, or medication reminders. I prioritize safety, consistency, and lots of love. Whether that means structured walks, playtime, or simply providing calm companionship, I adapt my care to what helps your dog feel secure and happy. I also keep owners updated with photos and messages, so you always have peace of mind while you’re away. I currently work part time as a babysitter and dog sitter so I have plenty of time throughout the day to check on the pups. I have more than enough free time to dog sit, and check in on the furry friend at all hours. I love to play with dogs in fenced yards and if the yard is not fenced in I can ensure safety with a given leash.

I am very reliable for my friends, families and any neighbors who need help in caring for their pets 🐾 I am currently in process of getting a job, however, I can work with taking care of any pet with my schedule. My work hours will not be crazy during the day so i will always have time to check up on any pet I am taking care of. While watching any pup, I try to go about 4 times a day since i know they may be alone. If i do watch them at my house, i have a gated backyard with plenty of grass for them.
About: Hey I’m Joe! I’ve had dogs since I was born. I love dogs and have never had a time in my life where I didn’t at least have 1 dog. I am retired, so I have plenty of time and a very flexible schedule. I am happy to now don what I enjoy, being with animals! I currently have 3 dogs, they are all rescues. I take my dogs on a walk every day. 1 of my dogs has anxiety, so I have plenty of experience with anxious dogs as well as giving medications. I can’t wait to meet your pets!
About: I took a break from Rover for a couple years but I am back!!!! I love animals with more than 30 years of pet care (cats, dogs, birds, mini horses, chickens, rabbits, goats, koi, reptiles). I can help with drop ins at your house to care for your pets several times a day and pet sitting in my house. I currently have dogs, cats and birds. I also had koi fish for ten years and two huge tortoises. Years ago I fostered for the Houston sheltie sanctuary, and I continue to help rehome/rescue pets. I connect more with animals than most humans. I have helped birth kittens and pups, hand feeding baby birds and had a working small farm with goats, a pig or two, chickens and mini horses. If your pet has any special needs, allergies, medications, health risks, medical conditions, special food/treats or tempermant concerns, please share! The more info provided, the better the quality of care and attention. Additional fur babies can have a rate discount. Please check out additional services. If you prefer your fur baby be crated or have their own room, I can provide that. My pets are used to me watching pets and after the initial introduction, think they are part of the pack. Cats, rabbits, turtles, reptiles and hamster/gerbils are welcome too! I have outdoor cameras at the front of the house and driveway. Unfortunately I do not board pits or pit mixes, due to the age and size of my dogs. Also on a case by case basis, I can be available for larger dogs, would have to have a meet and greet. I took time off from Rover for about a year and a half but I am back and ready to care for your pets. When boarding and we are away, your fur babies can be in the front room or if they are regulars with my fur kids. I am currently working full time but can still board during the week. With my and my spouse’s schedules, your pet will not be alone more than 7 hours at a time. We are homebodies and enjoy being at home. Happy to take care of most types of animals. If you drop off or pick up your pet Monday through Friday in the am, I can accept until 7:15 am. Pickup or drop off in the evening is generally after 5:30 pm, unless a different time is available. I will always confirm drop-offs the day before with a two hour timeframe so that we both on the same page. I can dog walk on weekends and I am home each weekend. Bring whatever makes you pet comfortable, food and toys. I have a fenced in yard with a pool. Dogs are never left unattended in back yard. I have a big dog and small dogs and cats, they are all very sweet and older. I also have a separate room to board animals, if requested. For small dogs that insist on sleeping in the bed, we are ok with that too. Dogs will be taken on walks and play in the backyard.
“Amazing!!! A lot of pictures and kept me updated how the visit was going. Understood everything my pup needed and has a special gift with animals. My dog felt at home when we were away.”

“Diamond did an amazing job with Duke. He absolutely loved his walk and spending time with her. She watches Duke really closely and even tells me if she's concerned about his activity or his demeanor. Will definitely rebook. Out of over 10 different walkers we have had over the years definitely top 2!”

About: I have always loved dogs. I am super excited to have a job where I keep the dog happy as well as the client. I am extremely easy to deal with and will guarantee your dog has a great time while they are with me. Although I may not have any experience on paper, I do have experience when it comes to caring for and understanding a dog. Every dog is different, which can be a challenge as well as a great opportunity. I currently work Wednesday to Sunday 1500 until 2300, so I can care for pets on before, after, and on Mondays as well as Tuesday. I currently have 3 (very spoiled) dogs. They are a part of my every day life. I like to think I have done a good job training them.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Pearland
Alexis was a wonderful dog sitter! She has a lot of experience and helped me feel at ease since it my first time using Rover. Alexis was great with Hazy, who can be a handful at times. She took her for walks, fed her right on time, let her out for potty breaks, played with her and loved on her. I would definitely recommend Alexis to anyone!

I will not leave my dogs with anyone else.Ricardo is the most trustworthy and caring dog person there is. If he were to be unavailable I wrote just stay home. I have been all over the world and I have never worried about my dogs once because of Ricardo. He is Rover as far as I am concerned.

We had a great experience with Madeline! She took wonderful care of our three dogs and made the whole process stress free. Communication was excellent from start to finish. She kept us updated regularly and was always quick to respond. It gave us real peace of mind knowing our pups were in such good hands.

Jennyfer was so helpful and accommodating. We had to do a last minute booking due to an emergency. She made it work with her schedule and even went out of her way to make sure we had a meet and greet. She sent pictures and ensured that our pups were very well cared for!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
