Information Ricardo B. would like to know about your pet
I will need to know if your dog has ever been in a fight, how they typically react to other dogs, and any training they have received. Certain triggers will require controls and safety measures to be put in place in order to accommodate less sociable dogs.
A typical day
I start off the day with a walk or simply letting the dog roam the backyard. I work during the day, but when I get back, we'll go on a walk for a potty break and a 15 to 30 minute training session on anything the dog may need improvement on. Between the afternoon and bedtime walks, the animals play with each other in a supervised space (the living room), with treats being given for absolute good behavior.

Pet care experience
Every dog is different. I know this so I work to understand the dog to make their stay much better and easier for the entire pack. I have worked with puppies on basics such as leash, crate, and potty training. I've worked with aggressive dogs in the past, but ask that if this is the case for your dog, to keep them home and I will happily go to them. Consistency and scheduling are important factors in taking care of dogs. I strive to follow any and all schedules established by the pet's parents, however case-by-case flexibility may be required. Depending on size and activity level, I will either walk/ run the animal in the morning before work, in the afternoon once I come home, and again before bedtime to prevent any accidents. Smaller dogs can roam and run free in my fenced backyard, supervised, of course. This schedule does not impede on my daily routine, so I will be more than happy to put as much time and effort into your dog as I can. Dogs are pack animals and I use that mentality within my home. As pack leader, I am responsible for the safety of the group as well as maintaing order. I let them interact with each other and encourage positive, social behaviors while discouraging any negative or harmful behaviors. Only with severe cases of aggression will I keep any animal separated from the others. This isn't an issue as I will ensure compatibility prior to agreeing to sit a dog. Anyone who gets too aggressive will receive a time-out depending on the severity of the action. They don't like being alone and tend to be much calmer the next time around.
Reviews

I will not leave my dogs with anyone else.Ricardo is the most trustworthy and caring dog person there is. If he were to be unavailable I wrote just stay home. I have been all over the world and I have never worried about my dogs once because of Ricardo. He is Rover as far as I am concerned.

Ricardo continues to provide excellent care of my dogs each and every time I travel. I would be lost without him.

Best care for my dogs ever. I have no worries leaving them when I travel.
Ricardo never misses. So attentive and gentle with our girl.
