“It was my first time using Rover so I was bit hesitant but I can say Adrianna is the BEST! I had an upcoming cruise and she took care of my fur baby and home with no problem! She was very good with updates and arrived at a timely manner! She was very professional and has a wonderful personality! I will rebook with her again! Thank you Adrianna!👏👏😊”

“Callum is the best. We have high maintenance dogs, one of whom is old and has some special requirements. Callum took his time getting to know them and allowed them to get comfortable with him. I typically worry about my dogs when I have to leave them but with Callum I was anxiety free. Would recommend him to anyone looking for someone professional, caring and communicative to care for their beloved pets. Would give 10 stars if I could.”

“Laura is fantastic! She’s taken care of my young cat more than once and always sends me silly pictures. I really appreciate her being flexible with my time and she always communicates promptly. She’s definitely someone I’ll reach out to first if an outing pops up on my calendar.”

“For our first experience using Rover, Mia was absolutely spot on with how she handled drop-ins. From playing with our pets, feeding them and even cleaning up an accident. It’s easy to tell she is very comfortable with various types of sizes in dogs. We highly recommend her service!”

“We were a little nervous at first because it was our first time booking a dog sitter but Jenny and Craig were fantastic. They sent lots of pictures and let our dogs have plenty of time in the backyard. In fact, I think our pups were disappointed when we came home. We highly recommend Jenny and Craig.”
About: I’m a professional dog sitter with hands-on experience caring for both dogs and cats for extended periods — including over a month at a time. I’ve cared for large dogs and cats in their homes, ensuring they’re well-fed, walked, and loved while keeping their space clean and comfortable. My responsibilities include feeding, walking, picking up waste, changing litter, and performing light housekeeping to maintain a tidy environment. I’m reliable, attentive, and dedicated to making pets feel safe and happy while their owners are away. I have open availability and can accommodate flexible schedules, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Whether you need daily visits or extended stays, I’m always available to provide reliable, loving pet care. I provide loving, attentive care for pets both in my home and in clients’ homes. In my home, pets enjoy a safe, comfortable environment with plenty of playtime, walks, and affection. When caring for pets in clients’ homes, I follow their regular routines to keep them happy and stress-free — handling feeding, walks, litter changes, and light housework with care and reliability.

About: I will spoil your dog with affection and treat it as my own. I’ve owned dogs since I was 5 years old, and all of them have been deeply loved and cared for. Dogs make my heart happy and I absolutely love interacting with and taking care of them! I will walk (or even run) with them until they want to go home, or play with them until they’re over it when I do a drop-in visit. I'll make sure to only feed them what you request, because we don't want unhealthy pups. I just graduated from UHCL with my master's degree in clinical psychology - looking to make some extra money and meet some new furry friends before I start working full-time as a therapist! I won't be working full-time for at least a month or two, so my availability is pretty open. Once I start working, I'll still be available for some pet care, but my schedule won't be as flexible. I will be extra careful to follow any guidelines you provide to keep your pups and your home safe. This includes being aware of our surroundings on walks and making sure all the doors are locked when I leave your home!
About: Hi! I’ve had dogs of all sizes since I was a tiny tot. I have experience with crate training, potty training, and overall skills training. I’m currently in grad school, but the semester is coming to an end, so I’ll have plenty of time over the summer to care for your pup. I keep treats on deck and will make sure that your pup feels safe with me. Building trust is my number one priority and I want to make sure that not only you, but your beloved pup can trust me as well.
“5 stars… Vivian was on time and informative during every visit. I knew Honey was in great hands while we were away from home. We will certainly be using her services again. Thank you for being there for our baby when we were away.”

About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life and I’m super comfortable with all kinds of personalities. I’m used to feeding, walking, playing, and keeping dogs calm and happy. I pay attention to what each dog needs and make sure they feel safe and relaxed while you’re away. For the safety and comfort of all pets any minors or children will be supervised by me during all rover bookings. Im currently a student in college, so I’ll only be doing this when I am home. However, I have no kob or anything occupying me so I can come home whenever I want on the weekends and I have a really long break coming up. So pretty much all my time is free to be available for your needs. I have a huge backyard and frontyard. They are unfenced but I have 2 dogs myself and they do fine with the area. The neighborhood is really friendly so I take the dogs on walks at least once a day and feed them 2-3 times a day depending on the dog. I have lots of toys the dog(s) can use and play with and I will be there watching the dogs at all times!
“I'm so happy that Cathy was able to watch over Shadow again! On top of being caring and attentive, Shadow unfortunately had some GI issues while I was gone and Cathy took care of this. That's above and beyond caring. I truly wish that Rover would allow us to tip over 30% because Cathy's service was worth far more to me than that.”

“Rebecca was awesome with Davey right from the initial “ meet and greet “. She took pictures and communicated how Davey was throughout our entire time away . When we got a last minute cancellation and delayed a day in returning home Rebecca assured us that she would be there for Davey and didn’t miss a beat. Came home to a happy dog and house looking great . We will definitely 💯 book Rebecca again .”
About: I’ve grown up with pets my whole life and currently have two pit bulls named Widow and Daisy, so I’m comfortable caring for big animals. Taking care of them has taught me a lot about responsibility, patience, and paying attention to each pet’s personality and needs. I’m an 18-year-old starting college this summer. I currently work part-time and would love to spend my free time caring for your pets—it’s honestly the best way to spend it! 🐾 Your pet’s safety and comfort always come first. I follow your routine closely with feeding, walks, and lots of love (maybe a little extra lol). I keep a clean, safe environment and respect your home like it’s my own. I even built one of my own enclosure for my pet, so I know how important proper care and safety is. 🐾
About: I'll try to keep this brief or I risk sounding like Dr. Suess . I LOVE animals, even the ones who don't love me. Dogs of all sizes, cats of all colors, anything creepy or crawley or scaley is right up my alley. I grew up with dogs and cats but also rats and mice as well as scorpions, snakes, and lizards. I have experience with every stage of life for these animals as well as a variety of temperaments and medical needs. I have experience with hand rearing kittens and in handling rambunctious puppies. Every animal is unique and I enjoy getting to know each one individually and tailoring their care to their needs! I will say I do not have much experience with birds but I am happy to learn! I have a wonderful job that I love but there are gaps in my work schedule that I would love to fill with animals ! My mornings through the afternoon completely free , I work in the evening and I am available overnight. I will always care for your pets as instructed and to the best of my ability! Feeding, walks, and potty breaks will be consistent with lots of play and attention for the animals who want it!

About: I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life, so caring for pets comes naturally to me! I’m patient, attentive, and love making pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. I also enjoy keeping pet parents updated with photos and check-ins for peace of mind! I work full-time during the weekdays, but I’m available for evening visits/walks after work and have much more flexibility on weekends! I’m reliable, communicative, and happy to work with different schedules whenever possible. I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life, so caring for pets comes naturally to me! My roommate and I share a Maltipoo named Lyric, so I’m very used to different personalities from calm senior dogs to more playful energy. I also have a poodle back at home who is basically my daughter, so I understand how important it is to find someone who will treat your pet with real care, patience, and love. I always focus on making pets feel safe, comfortable, and happy while their owners are away and treat them like part of the family.

A huge shout out to Arianna for watching over my little doggo partner in crime, Echo! She great in communicating how Ericka was doing, and sent me pictures of him during her visits. I will definitely recommend her to anyone in need of a pet sitter. Thank you for all your hard work, Arianna!

Najwa was our first experience using the Rover app and we couldn’t be happier! She dropped in to look after our fur babies while we were traveling with so much love and care, going well above and beyond what was expected. She was quick and easy to communicate with and provided us with great photos and updates during each visit which helped assure me that they were in the best of hands. Definitely will be using Najwa again in the future!

Faith has tended to our beasties on two separate occasions (once during a long weekend that included some nasty weather and again over a long holiday weekend), and we will definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a kind, reliable and wonderfully personable caregiver!

We needed a last minute dog sitter for our three elderly dogs, and thank goodness we found Ella! She came over before the visit to meet us and the dogs who loved her immediately. She gave them their medicine and tons of love. She also took the cutest pictures. We will definitely be using her again!

We had an amazing experience with Sydney through the Rover app! From the moment we connected, she was professional, kind, and incredibly attentive to our pet’s needs. She sent regular updates, adorable photos, and went above and beyond to make sure our furry friend felt safe, comfortable, and loved while we were away. It’s clear that Sydney genuinely cares about animals, and we could tell our pet was in the best hands. When we got back, everything was clean, organized, and our pet was happy and relaxed which gave us so much peace of mind. We highly recommend Sydney to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and responsible pet sitter. She’s truly a gem, and we’ll definitely be booking with her again!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
To find sitters in El Lago with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.
