“Pros: we got our dogs back in one piece and they seemed to be fed and happy, so I guess I can’t complain too much. Negatives: *this is just constructive criticism and left 5 stars because I don’t want to affect the rover’s status as they seem to have many other happy reoccurring clients.* the only pitfall for us was that we only received 2 updates on our dogs 7 day stay and we had to ask for them. We only received 1 pic of each dog. This left us with a bit of anxiety while we had limited service and out of the country. So we would have liked more unsolicited updates just to ease our minds.”

“This was my first time using the Rover for pet care. Marley did not disappoint. We were able to set up a meet and greet right away. She was able to accommodate all of our requests for my mom's cat, Orbit. She sent regular pictures and updates of the time she spent with Orbit. Sitting in her lap watching tv or outside soaking in some vitamin D Marley's twice daily visits with Orbit helped keep her fed, calm, clean, and entertained while we were on vacation. Prior times when leaving we would come home to an anxious, upset, and very vocal cat. Not this time. I truly believe Marley's chill and knowledgeable personality helped make that difference. About: I absolutely love animals, and have taken care of them for as long as I can remember! I am constantly around animals and have committed my life to them. I have two dogs myself. A boxers and a mountain curr. I take my boys to the dog park atleast four days a week and we go on frequent runs. I am comfortable around all dog types, disabilities or behavioral issues. Two months ago my boxer got diagnosed with cancer, my worst fear. I am able to administer medication or anything your dog needs! “Pros: we got our dogs back in one piece and they seemed to be fed and happy, so I guess I can’t complain too much. Negatives: *this is just constructive criticism and left 5 stars because I don’t want to affect the rover’s status as they seem to have many other happy reoccurring clients.* the only pitfall for us was that we only received 2 updates on our dogs 7 day stay and we had to ask for them. We only received 1 pic of each dog. This left us with a bit of anxiety while we had limited service and out of the country. So we would have liked more unsolicited updates just to ease our minds.”
“Emily is excellent! Organized, friendly, very quiet community and walk/play areas. My puppy was very well taken care of and I received photos and reports daily. And she had everything ready to go when it was time to pick him up. I was very happy!”
