“Michelle was perfect to watch my puppy all week! She was so kind and sweet to my dog. She would even send photos of her everyday while we were gone and is very communicative. 10/10!”

“First time boarding my recently adopted dog Turkey. I could not have gotten luckier than to have found Roki on the Rover website. Communicated well prior to my dropping off Turkey. Was extremely welcoming when we arrived. Beautiful fenced in back yard and very gentle golden retriever for Turkey to play with. Highly recommend Roki.”

“Alyssa and her husband were the best. I was VERY worried about leaving my babies and she and her husband made me feel much better when dropping them off. Alyssa sent pics and videos every day. She was even very accommodating when my flight got delayed. Thanks again, Alyssa & husband!”

“Great experience! The whole family gets involved and my youngest dog is huge on attention so it was a great fit for him. And my older dog likes quiet and solitude which their house offered as well. Everybody was happy! Highly recommend!”

“Angelo was very responsive and caring. Loved seeing the updates given from him, the dogs looked so happy in every photo received. Angelo also took his time in the beginning to ask questions about the dogs which I highly appreciated.”

“This was our first time using Rover and we couldn’t have had a better experience with Hunter. Brew came back from his 7 day fun-filled stay with Hunter, Sage and Shadow well behaved and exhausted! I received daily pictures and videos of their adventures, which were much appreciated ? She took such good care of him and loved him like her own. I will definitely be a repeat customer if she’s still willing to take puppies after a full week of Brew ? Thanks again Hunter!”
“Memphis enjoyed every moment with Liz. She made him feel at home and he was able to interact with her family. If I'm in the area again, I would definetly use her again.”

“Dottie is very hesitant around new people so I was anxious. Angela was very patient with Dottie and before I knew it Dottie felt comfortable. Angela kept in touch with pictures and videos of Dottie. I will be using Angela again.”

“Emily was amazing with Dexter and so accommodating for his physical issues he's almost 15 yrs. and on medications for arthritis. We had a meet up so he could see where he was staying, he did great. He never did good at a pet resort or vet for boarding. He did well on his 5 days stay with her and it was comforting to get pictures of him getting familiar with his surroundings. He got along well with the other pets around him. We highly recommend Emily B.; she was a god send and wish we would have had her years before to take care of him. She is sweet and soft spoken and prides herself on having a calm and safe environment for the pets that stay with her.”

“We couldn’t be happier with the care Ashley gave to Ruby! From the moment we dropped her off, Ashley made us feel completely at ease. She kept us updated with photos and messages showing how much fun Ruby was having with her dog, and it was clear she treated her like one of her own. Ruby came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well-loved. Ashley is responsible, kind, and truly amazing with dogs — we highly recommend her and will definitely book with her again!”

“I couldn’t be happier with the care William provided for my dog, Gisou! From the very beginning, he was kind, professional, and clearly loves dogs. Every day, I got photos and videos that showed Gisou having a blast—she was playing with other dogs, wagging her tail, and looking happy and relaxed. Knowing Gisou was in such great hands—and that I could trust William to keep me updated—gave me complete peace of mind. I absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a caring and thoughtful dog sitter!”

“Caring and attentive, she knows the right questions to ask and will give the upmost care to your dog. She gave updates and communicates clearly. Your dog will be happy and smiling as well, thank you!!”

“Jenni loves Dogs and his taken care of lucky a few times we will continue to use her. Their two dogs are very sweet and fun loving and there’s a big yard and the house is really nice I hope you give her a chance to take care of your pup”
“Mia was very flexible and took care of my two animals, treating them as royalty. I had to extend my request a bit longer and she was able to accommodate. Received multiple updates during their stay as well as pictures, so I could definitely tell they were in great hands. Hands down, one of the best pet sitters I have dealt with since using this platform. THANK YOU, Mia B!!!”

“Sarah K. provided excellent care for Riley. This was my first experience with her, and she consistently assured me that Riley was well looked after. Throughout the week, she was quick to send updates and photos. I was very satisfied with my choice of Sarah. She is kind and clearly has a genuine passion for animal care. When I picked Riley up, she was in great spirits, indicating that she had a wonderful stay and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Sarah and intend to use her services again.”

“Jamie and her family were amazing! Our dogs were happy, safe and well cared for! She was completely transparent that she had other dogs there, and allowed us to take the time for all the dogs to get to know each other and make sure we were all happy and comfortable before we left. She kept me up to date with pictures and I know for a fact my dogs were treated just like her own family pets! We will definitely be calling her again!”
“We recently adopted a dog and this was our first time leaving her with a sitter. She has some less than fun behaviors we are still working out and Zee was great with her! We felt confident booking with her and during our vacation we received tons of updates and pictures. We couldn’t be happier and would love to book again for our next trip.”

“Megan helped me for a couple of months, and in those times, she didn’t give me much trouble with scheduling. She is reliable and trustworthy. Megan is respectful of my pet and my property, and is willing to work with me and my pet’s quirks.”

About: I have had 3 pups in my life, and had a roommate with 2 cats over the last year. I take care of my friends’ pets regularly, and am used to specialized routines for pets with unique needs. I am a healthcare professional who values safety, timeliness, and ultimately kindness. I work full-time during the week, but am available for morning and evening visits. My schedule is much more open on the weekend! Happy to work with you to find the best schedule for your pet. I have taken care of pets in fenced and non-enclosed areas, and I have had dogs that are both crate trained and not. Whatever will be best for your pup is what will be best for me!

“Nova was a great home sitter! She communicated throughout her care and kept me updated on anything that was out of the ordinary. She cared for my cat that has just under gone surgery, and she did a great job giving medication on time and performing the prescribed massages and exercise with my cat.”

“Madeline was amazing with my cat, Fluff. She was super sweet, kept me updated with pictures, and made me feel really comfortable being away. Fluff can be picky about people, but he warmed up to her so quickly. I came home to a happy, relaxed kitty. I’ll definitely book with her again!”

“Abraham was absolutely great! He was super punctual and very responsive from the start, which made everything stress-free. He took wonderful care of my dogs and made sure they were happy and comfortable the entire time. I really appreciated his communication and reliability, and it gave me peace of mind knowing they were in good hands. I already have plans to hire him again in the future and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy sitter.”
“Callum took great care of my cat Lily. We were able to arrange a meet and greet prior to him taking care of her over Christmas break so that he could meet her before taking of her. He provided regular updates and she quickly warmed up to him despite usually being shy around strangers.”
“Russell is first rate! He visited before I left and took detailed notes about my fussy little idiosyncrasies. He came on time, twice each day. He sent lots of photos to let me know that my kitties were happy and healthy. He even played with them so that they could get exercise and burn off extra energy. Having Russell take care of my kitties made me feel confident so that I could enjoy my time away and not worry about what was happening at home. I'm already planning my next get-away and Russell will definitely be a part of that plan.”

“Laura was incredible with our two cats while we were out of town! She kept our big friendly boy company, made sure they had plenty of food and water, kept their litter boxes sparkling clean, and even brought them little Christmas gifts on the last visit! We 100% would recommend Laura and look forward to using her again in the future!”

“Adrianna did a GREAT job with my pets while we were on vacation!!! She watched my three ferrets, cat, three lizards, and frogs and each of them were taken great care of! She had great communication which was so appreciated since I can be a bit of a worrisome pet parent😅! I was 1000% reassured that my pets were in great hands when any lizard parents worst nightmare happened! Our slightly chunky cat, Louie, jumped on top of our lizards enclosure and broke the top! Leaving the top exposed, causing our lizard, Gustavo, to escape. Adrianna texted me as soon as she arrived for the check in and noticed what had happened. She let me know that she found Gustavo basking on the windowsill and took a pic of her holding him and putting him back in <3. We had just moved into the home right before leaving on vacation so all of our tools were packed up in unknown locations in the garage - but Adrianna immediately offered that her father could drop off a staple gun so she could stay and keep an eye on our lizard to make sure he didn’t escape again! Before I knew it she texted me that it was all fixed! I was so happy and thankful that she was able to get the issue solved so easily and ensure my pet was safe :,) Next time I go out of town I 100% hope she is available for rebooking :) 10/10!!!!!”

“My dog is a foster dog who I adopted just 1 month ago. He can have seperation anxiety. This morning Timothy met us in the parking lot and helped transition my dog. Timothy was patient and excellent in helping my dog get used to a new enviroment. It was my dogs first day care and TImothy provided support and training for him. Appreciated him as a dog trainer and sitter.”

“Teri has been great for my dog. I moved to the Houston area for work and my dog needed someplace to go during the day that wasn't a hotel. After one visit, he was hooked. He gets just as excited to go to her place as he is to go to the park. Beyond taking great care of him, Teri has helped me find resources for him like vets and groomers. She genuinely loves all the dogs she watches and provides excellent care.”

“Susan took great care of our Quinn. Quinn has separation anxiety so couldn't be left alone while we attended an evening event. It worked out perfectly to drop her off for a few hours with Susan and her family. So nice to be able to enjoy the evening worry-free!”

“The Newsom family was the best that could have happened for my little Chase for day care. He had an awesome time over there and we are so sad that it was his official last day yesterday. I’m so thankful for their lovely and caring minds! Chase will miss you a lot!”

About: I have grown up with pets my whole life. I have experience with taking care of both cats and dogs. I currently have two dogs that are spoiled rotten. They rely on me to bathe, feed, groom, walk, and play with them. I trained my dogs as puppies and have taken care of my own senior cats and dogs throughout the years. I have taken care of my sisters dogs and friends dogs while they were out of town. I have a very flexible schedule as I work from home mostly. I have plenty of free time during the week or weekends to play with or board your babies. I have a fenced in backyard and have two small dogs that love to play with others. I can crate your fur babies if needed.
“Traci, Jason and family were wonderful put sitters. Lily loves a yard, stimulation, and kindness. She enjoyed all three while staying in their home. I would highly recommend this sitter to other Rover patrons. Heather Wooten”
“Hunter was an absolute lifesaver! She was available last minute to watch my puppy and did an amazing job. She kept me updated with great communication throughout the stay, and I could tell my pup felt safe and happy with her—she was so excited to see her again the next day! Highly recommend!”

“I have found Harveys people!! Angela and her husband are the best!!!! I can now go meet with clients and occasionally do an over night trip knowing my rotten little dog will not be alone!! I am so very happy to have found them!! Thank you Angela!”

About: Hey there! My name is Kendall, and I’ve been told my whole life that animals seem to have a special affection for me—and that feeling is absolutely mutual :) I’ve been caring for and loving animals for as long as I can remember. I grew up primarily with dogs, mostly Border Collies, until the time I went to college, where I gained my first cat roommates, and became a mom to my Siberian Husky! Over time, I’ve become the go-to pet sitter for my entire family, extended family, friends, and neighbors—something I truly love doing! People consistently entrust me with their babies (human and fur), and I take that responsibility seriously. I have experience with a wide range of breeds, including Huskies, Collies, Dachshunds, Boxers, Aussies, Spaniels, Yorkies, Dalmatians, German Shepherds, Pit Bulls, Golden Retrievers, Frenchies… you name it! I’ve cared for pets of all ages—from young puppies and kittens to senior dogs and cats—and I’m comfortable accommodating different needs, routines, and medications. I understand that every pet is unique. Some need extra encouragement to eat, special meal routines, or just a little extra patience and attention. I’m very used to working with those individual quirks (I even have a Husky who insists on a “taste tester” bowl before eating—true Husky fashion haha). Above all, I make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved. If you want the peace of mind of knowing that someone is truly treating your pet like their own and giving them plenty of attention, playtime, and affection while you’re gone, then look no further! I’m currently working part-time, and I already pet sit for a few friends, family, and neighbors, but I have a pretty flexible schedule to accommodate more clients! The way I care for each pet is different based on each client’s needs. I just try to do exactly what the owner normally would do for their pet, plus I make sure to give everyone lots of attention and play time. I also can take your pups on walks if they like that. I have a Husky, so multiple, long, daily walks are just a way of life for us! I’m also great with dogs who are nervous around new people or just always have anxiety. I promise I’ll become one of their new favorite friends! As far as pet sitting at my home… I have a clean, smoke-free home, and my apartment complex has two enclosed dog areas for them to be able to freely run around in outside. There’s also a huge loop, which is where I take my sweet boy on his walks.
About: I’m a professional dog sitter with hands-on experience caring for both dogs and cats for extended periods — including over a month at a time. I’ve cared for large dogs and cats in their homes, ensuring they’re well-fed, walked, and loved while keeping their space clean and comfortable. My responsibilities include feeding, walking, picking up waste, changing litter, and performing light housekeeping to maintain a tidy environment. I’m reliable, attentive, and dedicated to making pets feel safe and happy while their owners are away. I have open availability and can accommodate flexible schedules, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Whether you need daily visits or extended stays, I’m always available to provide reliable, loving pet care. I provide loving, attentive care for pets both in my home and in clients’ homes. In my home, pets enjoy a safe, comfortable environment with plenty of playtime, walks, and affection. When caring for pets in clients’ homes, I follow their regular routines to keep them happy and stress-free — handling feeding, walks, litter changes, and light housework with care and reliability.

“I’m a new Dog Mom and made last min plans with my kids had no one to dog sit. I googled dog sitter and came across rover. My sitter Roneisha was amazing she replied within a few minutes and she literally lives 5 min from me. She even sent me pictures of my pup which put my mind at ease. I loved the little dog card that showed me all of Jersey activity as she cared for him that day. I highly recommend Roneisha very professional and sweet young lady!!! Thank you so much I will definitely use your services again ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life, and caring for them has always been second nature to me. I’ve raised and trained puppies, cared for senior dogs with love and patience, and everything in between. I’m experienced in leash training, treat training, managing different energy levels and ensuring dogs feel safe, loved and engaged—whether it’s during a walk, playtime or while they’re relaxing at home. What sets me apart is my deep understanding of a dog’s emotional needs. I truly believe that dogs are healing animals and I approach each one with the same love and attention I give my own. I’m attentive to body language, responsive to their individual personalities and adaptable to their unique needs. Whether it’s a high-energy pup that needs an adventure or a senior dog that requires a slower pace and extra care, I’m here to provide the perfect balance of fun, comfort and love. It’s an honor for me to care for dogs and give them the affection and attention they deserve while their families are away. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule during the weekdays, which allows me to easily incorporate pet care into my daily routine. As a dog mom and a mom to three kids, I’m used to balancing care and attention for everyone in my home. I’m available for walks, playtime, and check-ins throughout the day, but evenings and weekends are typically dedicated to my family, making my availability a bit less flexible during those times. That said, I’m happy to plan ahead and do my best to accommodate any special requests! Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, safety, trust and comfort are always my top priorities. I take the time to get to know each dog’s personality, routine and preferences to ensure they feel secure and at ease. I’m attentive to their body language and signals, always making sure they feel safe and loved. In a client’s home, I maintain their established routine as closely as possible—whether that means following feeding schedules, administering medication or keeping up with favorite walks and playtime. I’m respectful of the space and treat each home as if it were my own. When pets are in my care, they not only receive my full attention, but they also have a very loving and social dog to play with, providing them with companionship and fun. Plus, they’ll be surrounded by my warm and caring family, who will shower them with love, attention and plenty of tummy rubs. I create a calm, loving environment where dogs can relax, feel safe and truly be part of the family while their owners are away.

“Alyssa and her husband were the best. I was VERY worried about leaving my babies and she and her husband made me feel much better when dropping them off. Alyssa sent pics and videos every day. She was even very accommodating when my flight got delayed. Thanks again, Alyssa & husband!”

When I am at work my husband is home to assist me. I have a fenced yard and my own dog to keep your dog company. I also have a crate to house either dog if preferred.
“Amanda was great! She was super communicative and took great care of our dog. We got pictures and updates daily. This was our first time using rover.com, and we will never go back to a boarding facility again! (Hopefully Amanda is free!)”

“Hector is very engaging and communicates very well regarding my pet!! He is very caring and does very well with my pet and I wouldn’t want anybody else to watch her. His animals are very well behaved and very friendly as well.”

“Wish I could give an infinite amount of stars!! I was SO nervous to have to leave my fur baby for 10 days to get married and be on our honeymoon, but Amy was so amazing from the first initial contact, and providing me plenty of daily photos/videos & updates! Mona had such a great time, and played like I’ve never seen since she was a puppy!! I cannot recommend Amy and her family enough, they were so sweet to my puppy, I was not worried for a second and was able to enjoy my wedding and honeymoon. Amy - thank you to you and your family!! 🤍”

“Thi and Jace took great care of Tex. They sent lots of pictures of him having fun. He came home happy and full of energy. I will definitely ask them to dog sit in the future.”

“Alexis and Sean were fantastic! They kept in contact throughout the entire stay and sent photos of the dogs along the way!! We will definitely be booking with them again! Ours dogs came back home as if they had not stopped running and playing their entire! We are very pleased and this will be the first person we contact in the future!”

“I am so glad I found Autumn to care for my only boy Jett. It was last minute during the holidays. Autumn and her entire family has looked after my cat and accepted his moody, "leave me alone" vibe until he got comfortable with his surroundings. Autumn made sure Jett drank from his water fountain - she knows how important for me that Jett is well hydrated! I got updates and pics which makes the whole experience smooth. Highly recommend Autumn for your furry needs. Thank you again Autumn.”
