I provide highly personalized, limited-capacity pet care for owners who want a truly attentive, above-and-beyond alternative to traditional kennel boarding or high volume sitting. Because I prioritize quality over volume, I accept a very limited number of bookings per month and do not overlap client households, which means your pet isn’t competing with several unfamiliar animals for attention. I also love going beyond the basics when it’s appropriate for the pet. That might mean extra play sessions, longer walks, special treats approved by their owner, or even joining us for an outing or adventure. My goal isn’t just to make sure your pet is fed and safe while you’re away—I want them to feel genuinely cared for, entertained, and loved. I have about seven years of hands-on experience caring for dogs and have raised and cared for multiple dogs from puppyhood. I’m comfortable with puppies, seniors, medication routines, and pets who may need extra patience while settling into a new environment. I also tailor communication to each pet parent’s preferences. Some owners love frequent photo and video updates throughout the day, while others prefer a simple daily check-in. I’m happy to provide updates as often as you’d like so you can feel completely informed and connected while you’re away.

Iahnna is so good with our old girl Delilah. She sits with, and calms Delilah after we leave. Today in the heat of the day Iahnna was outside with Delilah, as she (Delilah) sat on the hot driveway to soothe her aches and pains. Iahnna goes above and beyond expectations.
This was our first appointment with Iahnna. She was watching our dog and a visiting dog. In the short time we were gone, Iahnna had loved on both and taken both out for a little walk and potty break. The dogs enjoyed her attention, and I appreciated the communication, pics and reel.
She was very helpful and sent lots of pictures. Ricky enjoyed himself.

Iahnna was great!! Kept me up to date all weekend. Sent a bunch of videos and pics keeping me tuned in. Punctual with all visits and didn’t miss a check in. She’s super easy to communicate with and looks like she got along with my dog comfortably.
Absolutely amazing!!!!!!!!! 12/10 She kept me updated throughout the day with messages and pictures, which gave me such peace of mind knowing he was happy and being well cared for. She took wonderful care of him, and Bean quickly became so comfortable with her and really took a liking to her. I’m incredibly grateful for how attentive, reliable, and caring she was. Schedule
When I accept a booking, I intentionally structure my schedule so your pet is my priority. I do not stack my calendar with other pet-care clients, appointments, or commitments that would compete for my attention while your pet is in my care. This is a major part of the premium experience I provide. Rather than fitting your pet into an already busy schedule, I reserve that time specifically for them so I can be present for frequent potty breaks, playtime, walks, enrichment, affection, and companionship throughout the day. My goal is for your pet to receive the kind of devoted attention I would want for my own. Because I reserve my time so intentionally, all bookings are confirmed only after a successful meet & greet.

Safety, trust & environment
Your pet’s safety, well-being, and individual needs are always my priority. I live in a one-story home with a fully fenced backyard where dogs can enjoy frequent supervised potty breaks, fresh air, and playtime throughout the day. I currently have one cat and no dogs of my own, and my cat can remain completely separate from visiting pets when needed. For boarding and daycare, I accept only one client household at a time. I do not mix unrelated clients’ pets, which allows me to maintain a calmer, more controlled environment and give your pet my individualized attention. I follow feeding schedules, medication instructions, routines, behavioral boundaries, and any other care instructions closely. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I treat both the pet and the home with the same level of care and respect I would expect for my own.

A typical day
No two stays are exactly alike because I tailor each day to the individual pet. A typical day can include frequent backyard breaks and playtime, neighborhood walks, toys, enrichment, cuddles, relaxation, and plenty of one-on-one companionship throughout the day. For dogs who enjoy a little more adventure, I also love creating special experiences when appropriate and with their pet parent’s approval. Past dogs have joined us on hiking trails, enjoyed swimming and outdoor time at nearby Lake Mija, and even come along for a beach day in Galveston. Of course, not every dog wants an adventure! Some are happiest lounging around the house, playing in the backyard, or staying close by for affection. I follow each dog’s personality, energy level, abilities, and normal routine. My goal is to give them a stay that feels less like being “boarded” and more like having their own personalized vacation.

- Before accepting any booking, I do require a meet & greet so I can get to know your pet, understand their routine and temperament, and make sure the arrangement feels like a good fit for everyone. I do not accept bookings without meeting the pet first. I also like to learn about your pet’s normal routine, feeding schedule, medications, activity level, and any special needs. Please let me know how they behave around unfamiliar people and animals, on walks, and when left alone, including any history of reactivity, aggression, resource guarding, separation anxiety, escape attempts, or destructive behavior. I also love knowing what makes your pet happiest— favorite toys, treats, activities, sleeping habits, funny quirks, and anything else that helps me personalize their stay. Clear communication beforehand allows me to provide the attentive, individualized level of care I want every pet in my care to receive.
