🤍 WHAT A DAY LOOKS LIKE 🤍 I keep a calm, structured routine so your dog knows what to expect and can settle in comfortably each time they visit. My goal is for them to feel so familiar and at ease here that any anxiety from leaving their favorite humans melts away the moment they see me. A typical day may look like: • Early morning (btwn 5:30–7:30 AM) – gentle wake-up and first walk to start the day calmly • Late morning ( btwn 10:30 AM–12:30 PM) – a longer walk (30–60 minutes) based on your dog’s energy level • Afternoon ( btwn 3:00–5:00 PM) – a third walk, followed by rest, quiet time, and relaxed companionship • Evening ( btwn 8:00–10:00 PM) – final walk, wind-down time, and a calm transition into sleep I also do my best to follow your pet’s usual schedule so their routine feels familiar, even in a new environment. 🤍 CREATING A CALM, COMFORTING ENVIRONMENT 🤍 Being away from home can feel overwhelming for some pets, so I’m very intentional about keeping things peaceful. • I use soft background sounds and white noise to create a calm, soothing environment in my home—for myself, my cat, and the pets in my care • I maintain a gentle, low-stress atmosphere throughout the day • I give pets space when they need it, and closeness when they seek it 🤍 MY NURTURING APPROACH 🤍 • I’m naturally affectionate and affirming, and that carries into how I care for pets. • I speak to them gently and often—lots of “good boy” and “good girl” energy • I pay attention to their emotional cues and adjust accordingly • I build trust at their pace, especially for more sensitive or anxious dogs Some pets connect quickly, others take a little time—and I meet each one where they are. 🩷🤍 Every dog is different, but my goal is always the same: to create a day that feels safe, steady, and genuinely comforting from morning to night. 🩷🤍 🤍 MY HOME & WHAT TO EXPECT 🤍 • A completely smoke-free home • A calm, structured, and nurturing environment designed to help pets feel safe and at ease • Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays • Plenty of photo and video updates, so you always feel connected and reassured while you’re away And yes…you’ll likely get a few sweet (and slightly silly) moments too—because I genuinely enjoy engaging with the pets in my care and letting their personalities shine 🤍 I also share my home with my cat who is calm, dog-friendly, and used to having visiting pups around. She keeps to herself when she wants quiet time.

Safety, trust & environment
Your pet’s safety, comfort, and emotional well-being matter deeply to me. To make sure every pet in my care feels safe, relaxed, and truly at ease: • A meet-and-greet is required so your pet can get familiar with me in a calm, low-pressure way • Vaccination records and flea prevention are required to protect everyone’s health • I thoughtfully assess temperament and compatibility to maintain a peaceful, stress-free environment 🤍 SIZE, SAFETY & HOME FIT 🤍 To keep my home calm, manageable, and safe for every pet, I’m best suited for small to medium-sized dogs, with around 30 lbs as my general comfort range. This allows me to provide the close attention, structure, and gentle handling that are central to my care style. 🤍 FIT & BEHAVIORAL REQUIREMENTS 🤍 Your pet’s safety—and the safety of every animal in my care—is my top priority. Because I live in a dog-populated community and share my home with a cat, I am only able to accept dogs that are well-socialized and behaviorally stable in public and home environments. To ensure a safe and peaceful stay, I do not accept dogs who: • Lunge, growl, or fixate on other dogs while on leash • Require complete avoidance of other dogs in public • Attempt to chase, confront, or approach other animals • Have a history of escaping harnesses/collars when triggered • Show aggression toward cats or small animals 🩷🤍 Even if your dog is sweet at home, they must be able to remain calm, manageable, and under control when encountering other animals or people at a distance. 🩷🤍 🤍 CAT-INCLUSIVE HOME REQUIREMENT 🤍 Because I have a resident cat, all dogs must be: • Calm around cats • Non-chasing • Able to coexist safely without fixation or stress I use barriers for slow introductions, along with thoughtful separation and close supervision, to maintain a calm and comfortable environment for everyone. 🩷🤍 Honesty about your dog’s behavior is essential. It helps me determine if my home is the right fit—and protects your pet, my cat, and every animal in my care. If your dog requires a highly controlled, trigger-free environment, I may not be the best fit—and that’s okay. I want every dog to be placed in the environment where they can succeed. 🩷🤍 🤍 SAFETY & EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS 🤍 Your pet’s safety and well-being are always my top priority. To ensure I can fully support them—even in unexpected situations—I ask that: • A backup emergency contact is listed on your pet’s profile • Your preferred veterinarian’s information is provided 🩷🤍 If you’ll be traveling or may be difficult to reach, I also recommend having a payment method on file with your vet. This allows me to act quickly and ensures your pet can receive care without delay if it’s ever needed. I hope to never need this—but I believe in being prepared so your pet is always protected. 🩷🤍 🤍 PHOTOS, VIDEOS, & UPDATES 🤍 One thing you can always expect from me is lots of photos and videos. I’m very intentional about keeping pet parents updated, and I take pride in making sure you feel connected to your pet while you’re away. In fact, every booking I’ve had has included consistent photo and video updates—it’s a standard I hold myself to. That’s also why my camera roll is very full (mostly of your adorable pets). I love capturing the little moments—the zoomies, the cuddles, the kitty cameos, the happy walks, and the “I’m not supposed to be on the couch but here I am” looks—and I share some of these moments on my social pages as part of growing my business. • No personal information is ever shared • Just your pet being their adorable, unique self • Lots of sweet, fun, and personality-filled moments If you’d prefer that your pet is not featured, just let me know—no problem at all. But if you’re open to it…don’t be surprised if your pet becomes a little star 🤍

Information Malie R. would like to know about your pet
To provide the most attentive, personalized care, I like to understand your pet as fully as possible before their stay. Please share details such as: • Age, breed, and energy level • Any health conditions, medications, or allergies • Feeding routines and preferences • Behavioral tendencies (shyness, anxiety, reactivity, etc.) • What comforts them most (routines, phrases, sleep habits, favorite spots) The more I know, the better I can meet your pet where they are—and create an environment where they feel safe, understood, and genuinely cared for. 🤍 LET'S CONNECT🤍 I look forward to welcoming your pet and giving them a stay that feels calm, comforting, and full of care. 🩷🤍 Reach out to schedule a meet-and-greet. I’d love to learn more about your pet and how I can best support them while you’re away 🩷🤍
A typical day
🤍 WALKS, ROUTINE & OUTDOOR TIME 🤍 Walks are an important part of my care—not just for exercise, but for mental stimulation, calmness, and overall well-being. • Most dogs receive 3–4 walks per day, depending on their energy level and needs • Walks are intentionally paced—some are more active, while others are slower, relaxed “sniff walks” that help dogs decompress • I incorporate outdoor time into my daily routine, so your dog gets consistent, natural engagement throughout the day I also value quiet, present moments—whether that’s sitting outside together, gentle conversation, or simply allowing your dog to take in their surroundings at their own pace. This balance of movement and calm helps dogs feel grounded, settled, and more at ease while they’re away from home. Every dog is different, so I always adjust based on: • Energy level • Age (puppy vs. senior) • Weather and comfort • Your pet’s usual routine My goal is never to overstimulate, but to create a rhythm that feels natural, comforting, and supportive. 🤍 BRINGING A SENSE OF HOME🤍 To help your pet feel safe and at ease during their stay, I recommend bringing a few familiar items from home: • Favorite toys, blankets, crates, or anything that carries their scent (and yours) • These familiar pieces provide comfort, reduce anxiety, and help your pet settle in more easily • You’re also welcome to include any treats or snacks they love—small touches of familiarity can go a long way

Pet care experience
🩷 Calm, structured, emotionally attentive care for small & medium dogs 🩷 If you want your pet to feel safe, loved, and truly understood while you’re away—you’re in the right place 🤍 I provide calm, emotionally attentive care (✨ 70+ 5⭐️ reviews) so your pet can feel at ease—even in a new environment. One client said it best: "Wow. She ate both her meals with no issue. She must feel really comfortable with you.” That’s always my goal—not just care, but comfort, trust, and emotional ease. 🤍 MY APPROACH TO PET CARE 🤍 I naturally nurture. It’s simply how I move through the world. That means your pet won’t just be fed and walked. They’ll be: • Spoken to with warmth and reassurance • Gently guided into routines that feel safe and familiar • Given affection, attention, and a calm, steady presence • Treated like someone who is truly loved Your pet receives consistent companionship and supervision throughout the day. When I do step out, it’s only briefly—typically no more than 3–4 hours at a time—so they’re never left alone for extended periods and can continue to feel safe and at ease. I also keep my care intentionally small—typically no more than 2 pets at a time—so each pet gets the attention they deserve. 🤍 WHAT A STAY LOOKS LIKE 🤍 Every pet is different, but most stays include: • Walks tailored to your dog’s energy level and personality • Cozy downtime, couch cuddles, and lap time (for my Velcro babies) • Play, enrichment, and gentle engagement • A calm, structured environment that helps pets settle in with ease 🩷When your pet is with me, they’re not just being watched—they’re being nurtured.🩷 🤍 A FEW OF MY REGULARS 🤍 • Bondi, who jumps into the air the second he sees the leash • Caresha, my little lap queen who believes personal space is optional • Happy, who lives up to her name every single day • Austin, my sweet senior who enjoys a slower pace and extra TLC

Reviews

Malia is great at what she does. My pup is always happy to see her! I love how she treats my pup like I do, maybe even better. Caresha loves the good morning song as well.

Just a wonderful sitter! My baby girl loves spending time with Malia and Lullaby Marie. Very accommodating and focused entirely on the health and wellbeing of my pup. Highly recommend!

We were left with a last minute decision to put papa in the hands of a stranger for a trip. I did a meet and greet with malia and instantly felt good about our decision! She was very calm and had everything prepared to take care of my little guy. I will definitely be back for her services as she did an amazing job keeping us updated and papa happy!

Thank you for always being so great with our girl!
