Was able to come last minute! Showed up on time! Communicated well! She even brought my packages inside without being asked!

I'm beyond disappointed and I'm still heartbroken. I opened my house to her, to her dog, and even to her boyfriend and friend. When I arrived from my vacation after 1 week, my cat had a injury on her head. I contacted Raigan immediately and she denied ever seeing that wound. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, but when I took my cat to the vet, he told me it was a bite wound and that it was very likely a small dog or cat because of the size. It still doesn't makes sense why she didn't take my cat to the emergency vet when I even left her my credit card, emergency place info, and the kennel right at hand. It doesn't make sense why she is denying everything. She didn't even noticed my cat's collar was gone. As I told her before and I told Rover. My cat is super easy to handle, she has a fountain water, an automatic feeder, and a littler box she barely uses because she goes outside. She is an indoor/outdoor cat and that was the only reason why I was so specific with the instructions regarding what to do in case of emergency. Regardless of what happened, I wish she would have taken my cat to the vet when this happened and just say this is how she found her when she came back to the house. The aftermath was worse because her wound got infected, and I have been going to the vet every single week since this happened. 3 weeks already. I was hesitant of leaving a bad review because I know how important this is to a sitters' profile, but I can't allow this to happen to another person because I didn't say anything. She doesn't have the level of commitment, communication, and responsibility someone need to do this job. It's not all love and cuddles. It's a big responsibility, and you have to know how to handle these situations. She made the worst decisions possible, one after the other.

Raigan has taken care of my cats Ava and Bunny. The experiences were both amazing! My cat ava is a little anxious and she was super comfortable with Raigan. Raigan knows how to make animals feel comfortable and happy when they aren’t with their owners!

I cannot recommend Raigan highly enough! She took wonderful care of my dog while I was away, and I had complete peace of mind knowing my sweet pup was taken care of. She went above and beyond making sure he was fed on schedule and medications given. She even sent regular updates and pictures. She was also very dependable, punctual, and respectful of my home. If you're looking for someone trustworthy and attentive Raigan is the perfect choice! I will be booking with her for future travel.
