One required injections twice a day promptly at 8:00. With Sara, we were kept informed of daily doings with videos and messages. We always felt like the girls were taken care of. We could tell from the videos that Sara communicated with each girl equally and lovingly. I was so pleased with Sara that I told all my fellow dog parents about her. Sara was also very prompt in responding to calls and messages. Our dogs require 24/7 care and Sara made this a pleasure, not a chore. When we returned home, we knew the girls had been well cared for. We travel a lot and I have had a total of 28 dogs and cats so far in my life. I’ve been a volunteer at animal shelters, and love the bonds you can form with these furry friends we welcome into our homes. Since starting college, I haven’t been able to have a dog of my own, but am looking to befriend your pet and make sure they are feeling their best. “This was my first time using Rover, and it was also my girls' first time being watched by someone they didn't know, so I was definitely a little nervous. Anita was incredibly quick to respond to my messages and was so flexible when we were running behind schedule on the day of our booking. From the moment we met her, she made me feel completely at ease. Our pups absolutely LOVED her! Anita was wonderful about keeping me updated throughout the evening with messages and photos, and it was obvious our girls were having the best time. Our little one is still a puppy and can be pretty timid while she's figuring out the world around her, but with Anita she looked so comfortable, happy, and confident. She even lost her FIRST TOOTH while Anita was watching her! Anita actually saved it for me, and I was so incredibly grateful because I've never experienced that milestone with a dog before. It meant so much to me that she thought to do that. Overall, we had the best experience, and I truly couldn't have asked for a better first Rover booking.
