About: Dogs have always been a huge part of my life and caring for them is something I genuinely love!! I previously worked at an emergency and specialty hospital for animals where I gained experience caring for dogs with a wide variety of personalities, needs, and temperaments. That experience taught me how important patience, attentiveness, and understanding are when caring for someone’s pet. I’m comfortable around young, energetic, nervous, shy, senior, and high-maintenance dogs. I’m very attentive to changes in behavior or anything that may indicate a pet isn’t feeling like themselves. I understand that every dog has their own routine and personality, and I’m happy to follow their usual schedule and give them the individual attention they’re used to. Most importantly, I treat every dog in my care like they’re my own. I want both pets and their owners to feel comfortable, safe, and cared for while they’re apart. I currently work a part time job at a restaurant in downtown Oceanside and my shifts are only up to 5 hours at a time. So I have a pretty flexible schedule that can be easy to work around! When caring for pets in their own home, my goal is to keep them comfortable and maintain the routine they’re already familiar with. I’ll take the time to learn their normal feeding schedule, walk and potty routine, personality, preferences, and any special instructions from their owner. I’ll provide plenty of attention, playtime, walks, cuddles, and companionship while making sure they’re safe and comfortable in their own space. I’m also very attentive to changes in behavior or anything that seems unusual, and I’ll keep owners updated with photos and messages so they can feel reassured while they’re away. I want your pets to feel like they’re spending time with someone they can trust, rather than simply being checked on while you’re gone!

About: I have been around animals my entire life, growing up with family dogs and now loving and caring for my own cat. Over the past few years, I have regularly house sat and dog sat for friends and neighbors, handling everything from feeding schedules to long walks. I work a standard daytime schedule during the week, so my availability is tailored for dedicated weekend care and weekday evening visits. For house sitting, I am fully available to stay at your home from Friday evening through Sunday afternoon. For walks and drop-ins, I am available anytime on weekends and starting at 6 PM on weekdays. This allows me to give your pet my undivided attention when I am on the clock. Your pet’s safety and the security of your home are my top priorities. Having base access means I have passed rigorous background checks, bringing an extra layer of trust and reliability to every booking. I am incredibly respectful of your living space and will always leave it exactly as I found it. During our first Meet & Greet, we will walk through your pet's specific safety routines, emergency contacts, and home security preferences so you can travel with complete peace of mind. I also provide frequent photo and text updates so you always know your pet is happy and safe.

“Heidi was a literal rockstar when it came to watching our anxious dog, Kona. This was Heidi's first stay with Kona and she was really flexible in coming over for a meet and greet beforehand. The key exchange went very smoothly as both me and my husband could not exchange in person. All was going well for the first two nights, until our neighbor in the adjoining row house had a fire in the early morning hours. Heidi got Kona out safely, thankfully no one was injured, and was in constant communication with me, my husband, our emergency contact, even the fire restoration team that showed up later in the day. As you can imagine, with an anxious dog and a new sitter, we were really worried about the situation. Heidi had to relocate with Kona to her boyfriend's house as there would be no water for the rest of her stay. Given the situation, we had our emergency contacts take Kona for the last night of Heidi's scheduled stay; we were pretty concerned about her 'delicate disposition' (i.e. Kona is a basketcase who does not handle change and new people well). We are so thankful that Heidi was there for Kona - and us - with the constant communication, flexibility, and overall care and concern she showed for our little girl. Several of our neighbors mentioned to us that our dog sitter did an excellent job keeping Kona calm while first responders addressed the situation. I think it's safe to say that Heidi is an exceptionally trustworthy individual who can more than adequately care for your fur babies - no matter the circumstances - when you're out of town. About: Hi! My name is Isabella! Im a college student and have been around dogs my whole life. I currently walk dogs through a company, and have been for a few months! Everyday I walk dogs, feed them, and make sure they are taken care of. I also do overnight stays where I have to walk, feed, clean, and make sure i give medicine to the dogs! Working with dogs and animals is my passion so your fur baby will be in great hands! Pet care fits into my daily routine since I have my own dog to take care of. She’s an older chihuahua and requires specific medicine day and night. I administer her medicine, walk her, feed her, and make sure to give her lots of love and cuddles! I have lots of experience in taking care of animals. I have been responsible for making sure they get their medication, they get fed properly, and that they go on their walks. I always want to make sure that the dog i am watching is comfortable and happy!

About: I have taken care of many different dogs and cats over the years and always go above and beyond to make them and their parents happy. I have worked with small and large dogs, and can care for multiple pets at a time. I love animals so much and watching them is always the best part of my day! I have my own business so I am able to leave and walk a dog whenever I need to! When doing doggy day care or boarding I will often bring the pup with me to the gallery so it can hang out. I am very attentive and any time I am walking a dog I make sure to be very aware of our surroundings. Even when I let them out in a backyard I make sure to keep an eye on them. I always make sure everything is okay before I leave (checking there’s no food out, making sure they have enough water, triple checking there’s door is closed and locked!)

About: I'm from Oregon originally and I grew up with my own dog and would look after all my friends and neighbors dogs growing up. Now that I'm in California, I miss having a dog that I can take care of, so I would love the opportunity to help you with yours! I'm very laid-back and I understand that things come up last minute, so cancellations or last minute requests are always more than welcome. I can't wait to meet you and your wonderful pets! I work from home full-time and would love some company while I work, or a welcome break for a walk and/or play time with your pet! I love to show my pets attention, let them rest, and make sure that they are safe at all times. About: I grew up on a farm with horses and have taken care of all kinds of pets including dogs, cats, horses, bunnies, and goats. Neighbors, friends, and family regularly rely on me to watch their pets. I’m available for walks on weekday evenings and have flexible availability throughout the weekend. I’m also happy to dog sit either at your home or at my home, as long as your pup gets along well with my dog. When staying with me, your dog will get plenty of exercise and attention, including a morning walk, an afternoon/evening walk when I finish work, and another walk before bed. I’ll make sure they feel comfortable, cared for, and loved while you’re away! I have one dog who typically gets along with other pets. In my care, pets are treated with patience and love. About: Hey there! I have lived my entire 30 years with dogs. From growing up with two golden retrievers to getting my own dog louie at 17- and seeing him through his senior years all the way up until his passing this past February. We still have his sweet loving sister Nala who is 5, a tender gentle girl who lives for fetch! She may be timid at first meet but is just a submissive gentle girl who eventually opens up for fun loving play if the other dog will have her :) I have dog and cat sat for family and friends since I can remember. I absolutely love animals and take care of them with immense responsibility and care as I know from my own experience they are often some of the most important beings in our life. My husband Louie (my dog Louie came first they just happened to have the same name! lol) is also an animal lover and instantly adopted my babies upon meeting and has always treated them with tender and diligent care. We are responsible loving and caring pet parents who take the responsibility of looking after your loved one very seriously! Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns. We currently live in a home with an enclosed deck space, however whenever we aren't home we keep the windows and doors completely shut and locked.
