One required injections twice a day promptly at 8:00. With Sara, we were kept informed of daily doings with videos and messages. We always felt like the girls were taken care of. We could tell from the videos that Sara communicated with each girl equally and lovingly. I was so pleased with Sara that I told all my fellow dog parents about her.
