“I boarded my Vizsla (Gunner) with Charles and Rachael over a four day span. This was the second time I’ve boarded my four year old dog. After the first boarding (not with Charles and Rachael), my dog was visibly anxious and distressed. He slept for almost two days after getting back. I could tell Gunner had a much better time. He was the same dog coming out of the service as he was going in. Gunner got a ton of walks and even went out to breakfast with Charles and Rachael. Rachael was excellent in handling all the daily ritual quirks of my dog. Communication and scheduled was absolutely easy. I would 100% recommend Charles and Rachael to anyone. And I will definitely rebook when it comes time.”

Before the sit, Banafshe was courteous and timely in replying to our handful of messages with questions. She was gracious enough to allow us to bring Huxley over for a quick meetup with her and her lovely family), before the scheduled stay. Banafshe followed up with us the day of to confirm what time we would be dropping Huxley off. Unexpectedly, our pup had a tooth pulled prior to the boarding, and Banafshe was very helpful in ensuring Huxley received his medication (in his food). Throughout the time of the boarding she provided thoughtful updates and photos and was very responsive. She checked in with us to confirm when we would be picking up Huxley and made sure his items we left with her, were in his bag. 10/10. About: I have been around animals my entire life, and my love for them only continues to grow. From a young age, I was always surrounded by pets, learning how important it is to not only provide for their needs but to truly love and understand them. Growing up and all through high school, if I wasn’t working, I was at my mom’s veterinary clinic, where I spent countless hours lending a helping hand. I work remotely, so I can stay with your pet at your home as long as I have Wi-Fi access! I will nurture, feed, play, and care for all your pets needs. And above all, I promise to treat your pets with the same love I would give my own. My work time is split between being behind the computer and in-person meetings, interviews, etc. So while I work from the computer, I can keep your pet company, take breaks to give care and ensure their needs will be met with my priorities. But, I also might be taken for a few hours or more at a time but would be coming back home to your pet/s. When first getting to your home, I will enter just me (without any bags) to ensure your pet is comfortable and secure. I will adapt to the cues they give me, If they want to be left alone, played with, or cuddled! I will take in all care instructions you have given me and make sure your pet is as safe and looked after as possible.

While I am indoors with pets, I will give them my undivided attention and love, as well as making sure they are well fed and have plenty of water for when they will be left alone. About: I’ve taken care of dogs ranging from small to medium dogs but prefer to care for small dogs since my puppy right now gets along most with small dogs.
