Before the sit, Banafshe was courteous and timely in replying to our handful of messages with questions. She was gracious enough to allow us to bring Huxley over for a quick meetup with her and her lovely family), before the scheduled stay. Banafshe followed up with us the day of to confirm what time we would be dropping Huxley off. Unexpectedly, our pup had a tooth pulled prior to the boarding, and Banafshe was very helpful in ensuring Huxley received his medication (in his food). Throughout the time of the boarding she provided thoughtful updates and photos and was very responsive. She checked in with us to confirm when we would be picking up Huxley and made sure his items we left with her, were in his bag. 10/10. All ranging from different breeds, ages, sizes and energy levels. I grew up with a neighbor who breeded great danes and started helping her from age 10-13. Our family dog passed away recently, leaving a real hole in our hearts, and with our kids off at college, my husband and I miss having that companionship at home. I've cared for animals my whole life, most recently our family Maltipoo, who was with us for eight years. I always ensure that my parents get daily updates and frequent photos of their pet throughout their time in my care. For my overnight services I always request an emergency contact and the details for a local vet that you trust, if you have one. I have never had a mishap, but on the off-chance that there are any concerns that arise, you can rest-assured that you will be notified quickly, and in-detail!
