“Rachel and Charles are the BEST! They always take such great care of our Boston Terrier, Rocket. They are so thoughtful and thorough and I know Rocket will be in great hands whenever he's with them, whether for overnight visits or doggy day care. They are wonderful at proactively sharing updates and photos and are pros in dealing with fur babies. I am a happy repeat customer!”

“Marissa and her husband and pup are wonderful. They kept great care of my girl. She obviously bonded with them and made sure she said good bye. They were flexible and helpful. I would highly recommend their care.”

“She was absolutely amazing with my 8-week-old puppy! I was a little nervous leaving such a young puppy, but she immediately put me at ease. She was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond throughout the day. She sent lots of updates, including pictures and videos, which I really appreciated—it made me feel so comfortable knowing my puppy was in great hands. You can tell she genuinely cares and gives the dogs a lot of attention and love. My puppy came home happy and well cared for. I’m so grateful and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and communicative sitter!”

“Wonderful experience all around, very welcoming and dog-friendly environment. Boudreaux felt right at home immediately and it took all the stress out of our trip knowing he was safe and taken care of. Provided updates and photos and was genuinely just a lovely person, would recommend and use again without a doubt!”

About: I’ve been caring for dogs for over 2 years and have owned and been around dogs my whole life. I’m patient, dependable, and genuinely love animals. Friends, family, and neighbors have trusted me to feed, walk, play with, and care for their pets while they’re away. I understand how important it is for pets to feel safe and comfortable, and I always make sure they get plenty of attention, care, and love. I’m comfortable with dogs of different sizes, personalities, and energy levels. I’m not currently working any other jobs so I have pretty much full availability, I can host pets at my home with a fenced in yard and dog park in the neighborhood or have no problem coming to you! Fenced in yard, dog park in neighborhood, I have one small baby doodle in the home who is very friendly and loving to keep any pups company, can also keep dogs separate or crated depending on how you prefer your care.
“We were in need of a last min sitter and reached out to Angela who was quick to respond and accepted our request. She took such good care of our Lala. She kept us up to date on how she was doing and sent us pictures of of little girl. We will definitely be using her again!”

About: Hi, I'm Angey. I've always had so much love for animals, they really do make the world a better place! I have a wide range of experience with mostly dogs & cats. All ranging from different breeds, ages, sizes and energy levels. I grew up with a neighbor who breeded great danes and started helping her from age 10-13. Watching puppies outgrow me got me very comfortable with large dogs early on and understand them better too. On the flip side, I have taken care of an 8lb senior malti poo from 15-18 that needed a lot of nurturing and special care. From cooking her fresh food, adding skin supplements to skin salve, she was a new pup with a better quality of life! So I enjoy being thorough and conscientious in my day to day life. You can always expect cute photos, videos and updates while in my care. --Looking forward to meeting your pet😊 I'm doing pet care full-time along with my cleaning business. So I have availability throughout the entire week everyday and a lot of flexibility! House sitting is preferred so your pets can stay in the comfortability of their own home. I like keeping up with the routines they already have to make them feel at ease. I do Board small to medium size pups, I live close to the park and lots of places to potty. I will give them lots of love and play time!
About: Hi, I’m Diana! My boys and I absolutely love dogs, and we truly treat every pup like part of our family. We used to have a dog of our own, and we really miss that joyful, loving energy in our home — so welcoming your pup into our lives feels natural for all of us. I work from home, which means your dog gets lots of company, attention, and supervision throughout the day. Most days they’re simply hanging out with us, following the family rhythm, getting cuddles, or coming along for walks. My boys are 9 and 12, and they’re wonderful with dogs — gentle, respectful, and old enough to understand boundaries. Many pet parents appreciate that we’re past the toddler stage and have a calm, dog-savvy household. We’re an active, playful San Clemente family with so much love and energy to share. We also have a sweet, 15-year-old cat who was raised with a dog and is very comfortable with respectful pups. Dogs tend to settle in quickly here because the environment is warm, calm, and full of affection — the kind of home where they naturally feel included and safe. ⸻ Why Pet Parents Love Us • Work-from-home = lots of companionship • Warm, family-centered environment • Gentle, respectful kids (ages 9 & 12) • Daily photo updates • Plenty of walks, play, and affection • A dog-friendly senior cat • Dogs truly feel like part of our family while they’re here ⸻ What Your Dog Can Expect Your pup will be included in our daily flow — walks, playtime, naps, family time, and lots of snuggles. They’ll enjoy a relaxed, loving home where they receive attention, structure, and comfort throughout their stay. ⸻ Services We Offer • Boarding • Daycare • Walks, feeding, structured play, and rest time • Oral meds, cleanup, and gentle care • Extra love included in every stay 💛 ⸻ Home Environment We live in a cozy, welcoming home in San Clemente with a relaxed, family vibe. There’s space for dogs to move around, nap in sunny spots, and feel comfortable. Dogs are welcome on the furniture, and they’re naturally part of the daily household rhythm. ⸻ Schedule I work from home with a flexible daily routine, so dogs get plenty of company, engagement, and supervision throughout the day. Your pup will rarely be alone and will be included in family activities, walks, and downtime. ⸻ Pets in the Home We have one sweet, senior cat (15 years old) who was raised with a dog and does well with calm, respectful pups. She mostly keeps to herself and appreciates dogs who give her space. ⸻ Requirements (for everyone’s safety and comfort) To keep our home safe, healthy, and peaceful — especially with our senior cat — I kindly ask that all visiting dogs are: • Fully housebroken • Up to date on Rabies + Distemper/Parvo vaccines • On regular flea/tick prevention • Sleeping through the night (no overnight potty breaks) • Comfortable with cats and able to coexist respectfully These guidelines help ensure a calm, clean, and enjoyable environment for all pets in our home. * My rates are currently set to be welcoming for new clients while I establish my first few reviews, but still reflect the attentive, family-style, work-from-home care your dog will receive. About: I love caring for animals and strive to make them as comfortable with me in the home as you are with me being there! I hope to provide exceptional care to both you and your beloved animals. I am cosmetologist working part time, with this schedule I have plenty of free time and can be sure to care for your pet on a regular basis. I want your dog to feel as comfortable as possible and the only way to do so is making sure all of the house rules are followed.
“Jessica is absolutely wonderful. She and Mitch had my pup over for a Meet and Greet to make sure it would be a good fit. Today was his first day, and Jessica updated me with photos as well as a playful video during the day. Peanut had a fabulous time and was very happy and also tired by the time I picked him up. We look forward to seeing Jessica, her family and her pups again soon!”

“Jacqueline took great care of our doodle! Our girl had friends to play with and time to relax too. Communication was great - we got pics and updates throughout the day. We don’t leave Donna with just anyone and would recommend Jacqueline anytime. We’ll be back!”

About: I understand I'm new to Rover and I appreciate your interest and earning your trust as I care for your pet and build a relationship with you and your family. I've been in love with animals for as long as I can remember. From childhood through adulthood, I've rescued, cared for, and loved animals of all kinds, whether they're furry or feathered! Last year, our family said goodbye to our sweet Miniature Pinscher, River Girl, who blessed us with 18 wonderful years. She wasn't just a pet—she was family and brought us endless joy. Losing her left a space in my heart that I hope to fill by helping other families give their own beloved pets the same love, patience, and attention she always received. I understand that every animal has a unique personality. Some are energetic and playful, while others are shy, anxious, or even a little grumpy—and I genuinely enjoy earning their trust. I'm patient, compassionate, and experienced in administering medications, caring for senior pets, and making sure every animal feels safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away. When your pet is in my care, I treat them as if they were my own. My goal is to give you complete peace of mind, knowing your furry family member is receiving the same kindness, attention, and affection they would receive at home. Pet care fits naturally into my schedule because it's something I genuinely enjoy doing. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide dependable care, whether your pet needs a walk, playtime, cuddles, medication, or simply some extra companionship while you're away. I believe every pet deserves individualized attention, so I never rush my visits. I'll make sure your furry or feathered family member receives the love, care, and attention they deserve, while also keeping you updated with photos and messages so you can have peace of mind. I know that trusting someone with your pet is a big decision because they're truly part of the family. My goal is to provide a safe, peaceful, and loving home where your pet feels comfortable, secure, and well cared for while you're away. I live in a clean, smoke-free, single-family home with a fully fenced, secure backyard where dogs can safely explore and play under my supervision. I also have beautiful walking trails nearby for dogs who enjoy getting out for exercise and fresh air. To ensure every pet receives plenty of individual attention, I prefer to care for one family's pets at a time whenever possible. I'm attentive to every pet's unique routine and personality, whether they need medication, extra exercise, quiet companionship, or lots of cuddles. I'll treat your furry family member as if they were my own and keep you updated with photos and messages throughout their stay, so you can relax knowing they're safe, happy, and in loving hands.
“Just moved to San Clemente and needed a new dog sitter asap while we did the move. First experience on Rover too and truly was a great one thanks to Steph! She has the best dog friendly set up and it’s so obvious she’s passionate about caring for my pup! Already have her booked for an overnight stay coming up! Looking forward to having a reliable dog sitter in our new town!”

“Diana and Emily watched our dogs, Yoshi and Stitch, for an all-day doggy daycare while we went to the zoo. Diana and Emily were flexible, communicative, and our dogs had a great time. We had a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Diana and Emily to anyone looking for sitters that will care for your dogs the way you do.”

As of August 2026, there are 1,974 sitters on Rover offering Doggy Day Care across Agra. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.
Sitters on Rover can offer flexible scheduling, so you can coordinate times that work best for you and your pet—whether that’s early drop-off or later pick-up to match your Agra commute.
If your schedule changes, it’s best to let your sitter know through the app as early as possible. Many sitters can adjust pick-up and drop-off times when needed.
Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.
A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.
Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:
- For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
- For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
- For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.
Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in CA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, Rover is well-suited for finding sitters who can care for your pet within 24 hours. With 1,974 sitters in Agra, 87% respond to messages in under an hour.
You can message multiple sitters simultaneously to find the fastest available match. If you need care today or tomorrow, you can look for sitters with a "calendar last updated" notice on their profiles.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
