About: We're recent empty nesters looking to share our love with a furry friend. Our family dog passed away recently, leaving a real hole in our hearts, and with our kids off at college, my husband and I miss having that companionship at home. I've cared for animals my whole life, most recently our family Maltipoo, who was with us for eight years. She needed a bit of extra care along the way — including knee surgery on both rear legs for a luxating patella, and extra attention after she went blind in her final year. That experience taught me a lot about patience and hands-on care, and I'd welcome a dog who needs some extra love, whether or not they come with special needs. I work from home, so your dog would never be left alone for long stretches — I have plenty of time for walks, play, and simply being present. Being we live in an area with coyotes and other wild animals, I would never leave your dog outside alone and would always have them with me on a leash including at the local park. With no kids, I will make sure there is nothing they can get into or find to chew on in the home.

About: Hi, I'm Angey. I've always had so much love for animals, they really do make the world a better place! I have a wide range of experience with mostly dogs & cats. All ranging from different breeds, ages, sizes and energy levels. I grew up with a neighbor who breeded great danes and started helping her from age 10-13. Watching puppies outgrow me got me very comfortable with large dogs early on and understand them better too. On the flip side, I have taken care of an 8lb senior malti poo from 15-18 that needed a lot of nurturing and special care. From cooking her fresh food, adding skin supplements to skin salve, she was a new pup with a better quality of life! So I enjoy being thorough and conscientious in my day to day life. You can always expect cute photos, videos and updates while in my care. --Looking forward to meeting your pet😊 I'm doing pet care full-time, I have weekly walks in San Clemente and have availability throughout the week. So my schedule has flexibility. House sitting is preferred so your pets can stay in the comfortability of their own home. I like keeping up with the routines they already have to make them feel at ease. I do Board small to medium size pups, I live close to the park and lots of places to potty. I will give them lots of love and play time!

About: Works from home, fully fenced 10,000 sq ft yard! I've been pet sitting and dog walking for over 12 years, including working with repeat families. I’ve lived in an apartment the last few years, and paused Rover because it wasn’t an ideal set up. I'd love to build long-lasting relationships where I can continue to watch your pets over the years, so they are comfortable with me and I learn their typical behaviors and routines.
