“I took a "test drive" with Mark, leaving my dogs with him for a day. He was a great match for my 2 older dogs. He knew how to match their energy and had a very calm presence when they first met him. My pups will usually bark at people when they first met them but not at Mark. They were fine with him for a full day. He took them for a walk and they were fine for him. My "party pup" wanted more pets from Mark before we left. I definitely recommend Mark for a calm & comfortable person & place of care.”
About: I am retired as of a few years ago, and we just lost our Bailey girl at 14 years old a few years back. I haven’t adopted a new dog since and instead am taking care of our kids dogs when they go out of town but do miss having a dog around. I’ve cared for about 6 dogs over my lifetime, and would love to care for your pup too. We have a huge yard that is fenced in for them to go out and play and a large neighborhood great for walks. A few of the dogs I have taken care, love to run in our backyard because there is room for them to run. Since I’m retired I have plenty of free time to take care of and play with pups. I love dogs and enjoy interacting with them. I want them to be happy and safe. I have a large, fully fenced in backyard and a separate fenced in side yard both of which can be closed and keep the dog inside. I also welcome any crates if a dog feels more comfortable in a crate at night. If a dog is well behaved at night, they could also bring a bed and sleep next to our bed.

Our dog’s stay with Anu was great. He’s an anxious dog and can be weary of strangers but he had a good time staying with Anu at her house. When I picked up Fox he was relaxed and happy. She was accommodating and super easy to coordinate with. We’d happily leave him with Anu again.
Chris was so helpful with being able to pick up Ozzy for us while we were out of town. He genuinely cares about the dogs and watches over them like they were his own beloved pets. We continue to come back because we trust that Ozzy is well cared for in Chris’s home. We highly recommend Chris!
Twix had such a great time with Claudia and her sweet dog, Wally! She took them to the park where twix had lots of fun, and kept us updated throughout the day with photos and messages. Jonathan was awesome! Our boy Murph is reactive, gets overaroused easily, steals anything he can get his hands on, and generally not super great with strangers (aka REALLY challenging). Jonathan followed our exact directions when first meeting him and Murph ended up loving him. You can definitely tell he has a lot of experience and patience. When we picked Murph up from daycare he seemed happy and calm, not stressed like he normally is at bigger daycares. He got two long walks and made two friends along the way. We look forward to booking with him again!
Ashley is a caring and kind sitter who did a wonderful job taking care of our dog Henry. She made sure he was loved and comfortable while at her home. She has two sweetest girls that are amazing with your dog and Henry loved all the attention he received from them.
