I’m a lifelong dog lover with hands-on experience caring for dogs of all sizes, ages, and temperaments. I’ve been around dogs my entire life, and for the past eight years I’ve volunteered as a dog handler and foster with my county animal shelter, where I specialize in working with large dogs experiencing anxiety, fear, or behavioral challenges. In addition to behavioral work, I’ve also cared for puppies and for dogs recovering from medical trauma, including those who need extra patience, gentle handling, and calm routines while they heal.
