About: My love for pets stemmed from a young age. I grew up owning many dogs and I now currently own a handsome cane corso who I rescued. About: My mom raised me from the beginning about being gentle and empathetic towards animals. She showed me how to care for all types of animals and give them the very best lives we could. If your dog has a documented medical restriction, please let me know before booking so we can discuss your veterinarian’s recommendations and determine whether I can safely accommodate your pet. All boarding guests must arrive flea- and tick-free. If fleas or ticks are discovered during your dog’s stay, I will contact you before administering any treatment. The pet parent will be responsible for the cost of any approved treatment, as well as a $100 flea cleaning fee to cover the additional cleaning and sanitizing required in my home. Any extraordinary professional pest-control expenses resulting from an active infestation may also be the pet parent’s responsibility. Please also let me know in advance about any medical conditions, medication sensitivities, vaccine reactions, allergies, or other important health information. ❤️ I’m currently completing professional training from home, so I spend most of my day at home. This allows me to provide consistent supervision, frequent potty breaks, walks, playtime, and lots of companionship for the pets in my care. Our home is shared with our small dog, Glitch, and our indoor cat, Vinnie. Both are important members of our family. Glitch enjoys having canine visitors, and he has always done well with dogs in our home. To keep everyone safe and comfortable, I carefully introduce dogs and only accept dogs that are friendly with cats. We have a fully fenced yard. I’m happy to accommodate your dog’s normal routine, including using a crate if they’re already crate trained and comfortable with it.

“Ellie recently cared for our two dogs while we were away for several days. From the moment we dropped them off, it was evident that Ellie takes her job as a caregiver very seriously. She has a nice set up for both dogs, with beds, crates, and a fenced outdoor area for play. She adhered to the general schedule we provided, and offered a balanced diet, exercise and walk routines, lots of cuddles, and a comfortable area for them to rest. This is the first time we've ever had our dogs come home more well behaved than when we left. Ellie clearly loves the dogs in her care; she's warm, patient, and genuinely affectionate. She goes out of her way to create a positive and nurturing environment, and even offered some great suggestions for later, when she noticed Max didn't really care for his food. We also received multiple daily updates, both photo and video, and loved seeing what they were up to throughout the day. It was very reassuring. Our younger dog is anxious and not well socialized; she had a rough upbringing before she came to us and we've never boarded her because we didn't know if she would be comfortable. About: I’ve always been around animals and genuinely love them, especially Golden Retrievers. My friends and family trust me with their dogs because I actually enjoy spending time with them. I hang out with them, play with them, take them on walks, and make sure they get plenty of attention. I don’t personally have a dog at the moment because I travel from time to time, but dogs have always been a big part of my life. My wife has owned two dogs, and I’ve personally had cats, so I’m very comfortable around animals and caring for them. I’m patient, calm, and good at building trust, especially with pets who may need a little time to warm up. I understand that every pet has their own personality and routine, and I’ll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while they’re with me. I will personally be the one providing all care for any pets booked through my Rover profile. I’m available mornings and evenings for dog walking, drop-in visits, house sitting, and boarding. I enjoy spending real time with the pets I care for, whether that means going on walks, playing, hanging out, or just keeping them company. Since I live in an apartment, the best fit would be a dog who is house trained, calm indoors, and comfortable using either the elevator or stairs.
