16 to 40 lbs
Dogs over 1 year old
Spayed and neutered dogs only

Availability

Diana works from home full time while Emily is on a hybrid schedule. That being said, your dog will always have someone nearby. We both enjoy taking walks or going on runs, and we'd be happy to incorporate your dog into our daily routine. If your dog requires a bit more activity, we can easily make time throughout the day to go get some zoomies out! We maintain a pretty easy going home, and believe that energy will help ease any anxieties your dog may feel in a new space.

Information Diana S. would like to know about your pet

It would be helpful for us to know in advance if your dog has any triggers or sensitivities so we can be aware of them when outside or within our home. We wouldn't want to add stress to your dog in any way, and knowing these triggers in advance would be greatly helpful (i.e., anxiety with other dogs we may encounter on a walk, fearful of loud noises such as fireworks, jumping at skateboarders or bikers). It would also be great to get a sense for how your pup does around other dogs since we are highly likely to encounter them on our walks in our neighborhood. As mentioned above, Emily and I have worked with dogs of all breeds, so as long as we communicate about your dog's needs, we should be good!

A typical day

We have a pretty wonderful routine that allows for flexibility and lots of time outdoors. We will adjust, as needed, for your dog’s preferences and abilities, of course. When watching dogs, we typically start our day with a morning walk of the neighborhood. We return home to log into work and head out for a lunchtime walk around noon. In the evenings, after work, we'll explore a bit more, taking into consideration how much energy still needs to be expended (or if cuddles are in order). If it's the weekend, then anything goes! All in all, our household has a pretty active and outdoor lifestyle as it is, and we welcome any furry friend to join us for the fun!

Dog Lover of all Breeds and Needs!

Pet care experience

Hello and thank you for visiting our page! My partner, Emily, and I are excited to meet and host your dog(s)! We've both been in the dog sitting world for many years - I've lost count by now - and am looking to make some more connections of owners looking for sitters. We have each watched a number of different breeds with varying levels of activity and needs - teething pups in training; very anxious & active breeds; even caring for a dog with severe health issues that required a daily medications. Regardless of the age, health, size, breed of your dog, we’re excited at the prospects of meeting your pup. Please do not hesitate to ask if you have any questions or special requests - we are firm believers of sticking to schedules and/or rules of your home, so I'd be sure to uphold any expectations that you have as an owner for your dog. At the end of the day, we’ll be sure your dog is well loved and receives a lot of attention. Looking forward to meeting with you and your pup! Thank you for reading! Diana & Emily

We are so happy that we found Diana to take care of our pup. Our dog has special medical needs and so we are hesitant to leave her with anyone but family. Diana is so warm and friendly, and our dog was immediately comfortable with her. Their home and yard is perfect as well. Diana sent a few photos and communicated just the right amount. A great stay!
