“Kelly and her family were great. She sent us constant text and video updates that were very appreciated. She was very easy to communicate with and helped coordinate or semi-complicated drop off. Our dog got plenty of exercise and she was with Kelly. Thanks so much for taking such good care! 100% will always be a returning client.”

About: Hi my name is Jaycee I am a mom to 4 grown daughters and have had pets my whole life. I know it can be hard to find a trusted pet sitter but I am here to give you peace of mind. I am extremely reliable, responsible and easy to get along with. I am active and don’t work so I have lots of time to offer to your pets. Contact me if you have any questions. I am active and I don’t work so I have lots of time to offer to your pets. I am available 7 days a week. When caring for pets in my home, I love to have the pet feel like nothing has changed! If the dog loves to sleep in the bed, I am all for it! I like to keep the animals routine in place while the owners are away, I love to send photos and take cute pictures. Most of my time is spent at home so your dog will never be lonely.
“Leslie was absolutely amazing. The sweetest person on earth, she was so patient and so willing to do everything for my dog. My dog was very anxious and was having a little bit of the bubble guts for this trip and she was so willing to take care of him even with the issues at hand. I would definitely recommend her to anybody staying in the area and need somebody to watch their dog for a couple of days or even just for a day.”

“Beth and her daughters did a great job sitting for our 2 dogs. Beth stayed at the house for a week, and not only gave the pups lots of time, love and attention, but she left the place spotless (she also fed my daughter's bird)! She sent us photos every day and gave us ample updates, so communication was a breeze. I would highly recommend her for your pet sitting needs.”

“Heather was wonderful! She did a great job taking care of my dog while I was out of town. It was my first time leaving her overnight, so it was important to me that I found a good home for her to stay at. Heather sent me photos and videos of Rory playing and gave me updates while I was away. She even included a cute report card, note, and photo of Rory to take home!”

“What a great family and home to leave your pet at! Bandit enjoyed his stay and we got plenty of pictures to prove it. I will definitely be reaching out if I need pet sitting service again.”

“Great experience. They took such nice care of our dog Hope and treated her as part of the family. My dog loved it, so we do as well. Diana was very flexible and communicated a lot with pics and messages. Her boys also took great care of Hope.”

“Steph took care of our precious Teddy on short notice & even agreed to a meet and greet before hand since it was his first time staying at her home. We are so appreciative of all the little things she did to make Teddy & us comfortable while he was in her care. Highly, highly recommend Steph!❤️”

“I chose Daniela as my sitter the fist time I used Rover and will always continue to choose her. She is the kindest, most compassionate lover of her animals and welcomed our pup with open arms. She sent pics and communicated throughout Reyas stay…she was not only a perfect fit for our puppy, but our family. Nothing but amazing things to say about her service and needless to say our puppy was extremely tired after all their playful adventures!”

“Elizabeth was fantastic. She's a great communicator, asked all the important questions about caring for our pet, was a great listener ... I could go on and on! We hired her last minute for a family holiday and she was exceptional. We felt confident in our pets' care, safety, and enjoyment! We will absolutely be reaching out to Elizabeth again. Lovely apartment, lovely person, clearly loves animals! She even got our normally-brushing-avoidant husky to snuggle up and enjoy some brushing - this was certainly a pleasant surprise!! 10/10!”

“Dianne took wonderful care of my dog Bentley, and she really enjoyed her time there. Communication was great, and the whole arrangement was smooth and easy. She even sent me a video of Bentley, which I really appreciated. Dianne handled drop-off and pick-up, making everything very convenient. Bentley was clearly well cared for, and I will definitely reach out to her again for future care.”

“Jessica and Mitchell are fabulous. They are by far my favorite sitters. Jasper was well taken care of. Lots of pictures were sent. When I picked up Jasper, I know he missed being there, because he had so much fun there and had to leave. Their dogs were so sweet and got along well with Jasper. Jasper got walked every day. Jasper can't wait to stay at Jessica and Mitchell's again. I highly recommend them.”

“We are so happy that we found Megan. She was wonderful with our dog, Ghost. She made it easy to coordinate pickups and drop-offs, and kept in touch with us with pictures of Ghost throughout our trip. You could tell that Ghost had free rein and got lots of attention from Megan’s family. With Megan as a loving, worry-free sitter, we couldn’t have asked for more!”

About: We know how important it is to be able to leave your four-legged family member in a place you can trust when you travel. And sometimes board and care facilities are stressful on your pet. Our home might be the perfect fit. We are structured, animal centered- and a lot of safety, calm and fun. We used to have 3 big dogs (Malinois, Dutch Shepherd and Mcnab Lab) but my daughter moved with her dog and our other 2shepherds passed away of old age. So now we have Toby our little dog. :) To get our dog fix we dog sit usually Fri-Sundays. My husband and I work full-time M-F. That's why we prefer Fri-Sundays. If it fits for us and your dog we can keep your dog during the week. We are gone from the house- 8am to 4:30 pm. They get a good long walk at 6:00 AM. Your dog would join my husband and I on various morning walk locations each morning with our dog Toby and then we will walk them around 5 pm each evening after they eat-usually at a local park. We have a very structured routine :) The animals stay inside our home all day. I do not leave them outside alone. I can crate train if necessary. Your dog MUST be cat friendly. I have dog friendly cats-though they hide at first :) We are super structured with a very predictable routine. We are home on the weekends and take the animals on outings- Lowes, out to breakfast/dinner, different places. Your dog is safe with us !
“Kelleen watched my Maltese mix, Bebe, from May 6 until May 16. I've used her services before and was very happy with the results. This time was no different. She sent pictures of Bebe on her walk daily and updated me with other activities. She has children at home, and I know Bebe was happy there. We had a few changes in the itinerary, and Kelleen was very accommodating. I will definitely use Kelleen again. I highly recommend her!”

“Sandy did a great job with our 2 year old cocker spaniel. She has a very dog-friendly home and yard. We felt very at ease with her right from the start. I would happily use her services again and would recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy sitter.”

“Kyle is great! He seems to really like my cat (I don’t care if he actually does, he fakes it well enough) and always includes little updates of how my little pal is doing.”

“Michelle was AWESOME with Evan our usually shy cat!! She was the best cat sitter we've ever had. We were a little nervous as we have just moved from NYC and felt guilty leaving our guy for 4 days. She checked in after each visit with pictures & commentary about her hang session with Evan. She definitely put us at ease while back on the east coast. I couldn’t have wished for more. I came home to a happy cat (though i think he may miss Michelle now!!) It is so nice to find someone so reliable and caring. Thanks so much, Michelle!! Evan cant wait to see you again!”

“Bailey was perfect. Exactly what you need from a Pet-Sitter. Communicated through the whole process and house/pets were left in great shape. If you need someone you can trust to watch your furry friend, book Bailey!”

About: I’ve had cats my whole life and have loved every bit of them. I care currently for my ragdoll cat Juni, she’s two years old and is the sleepiest kitty you’ll ever meet. I have also pet sat cats for about 10 years of my life on and off and have always delivered excellent care to provide the most peace to the parents of the cats!
“Erin was great. I was nervous to leave my cat for a week but Erin made me feel at ease with detailed updates and multiple pictures per visit. Erin has clear communication and she clearly cares about cats which I felt from the initial visit with her but was reassured of this with every visit she had with my cat and update to me directly following every visit. I will definitely be using Erin to watch my cat again in the future if she is available when I go out of town.”

“Cathleen was a great sitter for our 2 cats, she checked in with them early each morning and was able to give us consistent updates and photos. Will definitely rebook with her in the future!”

“Hi! Our one year old puppy Simba sayed with Alyssa when we went surfing in the area. She was very flexible with drop off and pick up time which was very helpful! Out dog came back home very happy and chill after a great day with Alyssa! Really recommend her if you are in the area!”

“Heather & her family are absolutely amazing. If you’re debating on a sitter for this area please pick her. My dog came back happy as can be and still hasn’t stopped happy panting. She sent me so many pics & updated me all day. When I picked him up she gave me the cutest dog report card & a thank you note with precious Polaroids of my dog. She even gave a baggie of a treat he liked. Nothing means more than someone going that extra mile and truly loving and caring for your dog. I’ve tried so many sitters on here since I travel so much and she’s definitely a sitter that stands out and wish I had at home to use. You’ll be doing your dog a favor letting him play with her pups & her family. Thanks again Heather!!!”

“Absolutely AMAZING sitter. She kept me posted with pictures and videos through out the day without even asking. She has two total sweetheart angel pups that kept him company and active while I was stuck working. 100% our new go to for the terrible days we can't be together. His second day there he just walked right into the house without even saying bye to me, got a photo no more than 15 minutes later with him sprawled out on the floor, snug as a bug. Thank you Anne, you are wonderful!”

“Diana and Emily watched our dogs, Yoshi and Stitch, for an all-day doggy daycare while we went to the zoo. Diana and Emily were flexible, communicative, and our dogs had a great time. We had a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Diana and Emily to anyone looking for sitters that will care for your dogs the way you do.”

“Marissa and her husband and pup are wonderful. They kept great care of my girl. She obviously bonded with them and made sure she said good bye. They were flexible and helpful. I would highly recommend their care.”

About: Hi, I'm Angey. I've always had so much love for animals, they really do make the world a better place! I have a wide range of experience with mostly dogs & cats. All ranging from different breeds, ages, sizes and energy levels. I grew up with a neighbor who breeded great danes and started helping her from age 10-13. Watching puppies outgrow me got me very comfortable with large dogs early on and understand them better too. On the flip side, I have taken care of an 8lb senior malti poo from 15-18 that needed a lot of nurturing and special care. From cooking her fresh food, adding skin supplements to skin salve, she was a new pup with a better quality of life! So I enjoy being thorough and conscientious in my day to day life. You can always expect cute photos, videos and updates while in my care. --Looking forward to meeting your pet😊 I'm doing pet care full-time along with my cleaning business. So I have availability throughout the entire week everyday and a lot of flexibility! House sitting is preferred so your pets can stay in the comfortability of their own home. I like keeping up with the routines they already have to make them feel at ease. I do Board small to medium size pups, I live close to the park and lots of places to potty. I will give them lots of love and play time!
“Jessica is absolutely wonderful. She and Mitch had my pup over for a Meet and Greet to make sure it would be a good fit. Today was his first day, and Jessica updated me with photos as well as a playful video during the day. Peanut had a fabulous time and was very happy and also tired by the time I picked him up. We look forward to seeing Jessica, her family and her pups again soon!”

“Katherine was absolutely fantastic with Benny! She’s extremely knowledgable as it relates to dog training, and has two VERY well-trained dogs, who were perfect role models for Benny to learn from. We will absolutely use her again to watch our dog! Can’t recommend her enough!”

“We felt super comfortable leaving our dog with Jaycee. She was warm and friendly and took great care of him. It was so convenient to drop our dog with a responsible and helpful person. So thankful to her for the excellent service and flexibility!”

About: Hi, I’m Diana! My boys and I absolutely love dogs, and we truly treat every pup like part of our family. We used to have a dog of our own, and we really miss that joyful, loving energy in our home — so welcoming your pup into our lives feels natural for all of us. I work from home, which means your dog gets lots of company, attention, and supervision throughout the day. Most days they’re simply hanging out with us, following the family rhythm, getting cuddles, or coming along for walks. My boys are 9 and 12, and they’re wonderful with dogs — gentle, respectful, and old enough to understand boundaries. Many pet parents appreciate that we’re past the toddler stage and have a calm, dog-savvy household. We’re an active, playful San Clemente family with so much love and energy to share. We also have a sweet, 15-year-old cat who was raised with a dog and is very comfortable with respectful pups. Dogs tend to settle in quickly here because the environment is warm, calm, and full of affection — the kind of home where they naturally feel included and safe. ⸻ Why Pet Parents Love Us • Work-from-home = lots of companionship • Warm, family-centered environment • Gentle, respectful kids (ages 9 & 12) • Daily photo updates • Plenty of walks, play, and affection • A dog-friendly senior cat • Dogs truly feel like part of our family while they’re here ⸻ What Your Dog Can Expect Your pup will be included in our daily flow — walks, playtime, naps, family time, and lots of snuggles. They’ll enjoy a relaxed, loving home where they receive attention, structure, and comfort throughout their stay. ⸻ Services We Offer • Boarding • Daycare • Walks, feeding, structured play, and rest time • Oral meds, cleanup, and gentle care • Extra love included in every stay 💛 ⸻ Home Environment We live in a cozy, welcoming home in San Clemente with a relaxed, family vibe. There’s space for dogs to move around, nap in sunny spots, and feel comfortable. Dogs are welcome on the furniture, and they’re naturally part of the daily household rhythm. ⸻ Schedule I work from home with a flexible daily routine, so dogs get plenty of company, engagement, and supervision throughout the day. Your pup will rarely be alone and will be included in family activities, walks, and downtime. ⸻ Pets in the Home We have one sweet, senior cat (15 years old) who was raised with a dog and does well with calm, respectful pups. She mostly keeps to herself and appreciates dogs who give her space. ⸻ Requirements (for everyone’s safety and comfort) To keep our home safe, healthy, and peaceful — especially with our senior cat — I kindly ask that all visiting dogs are: • Fully housebroken • Up to date on Rabies + Distemper/Parvo vaccines • On regular flea/tick prevention • Sleeping through the night (no overnight potty breaks) • Comfortable with cats and able to coexist respectfully These guidelines help ensure a calm, clean, and enjoyable environment for all pets in our home. * My rates are currently set to be welcoming for new clients while I establish my first few reviews, but still reflect the attentive, family-style, work-from-home care your dog will receive. “Meghan was so wonderful! I have a super shy/anxious pup and she was so gentle with her and knew exactly how to make Mazzi comfortable. She sent me really sweet updates with pictures and a video, and even though I wasn't sure Mazzi would go on a walk, she was able to make it happen! I will definitely be using Meghan in the future :)”

“My pup is very shy around new people so I really appreciated that Dianne took the time to let him get to know her and feel comfortable in her home. He had a very good day today and I'm grateful Dianne was able to accept my last minute request for daycare!”
“Duke must of had a great play day with Angela's 5 year old son. She said they played most of the day which was apparent when we got home as Duke slept right on through the night. Angela and her family are cheerful and enjoy Duke's energy. I am very happy to have found her and plan to use her services in the near future.”

“Jacqueline took great care of our doodle! Our girl had friends to play with and time to relax too. Communication was great - we got pics and updates throughout the day. We don’t leave Donna with just anyone and would recommend Jacqueline anytime. We’ll be back!”

About: I've been taking care of dogs (including my own) since I was 10 years old, and I love animals more than anything - I have always felt a strong conviction that animals are God's gift to us, and they need just as much love that they give to us. I am currently working remotely in the San Clemente area, so I am very flexible with house-sitting, dog-sitting, etc in the Southern Orange county area. I love to do everything pertaining to how the dog owner / house owner has a routine. If things like to be done a certain way by a dog owner / house owner, I am always happy to go along with their exact rules.
“Sabrina was such an amazing find! I had to find a sitter for the day in the area for a visit to Disneyland and she was an easy 10min away from where we were staying at the park. She was so flexible and accommodating in terms of drop off and pick up as well as so sweet with my pup. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!”

“I can't say enough about how much we appreciate Steph. She treats our dog, Mika, like a princess and she treats us like her most-valued clients. We got into a jam recently and had to extend Mika's stay on very short notice. Steph was very accommodating and understanding. She is a lifesaver and worthy of more than 5 stars. The best!!!”

“Amazing!!! Total last minute emergency Needed someone to come take our 100 lb puppy out for a long walk. We were nervous due to our dogs size and youth. I loved seeing Ben’s training history with dogs- I definitely felt that Gus would be in qualified hands Ben responded immediately! He came to our house and was in time. We asked if he could take our pup for a jog and Ben delivered!!!!! I couldn’t be more grateful”

About: Animals and I have been drawn to each other since I was young. I started caring for them when I was 10, but I always had a love and pull toward them. I've been the go-to person for friends, family, neighbors, and all pet owners to care for all their pet's needs (& wants). I'm a full animal lover who feels in tune to adapt to each animal and understand its unique communication and cues. I've been the person again & again where pet parents say, "Oh, they really like you," "They rarely act this welcoming," or "Wow, they feel comfortable with you!" No one knows a pet like their parent -- so I feel honored each time I get one of these comments! My Pet Sitting Style: First is first, I would love to have a quick call to see if we are a pet-sitting match. And after, meet you and your pet in person before anything else. For coming into a pet's home without its owner, I want to ensure they will be comfortable with me while you are gone. I work remotely, so I can stay with your pet at your home as long as I have Wi-Fi access! I will nurture, feed, play, and care for all your pets needs. And above all, I promise to treat your pets with the same love I would give my own. My work time is split between being behind the computer and in-person meetings, interviews, etc. So while I work from the computer, I can keep your pet company, take breaks to give care and ensure their needs will be met with my priorities. But, I also might be taken for a few hours or more at a time but would be coming back home to your pet/s. When first getting to your home, I will enter just me (without any bags) to ensure your pet is comfortable and secure. I will adapt to the cues they give me, If they want to be left alone, played with, or cuddled! I will take in all care instructions you have given me and make sure your pet is as safe and looked after as possible.

About: I grew up on a dairy farm in the country. I’ve been around a plethora of animals my whole life. Currently just have my sweet adopted dog Rosie who has been with me for over 10 years. I’ve been watching my friends dogs for years. I always seem to have another pup in the house I am watching. I decided to finally set up a rover profile:) My house is clean and organized. Dogs are allowed on couches and beds. I make sure to give lots of hugs and belly rubs! I work from home so I am around most of the time. I periodically have to leave home, but no longer than a few hours at a time. My husband is usually home too. We live in a large new apartment that has two balconies. We live right by a park and take our dog to the park throughout the day. I generally take a long walk in the afternoon with the pups. I do have a little fake grass patch on one of the balconies in case there is an emergency! I am willing to follow directions and apply any dietary needs to your pet. Our balconies are safe. We do have stairs, but if your dog is old, we are willing to pick them up to go up and down the stairs. We always keep the leash on when we walk and go to the park. We live by the beach, but have an AC unit if it gets hot or muggy.
“Highly recommend Bailey. She is a 5 out of 5 ! She is a great communicator. She followed our instructions and took pictures, which we really appreciated. From the start she was easy to work with, easy to talk to and 5 hours before her visit she messaged saying she was looking forward to her visit. This was our first Rover booking and Bailey’s actions confirmed she was a great choice. We will use her and Rover again.”

“Sandy did a great job with our 2 year old cocker spaniel. She has a very dog-friendly home and yard. We felt very at ease with her right from the start. I would happily use her services again and would recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy sitter.”
“So Thankful for the fabulous care Rudy received! He is exhausted from all the fun he had with his new friends! I'm so glad I have such a wonderful home where Rudy can go when I am out of town. I only hope they are available in the future! I loved all the pictures of Rudy and his friends! Thanks!”

“James was AMAZING! I felt so comfortable and safe leaving my best friend with him! Not only did it seem like he truly enjoyed taking care of animals but was also knowledgeable and experienced. If I am ever near Dana Point again, I’d used James in a heart beat!”

About: Apart from always caring for my own dogs, I have loved walking my old neighbors pups as well. I am average build but strong for my size so I can handle the tugs from the bigger dogs like husky’s. I have an almost 3 month old who I stay home with so I am available for around the clock care for pups, children, or any elders who need assistance. Me and my baby would love to have your fur baby join our walks and play time! I am a stay at home mom to a very chill and quiet baby. Our days consist of his nap times, sitting on our enclosed balcony, and going on long walks. We live in a condo with a balcony that has no escape route, and a medium size patio/backyard. It does not have grass but we have a 47x32in. artificial grass mat for potty breaks. The condo has stairs as well.
“Roxie & Gigi had a great time!! Olivia was very good at sending pictures and videos of them playing with Mav (their super kind & loving dog) and the children. I could tell they got lots of attention and love. They were very happy and content when we picked them up. We'll be using their services again the future!!”
