About: Animals and I have been drawn to each other since I was young. I started caring for them when I was 10, but I always had a love and pull toward them. I've been the go-to person for friends, family, neighbors, and all pet owners to care for all their pet's needs (& wants). I'm a full animal lover who feels in tune to adapt to each animal and understand its unique communication and cues. I've been the person again & again where pet parents say, "Oh, they really like you," "They rarely act this welcoming," or "Wow, they feel comfortable with you!" No one knows a pet like their parent -- so I feel honored each time I get one of these comments! My Pet Sitting Style: First is first, I would love to have a quick call to see if we are a pet-sitting match. And after, meet you and your pet in person before anything else. For coming into a pet's home without its owner, I want to ensure they will be comfortable with me while you are gone. I work remotely, so I can stay with your pet at your home as long as I have Wi-Fi access! I will nurture, feed, play, and care for all your pets needs. And above all, I promise to treat your pets with the same love I would give my own. My work time is split between being behind the computer and in-person meetings, interviews, etc. So while I work from the computer, I can keep your pet company, take breaks to give care and ensure their needs will be met with my priorities. But, I also might be taken for a few hours or more at a time but would be coming back home to your pet/s. When first getting to your home, I will enter just me (without any bags) to ensure your pet is comfortable and secure. I will adapt to the cues they give me, If they want to be left alone, played with, or cuddled! I will take in all care instructions you have given me and make sure your pet is as safe and looked after as possible.

About: I bring a unique level of experience and professionalism to pet care, shaped by over two decades of service as a U.S. Marine and certified dog handler. I’ve deployed to Afghanistan as a combat dog handler, later serving as a trainer and kennel master, where I was responsible for the care, training, and performance of working dogs in high-stress environments. I also hold training certifications from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department as well as specialized credentials through the ATF and Department of Defense. This background not only taught me advanced skills in training puppies and adult dogs, but also in providing attentive care for senior and special-needs dogs. Above all, I bring patience, discipline, and a genuine love for animals—treating every dog I work with as if they were my own. I retired from active duty this year and I am a full time student, but I’m generally flexible in most situations and can work through challenges. My current residence is enclosed by a fence with a nice yard and patio area in a calm neighborhood by the pier in San Clemente, close to the beach and trails.
