About: Animals bring me so much joy and I'm excited to get to know yours! Let’s be honest, our fur babies would prefer us around All.The.Time but as we know life is busy!! That's where I come in, ready to greet your pets with kindness, cuddles and lots of love. And I always make sure to match their energy. I grew up with dogs & cats (and fish!) all around and I love caring for, training and spending time with animals. Most recently I raised & trained my sweet rescue baby, a German Shepherd Boxer mix (she's a BIG baby yes!). Friends often call on me to take care of their furry family members. About: We're recent empty nesters looking to share our love with a furry friend. Our family dog passed away recently, leaving a real hole in our hearts, and with our kids off at college, my husband and I miss having that companionship at home. I've cared for animals my whole life, most recently our family Maltipoo, who was with us for eight years. She needed a bit of extra care along the way — including knee surgery on both rear legs for a luxating patella, and extra attention after she went blind in her final year. That experience taught me a lot about patience and hands-on care, and I'd welcome a dog who needs some extra love, whether or not they come with special needs. I work from home, so your dog would never be left alone for long stretches — I have plenty of time for walks, play, and simply being present. Being we live in an area with coyotes and other wild animals, I would never leave your dog outside alone and would always have them with me on a leash including at the local park. With no kids, I will make sure there is nothing they can get into or find to chew on in the home.
About: Since I was a little girl, I have always had at least two canine companions by my side—which is partially due to having a dog-loving mother who works in the pet grooming industry—so naturally, I have made friends with cats and dogs from all walks of life (and many other animals, too!). My fondness toward all living creatures, however, is something innate. Owen has been the best cat-sitter for our 2 cats! Easy to communicate, always on time, understandable of our needs. We have a complicated automatic toilet, feeders, and water dispenser - Owen was able to operate all that stuff. He spent time fixing our automatic toilet when it got stuck. Bottom line, we are happy and will be looking for Owen's services next time if available.
Alexa has been so good to my dachshund Murphy. I’m so grateful I chose her to drop in each weekday while I’m at work.
