Joel was so good with our girls. He took really good care of them and our home. Happy we found him.

Dog handlers don’t just take care of fur babies, they also take care of the clients as well. And some of us are worse than the dogs. I’m one of those. My dogs are my obsession and I’m very particular in their care. For the first time ever, I left my dogs in the care of someone who wasn’t me (1st in five years). My anxiety was through the roof. Joel was EXCEPTIONAL. Joel handled my crazy and the dogs with grace and kindness , and I’m suspicious that Axel and Harley may like him better than me. Both of my dogs are German Shepherds and require a strong, confident handler. They aren’t couch potatoes. Joel was fantastic and took their leads without hesitation. He was mindful of Axel and Harley and thoughtful of my personal stress. I would absolutely recommend his services and will be using him again in the future.

Joel was absolutely amazing! He was very flexible to my plans, kept me updated consistently, and took outstanding care of Bambi. I was across the country and felt totally at ease and knew Bambi was in excellent hands. I would recommend Joel for anyone who has larger or more energetic dog breeds!

Joel was very responsive, professional, and - most importantly - very caring for the pets. Our dog and cat warmed up to him quickly, which was a source of great assurance as he kept an eye on them for a few days. He was also flexible throughout the booking, making himself available earlier/later based on unexpected changes to my travel itinerary. He did a great job!

First off, Joel and his wife did an amazing job of caring for our home and precious animals for a week. Our animals are our life, we have a small farm and each animal here is both part of our family and an Integral part of our farm. I have been very anxious about leaving everything with anyone at all. We haven’t traveled more than overnight for a long time because of our animals. There are a lot of mouths to feed and water and keep safe. Our concerns faded away as Joel took extra time to come and go over all the routines and care prior to our leaving. Also kept us updated while we were away. Our farm includes 2 cats, 3 dogs, 4 horses and multiple chickens. Everyone was well taken care of! We could tell by all of their demeanors when we got home that they had all received plenty of attention, food, water, and my white dogs looked clean and brushed too! The house looked like we never left. My only hesitation in leaving a glowing review is that Joel will be booked up when we need him! 😉We can’t wait to get away again and would definitely call Joel! Joel is such an unbelievably great sitter for our high-energy, high-maintenance pups. He was able to wrangle our 9-month-old malinois (NOT a job for the faint of heart) as well as our smaller but equally crazy 3-year-old mixed breed for four days without breaking a sweat! My husband and I felt super comfortable with him in our home and with our dogs; he's highly communicative, sends great pictures, and he and his wife are all-around great people. I'd give 10 stars if I could!
