Karli is wonderful! I always feel like my dog is well cared for and loved like I would when she’s taking care of her!

We had Karli house sit for our two dogs and a cat from 12/24-12/28. In our instructions both messaged and printed, we stated the dogs need 1-2 walks ~30 min in length per day and should not be left longer than 5-6 hours. There was very little communication initially and we noticed she did not walk either dog on 12/24 or 12/25. One of our dogs is skittish so we thought it may be due to that but the other is a golden and needs the stimulation. On 12/26, we messaged her asking if she was able to get the leashes on and within 5 min of us sending, suddenly our ring camera showed her walking them (20 minutes). She didn’t respond to our message for 3 hours. The next day, we saw she left them for nearly 7 hours alone, returning more than 90 min past their typical dinner. We messaged her again and she apologized and happened to return within minutes of us sending the message. Communication immediately improved and she took them on multiple walks (no more than 20 min each) following our communication of our concern. However, on 12/28, she once again did not walk them. The dogs and cat were safe but we would not recommend Karli due to the lack of communication, inability to meet the request of walking our dogs at least 30 min per day and leaving them alone for more time than we stated we were comfortable with.
