Over the years, I’ve helped friends, family, and neighbors care for their dogs—whether that meant daily walks, drop-in visits, overnight stays, or watching them in my own home. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and temperaments, and I always make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, and care. I have a fenced yard for safe outdoor time and currently don’t have any pets of my own, so your dog will have my full attention. I treat every dog like they’re my own and make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for while you’re away. I currently have a very flexible schedule and am available most days and times, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. I’m able to accommodate last-minute requests, recurring walks, and longer stays. I’m reliable, responsive, and can adjust to your dog’s routine as needed. I have a fully fenced yard for safe outdoor time and make sure dogs are always supervised while outside. About: Hello! I’m Katie! I have had about 7 years of experience in pet sitting, dog walking, and house sitting for animals of all species and ages! I have my own pets and have been surrounded by animals my whole life! I would love to extend my love to your fur baby! I do work about 28-32 hours a week at starbucks, but am usually off before 2. I get my schedule 3 weeks in advance, so I can make plans in advance. I am off monday, wednesday, and fridays! I do have some plans this summer, but I will do my best to fit your pet into my schedule! I have two older cats (11 and 10), one requiring medication daily so I have experience in administering medication. I also have 3 dogs (5 month old lab, 11 year old pitbull, and a 7 year old dachshund) So I am experienced in different age groups! I have also cared for birds, reptiles, and fish before :)
About: Hello! Kyle and I joined Rover in July 2025. Earlier that summer, in June, we said goodbye to our beloved Black Lab, Otis. We brought him home at 7 weeks old, and he filled our lives with love for nearly eight years until he passed from chronic kidney disease. He was truly the heart of our family. After losing Otis, we knew we still wanted dogs to be part of our daily lives. With two young children, we weren’t ready for the full commitment of a new puppy, but we wanted to keep that love and energy in our home—so we found Rover! Between the two of us, we have over 15 years of dog-care experience. Kyle trained our dog to be off-leash, hunted ducks with him, and spent countless hours outdoors playing frisbee. For boarding: Our kids are 5 and 3, so we ask that any dog we host is comfortable around children. We live on Crooked Lake and would love to take your dog on the boat if they enjoy the water. Our home sits on a spacious lot with plenty of activity in our cul-de-sac, making it a fun environment for pups. Of note: I typically only host one dog at a time. However, some families are comfortable with me hosting two. If that situation comes up, I may check with you to see if you’re okay with it—but I will always respect your decision. Kyle works from home Monday–Friday with a flexible schedule. I’m off on Thursdays and would be happy to take on a long-term walking companion on my days off. I am a Nurse Practitioner, and my husband works from home full time in the automotive sales industry. He is able to spend time with your dog throughout the day! We have an open-yard setup with plenty of street activity. Although we live on a dead-end cul-de-sac, our yard is not fully fenced. Our street alone has nine children and four dogs, and it’s common to see the neighborhood dogs enjoying their own yards. We have plenty of space for long walks, and we love when visiting dogs enjoy playing with the friendly pups on our street—if that’s something you’re comfortable with, of course.
About: I’ve had animals all my life and since i don’t currently have them at the moment I LOVE spending time with other peoples pets! I have watched multiple family and friends pets when they go on vacation and really enjoy the company of animals for a few days! I work with our therapy dog that we have at work, and have also volunteered at the humane society! About: I have been taking care of animals of many different breeds and species for almost my whole life! I have owned rodents, reptiles, aquatic animals, avians, and canines alike! I currently own a chocolate lab who is the love of my life and have experience taking care of her while my parents are on vacation! About: I have always had a big heart for animals since I was a little girl. Constantly helping with my family’s dogs and now that we’re all older and on our own, my siblings still choose me to help oversee care for their dogs when they’re out of town. I have past experience as a vet assistant (little over a year.) About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 10 and I am veterinary technician with a year of experience and I’m planning on getting my license in the fall! I also have some training experience and I have a pittie at home with some behavioral issues so I’m no stranger to difficult dogs!
