Kind Note: Due to School starting I will only be available for full time on weekends starting 8/24/2026. I adore pets so much!! I enjoy being active and planning my mornings and evenings around walks, playtime, and cuddles with pets. I’ll be sure to provide feedings on time, walks, playtime, and affection so pets feel safe, happy, and loved. 🏡🐾💙
About: I’ve had multiple dogs throughout my life and currently have one border collie at home. I’m used to 1+ hour walks multiple times a day (as needed), lots and lots of engaged playtime, and work to put furry family members first! 🐕 🐾 I’m a college student that is currently on summer break; as such, I have a very flexible schedule at the moment (mornings, afternoons, evenings, etc) I make sure keep doors open/headphones off when at home/while dogsitting so that animals don’t have to work to get my attention when they need it—I aim for at least two long walks a day with my high energy dog, with shorter potty breaks interspersed during the day. I understand the importance of accurate portion control for pets and make it a point to keep animals healthy with accurate meal sizes and monitor their water intake throughout the day.
“Elise was great with my pups giving them lots of love and play time while I was away. She was able to accommodate our last minute plans and gave our dogs the quality time they needed.”

About: I have had a love for animals my entire life, especially dogs. Since the age of six to 23 I was responsible for my family’s dogs in regards to walking, playing, and feeding them. I have a Bernedoodle, Fry, who is a very social goofball who will definitely keep your pup company. As well as a goldendoodle, Rory, who is more of a couch potato. Our fenced yard has direct access to the Lakeland Trail, perfect for walks! I work Monday through Friday 8 am to 4 pm, but I able to work remotely when providing care! My fiancé and I are home every weekend. I typically utilize the Lakeland Trail for a morning and afternoon walk with my dogs! In my home dogs are allowed on the furniture but I do have a large crate available if needed. We have baby gates if needed to give your dog its own space. We have dog beds all around the house and a large crate of toys. Our large backyard is fenced and connects directly to the Lakeland Trail, perfect for walks! Our home is equipped with a surveillance system.
“Melissa was great - she stepped in to help when our usual pet sitter wasn't able to come during my work trip. The ladies are both 20 now and have pretty extensive medication regimens and Melissa was thorough and diligent and they clearly liked seeing her each day. thank you!”

“Kara did a great job taking care of our two 7-year-old cats while we took the family on vacation. She was consistent with her communication, kept us posted on how the cats were doing, and even tidied up before we got home. We would definitely have her care for our cats again in the future.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Brighton
Kelena was exactly what we'd hoped for. Had a last minute cancellation for boarding our 2 dogs. Which left us in a panic. We had one week before our event, and to make it even worse, it was Memorial Day weekend. Rover sent a list of drop-in sitters to help. Kelena responded very quickly to our request. Had a very successful meeting, the dogs loved her! On the day of the event, she came at the appointed time, sent pictures of our dogs, so we knew she got in okay, and fed and watered them. So when we returned home, all was well. She's a gem, very good with our dogs. Will definitely use her service again.

Thanks, Heather! My first time using Rover, and first time having anyone not friend/family/neighbor care for my pup. I’m very grateful for what a great experience it was and how comfortable I felt. Super easy to with either and fast to respond. I’m so lucky I have someone I’ll go to and trust already for next time :)
