About: I've had animals all my life- 3 cats, 2 dogs, 1 guinea pig, 3 hermit crabs, and numerous fish. I now also cat sit for my neighbor and friends when they go on vacations or trips ranging from a day to a week. I make sure I spend lots of time with their furry friends so they don't get lonely and they get the care they need. I am currently in college and working part-time (usually mornings on Thursdays and on Fridays), but my schedule allows me for ample time to check in on the furry buddies on my available days or the nighttime. I love to give my animals lots of cuddles and kisses. I make sure to give them long amounts of pets and love. If a storm is going on, I always make sure to turn on calming animal music and talk them through it. I treat animals like they are people and someone who needs care and love.

About: Hello! I’m Grace aka the dog whisperer 😊 Caring for dogs is truly my passion, both at home and professionally. I have two dogs of my own, one who is two years old and one who is eleven, so I’m very familiar with the different needs, energy levels, temperaments, and care styles that come with both puppies/young adults and senior dogs. Aside from that, I have a rescue dog of my own who is two years old. I currently work as a canine care specialist and kennel attendant, where I care for dogs every day of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. From very small dogs to large breeds like Great Danes and Great Pyrenees, I’m comfortable handling a wide range of needs. My responsibilities include feeding, potty breaks, safe socialization, and making sure each dog is comfortable, secure, and well cared for. I approach every dog with patience, compassion, and attentiveness, and I always treat them as if they were my own. My goal is to provide loving, reliable care that helps both pets and owners feel at ease. Pet care is already a part of my everyday routine, both personally and professionally. I work in the pet care field during the week, so caring for animals is something I do daily and genuinely enjoy. At this time, my availability is primarily on weekends, which are generally open unless I communicate otherwise in advance. I’m very upfront about my schedule and always make sure expectations are clear so pets receive consistent, attentive care. Because pet care is already a major part of my life, I’m comfortable building it into my routine and giving each dog the time, patience, and attention they deserve. Safety, trust, and comfort are always my top priorities. Whether I’m caring for a pet in my home or in a client’s home, I focus on creating a calm, loving, and secure environment. Exercise and playtime are a big part of my approach to care. I make sure each dog gets appropriate physical activity and mental stimulation based on their age, energy level, and routine. Along with plenty of play and affection, I stay consistent with the basics, regular feeding, fresh water at all times, and close attention to each pet’s needs and behavior. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I treat their space with complete respect. I follow all instructions carefully, maintain routines, and make sure the home is left just as it was found. I believe trust is earned through reliability, communication, and genuine care, and I always strive to make both pets and owners feel comfortable and at ease.

About: I have been caring for cats and dogs ever since I was young. I have cared for animals of all ages young to senior. I have experience administering pills and I have helped follow suit of owners training while they are away. I currently do pet sitting full time, and it is the best job I could ask for! I love filling my days with overnights, dog walking, and drop in visits. Occasionally I will pick up some shifts at my friends dog grooming shop but more often than not, I am somewhere snuggling and giving attention to dogs and cats! I will be extra attentive and follow the same routine that they are used to. Walks, playing fetch, whatever the case may be I will do my best to make your animals feel comforted and cared for while you, the owner, is away. I will care for them as if they are my own.

About: Taking care of dogs my entire life, I couldn’t imagine living a normal life without them! Working with all breeds and ages I am someone who understands dogs and each of there unique needs. Caring and involving your pets primary needs into our daily routine, is our number one priority. Available 7 days a week any time of day I have a fenced in yard in with 3 friendly dogs. We have 2 German shepherds (13 & 4) and gryffindor our 2yr old French bull dog.

About: I have taken care of pets on and off since I was 13. Neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to check in on and feed their pets. From Dalmatians to Chihuahuas, my pet care extends to all kinds of dogs! Besides walking, feeding, and playing, I have experience with varying levels of care required of dogs. I have worked with pets who need basic care, and those with medications and strict routines. As someone who has looked after more than one dog, I am comfortable with the responsibility of multiple pets. The more the merrier! After all, who would complain about having more dogs and cats in their life? I look forward to providing assistance (and love) to the pets in your lives! I’m working full time, but have availability throughout the week and on the weekend. Currently, I have free time Monday and Tuesday mornings before 10, and am free after 5 on Wednesdays for walks or quick check-ins. My Fridays and Saturdays are completely open, so I can play and watch your pups all day! Even though I work full time, my schedule is slightly flexible, so I’m open to figuring out a schedule that works for the both of us. My main priority is respect for your space and pet. Any rules and wishes you have in place will be followed. I am comfortable with strict food diets, medications, and crating if desired. My goal is to be as minimal of a disruption for you and your pet as possible.

About: I have been a dog owner for a majority of my life and I have done what ever is needed to take care of them. I will feed, play, bathe, walk, give medicine, and take outside to potty. Essentially whatever is asked for me I will do. I currently volunteer with therapy dogs in a hospital and I love it! Would love to bring my skills and passion to animal owners every where. I do work full time however, weekends I am free including Friday evening and I know that may be hard to get as people travel on the weekend. I live in a safe and dog friendly neighborhood! I have a big home they can explore in. I truly watch the animals as when they move I move.

About: I have been a Licensed Veterinary Nurse for 15+ years. I haves worked at emergency vet hospitals, and small animal hospitals. I have been Fear Free Certified, which is low stress handling. I have experience giving medications, and have worked with diabetic pets. I would be happy to have the opportunity to care for your pet! If you have ever had a hard time finding boarding because of a pets medical needs, please contact me! My school attending kids are now 6 and 8 and love animals as well. I am home most of the day, (weekdays and weekends) and have reliable transportation. We have 1 small dog (Boston terrier) and 2 cats at our home. I can board a few dogs at my house, which has a large fenced in back yard. Or I can visit your home to care for your pet if that is where they are the most comfortable. I am happy to visit before bed, and in the mornings, but I don’t stay at other houses overnight. I know where all the closest emergency animal hospitals are in the area. I do require a current rabies vaccine on your dog or cat. If boarding at my home, we can discuss recommended vaccines for your pet. All of my pets are on a monthly heartworm and flea/tick medication year round. Yours should be too!

About: While I'm just getting started on Rover, i have been pet sitting for many years and it is truly my passion. I can offer you and your family peace of mind! My goal is to make you and your pet as comfortable and secure as possible while you’re apart. I will leave your house exactly the way I found it and am comfortable with cameras and ring doorbells. I’ve had animals all my life. I am also very passionate about animal welfare and contribute my time and money to many organizations. Many of my repeat customers are not on Rover so I am happy to provide more references upon request. In addition to pet care, I do have a work from home, 9-5 job at one of the most well known companies in Michigan. This enables me to be available for long periods of time to be with your pet at my house or yours. As long as there is WiFi, I can be there. I am very flexible to your families many different needs. I am happy to meet you and your pets needs in whatever setting is most comfortable. Your pet will have the run of my house during their stay. My house is big enough for your pet to have quiet alone time or be with the people. There is usually always someone home to be with your pet. I treat pets as beloved family members. Likewise, I am happy to do it at your home as well.
