My goal is to make your pup's stay fun, transparent, and safe. 🐾 Trial Visits & Comfort Accommodations - Discounted Trial Days: A quick Meet & Greet isn't always enough. I'm typically able to offer a discounted trial daycare visit ($10–$15, the lowest Rover allows) so the dogs can acclimate, ensuring peace of mind for both of us. - Furniture & Training: My dog is allowed on the furniture, and yours is welcome to join! However, I will abide by whatever boundaries or training rules you have set for your pet so feel free to add that info to your drop-off instructions. - Mobility Support: For older dogs or those struggling with hardwood floors, I have rugs I can set out to assist with their mobility. - Medical & Dietary Needs: If your dog requires a special diet (such as food mixed with yogurt) or needs oral medication, I am happy to accommodate their health routine. 🏡 Keeping Everyone Healthy & Safe Because we have a lot of wonderful dogs coming and going, we do our best to keep the environment as clean and safe as possible to protect everyone under our roof: - Routine Cleanups: We regularly deep-clean our indoor floors, toys, and common areas using pet-safe, veterinary-grade disinfectants (like Rescue). While no home is a sterile bubble, this helps us work towards limiting the impact of everyday bugs and viruses that dogs like to pass around. - Yard Duty: We scoop the yard frequently to keep the play space fresh. - Basic Vaccine Safeguards: To give all our guest pups a baseline layer of protection, we do ask that your dog is up-to-date on their core shots—DHPP/DAPP, Rabies, and Bordetella—before visiting. Just snap a quick photo of their records for me when you book! 🛡️ Our Multi-Dog Environment & The Rover Guarantee To provide high-quality individualized care and proper supervision, our primary goal is to maintain a cozy group size of around 5 to 6 dogs. Keeping our core group to this size allows us to monitor social dynamics closely, keep the environment calm, and ensure your pet receives plenty of hands-on attention. While I do everything in my power to keep the environment safe, please understand that there is always an inherent risk of unpredictable behavior when multiple dogs share a home or yard. - The Rover Guarantee: Rover provides up to $25,000 in vet care for eligible claims (see details at https://www.rover.com/terms/guarantee/). - Deductible Policy: Please note that a $250 deductible applies to Rover claims. While I wish I could afford to cover this cost for my clients should an unfortunate event arise, my business margins simply do not allow it. If this is a risk you do not feel comfortable assuming, I completely understand and suggest finding a sitter who specializes in taking only one client at a time. 🎒 What to Pack Checklist Because we host a fun, communal environment, we cannot guarantee that items brought from home won't be shared, dirtied, or damaged by other guest dogs. To keep everyone safe and comfortable, please use the guide below: - Food & Treats: Pack enough food for the entire stay plus a little extra for unexpected travel or pick-up delays. Ensure exact feeding measurements are included in your printed or emailed drop-off instructions. - Medications & Supplements: These can be stored in whatever container you prefer. We just require clear, written instructions on how and when to distribute them. - Walking Gear: A secure leash and a collar or harness with updated ID tags. - Comfort Items (Toys, Bones, Bedding): You are welcome to pack your dog’s favorite toys, chews, or blankets so they have familiar scents from home. 🦴 Our House Bone Policy We keep a few dog bones on hand for our guests to chew. If you prefer that your dog does not have access to house-provided bones, please let me know before the stay! ❌ What You can Leave at Home - Bowls: No need to pack them. We have plenty of stainless steel and pet-safe bowls ready to use. - Crates: Save your back! I have 4 crates on hand (including a giant size). You only need to bring yours if your dog strictly prefers their own.

A typical day here is all about balance—some structured play, cozy downtime, and tailoring the day to what your specific dog loves best! 🌊 Outdoor Adventures & Lake Walks - Neighborhood Strolls: When our guest numbers allow us to safely take walks, we head out to explore our lovely neighborhood. - Lake Views: Our favorite walking route leads right down to the beautiful lake at the end of our street, which is a fantastic sensory experience for the dogs. 🎾 Customized Playtime & Fun We love the ability to be active and fun! While we tailor our activities entirely to your dog's personal preferences, some of the crowd favorites around here include: - Classic Games: Friendly matches of tug-of-war and high-energy games of catch with a ball or Frisbee. - Zoomie Time: Running laps around the house or burning off steam out in the spacious backyard with their favorite stuffed animal or chew/toy. - Unwinding: After a good play session, the rest of the day is filled with regular potty breaks, cozy nap times on our dog beds, and lots of belly rubs.
