As my brother left for the military, I took on full responsibility — daily walks, grooming, vet visits — you name it. Since then, I’ve been the go-to sitter for friends and family, providing loving care during short stays or extended vacations (from 1 day to 2 weeks). About: I've had animals all my life- 3 cats, 2 dogs, 1 guinea pig, 3 hermit crabs, and numerous fish. I now also cat sit for my neighbor and friends when they go on vacations or trips ranging from a day to a week. I make sure I spend lots of time with their furry friends so they don't get lonely and they get the care they need. I am currently in college and working part-time (usually mornings on Thursdays and on Fridays), but my schedule allows me for ample time to check in on the furry buddies on my available days or the nighttime. I love to give my animals lots of cuddles and kisses. I make sure to give them long amounts of pets and love. If a storm is going on, I always make sure to turn on calming animal music and talk them through it. I treat animals like they are people and someone who needs care and love.

About: I have been an animal lover since a young age. I have a three year old puppy that loves other dogs. I have pet sat and boarded many dogs and they were nothing less than spoiled! I live on a lake so if your dog loves the water it will have the time of its life, if not, that’s okay too! I am very active so walks can happen frequently. If you are interested in boarding with me I require that your dog is house trained (exception for puppies because they are learning and I can work with that), good with dogs, and doesn’t mind kids nearby. I currently work at a daycare 3 days out of the week from 8AM-6PM with an hour long break that I will use to spend time with your pet! But, my weekends are completely open! In my clients home I would care for their pets the exact way that they do and how they instruct me to do so! :)

About: I have been an animal lover my whole life! From my first pet cat I just knew there was nothing like the love of a pet. I have 3 children and a husband that feel the same! We have two well loved labs and are always excited to meet new furry friends! I have the ability to work from home. My office is only two miles away so I can easily be free to love your fur baby while your unavailable. My yard is unfenced however we can run a long line. We do have an invisible fence that works great with our two Labs. You’re fur baby will be well attended to and played with. We have animal loving children and two sweet Labs to keep them company.

About: Taking care of dogs my entire life, I couldn’t imagine living a normal life without them! Working with all breeds and ages I am someone who understands dogs and each of there unique needs. Caring and involving your pets primary needs into our daily routine, is our number one priority. Available 7 days a week any time of day I have a fenced in yard in with 3 friendly dogs. We have 2 German shepherds (13 & 4) and gryffindor our 2yr old French bull dog.

About: I have always loved animals since I was a young age. I have had two dogs and have one currently who is three years old! I have taken care of many animals before, and I love spoiling them. I will send pictures and keep in constant contact with owner. Some requirements I have when boarding with me is the dog must be house trained, and get along with other dogs and kids. I will be attending Eastern Michigan this fall, but only communing on Mondays and Wednesdays! Other then that I am pretty flexabele and open and can work around those days I do not have a fenced in yard but I do have a lead rope for the dogs to go out out or need be I can take them out on a leach. In my clients home I would take care of the dogs just as they would.

About: I’ve been pet sitting for a few years now, haven’t had many opportunities in a while and I would love to get back into it!! I’ve always preferred animals over people, at parties you can usually find me in the corner playing the cat. I will play with and love your pet like they’re my own!!!! I don’t currently have a job so your pet will my top priority! If I get a job soon it will be part time and I will be able to save lots of time to make sure your pet gets all the attention he/she needs I can do whatever needed to make your pet comfortable. About: Well I've always lived in a home with a dog. I started taking care of dogs when I was six years old because my mom felt it was a great way to develop responsibility. Furthermore I was an only child so having a dog present makes up for the time alone. However I always watched my family members dogs often beginning at the age of ten. My family saw how responsible I was with my pet and how I admire dogs so they decided to offer me extra allowance when I watched over their dogs starting at that age (10). Later when I turned 14 and attended high school I wrote an essay about my first dogs which were two Dalmations and everyone loved it and discovered my pet sitting history with my family's dogs so it transitioned to me officially pet sitting other dogs. This helped a lot because I played sports year round in high school making it hard to find a job that would hire temporarily. My mom informed me of this site and I thought it would great to join rover and take on this golden and fun opportunity. Work isn't work when you love what you're doing.

About: I have had pets in my life since I was young -- dogs, cats, hamsters, turtles, and more. Currently, I have two rescue cats (ages 3 and 10) and one rescue poodle mix (age 7). I've had personal experience with dogs with medical conditions and senior animals. I've taken care of friends and neighbors pets. They've relied on me to walk and feed their pets and show them lots of love. I'm that annoying friend that needs to stop and say HELLO to every dog and cat they see. :-) I’m very flexible with the times and emergency calls.
