Lifelong pet lovers & grandparents
Through the years, we have had Bichons, Golden Retrievers and a German Shephard in our family. Our focus in recent years has been our grandchildren and grand-doggies and we love them all dearly. Pets are, indeed, family members and we understand that's how you feel. We will treat your pet with the same love and care as if they were our own. Our home is in Brighton, MI near Spencer Elementary. We have a large, rolling yard (not fenced). Your dog will always be accompanied and on-leash for all outdoor walks and activities, whether in our yard or around the block. Our home is at the end of the subdivision loop where there is very little traffic. We're a retired couple (school worker & automotive executive) and have the time and desire to provide this service. We believe that pets are God's way of providing companionship, love, playfulness, joy, wonder and so much more.

We have a very flexible and accommodating schedule to assure your dog is well cared for and loved, getting the personal attention you expect and desire.

Safety, trust & environment
Your pet is treated with love and as a member of our family. They will engage in our household activities and be taken outside 6-8 times a day. Play time and fun are always a part of the daily activity and we will send along plenty of photos and updates to keep you posted on their stay.
A typical day
Walks around our half-mile loop street will be regular activities. Pets that stay with us are always on-leash and accompanied when outside. We encourage you to bring favorite toys, blankets, treats, etc. as you determine appropriate.
