I am a faithful follower of the Lord Jesus Christ. I strive to please Him in all that I do, I know that He always has His eye on me, and that the quality of my work is of great concern to Him. I have 50 years experience caring for dogs. I have owned and cared for many different breeds of dogs over my lifetime, including Staffordshire terriers, pit bulls, an English bulldog, an Australian Shepherd, an American Eskimo dog, dachshunds, wolf/chow mix, Labrador retrievers, a pug mix, terrier mixes, a Goldendoodle, a boxer mix and a husky. I am certified in Pet CPR & First Aid. I have 8 years of experience with a leash-reactive pit bull, who pulls on leash, and carried on with training that was given by a professional trainer for leash-reactivity and pulling on leash. I have also cared for dogs for family and friends, providing loving attention, food, water, medications, exercise or walks, and waste clean-up. I have experience with all ages of dogs, including puppies, pregnant mommas and seniors. I am mature, dependable, faithful & dedicated. I am attentive and safety-minded. I am not on social media and do not play internet games. I will only use my phone for pics of your pet for the Rover care card, or for emergencies while caring for your pet!

I am not able to care for your dog(s) in my home. I am organized and follow instructions carefully. I am attentive to possible safety concerns, whether on a visit or walk. I will care for your dog at your home as you desire, to the best of my ability. I am very thorough and detail-oriented.

Ann has been a blessing for our family! She started watching our puppy when he was 10 weeks old every day until he was 7 months! She went above and beyond to teach him commands, play with him, make sure he was fed and took him on walks! She truly treated him like he was her own! I cannot recommend her enough! She is very knowledgeable about training puppies and I don’t know what we would have done without her help! She was a very positive influence on our puppies first months and he is very well behaved I believe because of her! We are truly going to miss her and I know our puppy is too!
Anne is so flexible throughout the week. We had to modify the schedule twice and she was willing to work with us. She truly cares so much about the pets she cares for and she’s everything I look for in a sitter!
Anne has been routinely visiting our new puppy Penny (7 month old Cavapoo) for the last few months. Anne visits Penny in our home twice per day, and she is consistently on time. Depending on the weather, Anne will either walk Penny or play with her inside and let her out for potty breaks. Anne has been absolutely amazing to work with. She is highly responsive and on a few occasions made herself available on short notice when something pops up in our schedule. I can’t say how much my wife and I (who both work/study full time) appreciate Anne! She gets along great with Penny and we love the thorough rover cards she submits after each visit (including picture!). If you are looking for pet sitting services in the local Brighton area, we would absolutely recommend Anne! Thank you so much Anne! We look forward to continue working with you throughout the summer.
Anne continues to be so helpful and wonderful. She’s flexible with dates and times and super communicative.
Anne is wonderful to work with. She has been visiting my sweet Hazel weekly while I am at work. She sends detailed updates and plenty of pictures. I know that Hazel enjoys her quality time with Anne. I also want to mention that she has been so flexible when I need to make any unplanned changes. I feel lucky to have found her on Rover. I highly recommend her!!
