About: I’ve owned several dogs, large and small breeds, most of my life. I am a dog lover!!. I am a retired registered nurse, and recently had to say goodbye to our beloved lab, Mack. I am missing a furry friend and would love to meet and care for your pet. I have a lovely setting for boarding your dog or cat. I live in a wooded area with large lots and long meandering roads for walks that are away from busy roads. I am home full time since I retired and love to walk, so your dog will get lots of exercise staying with me. I usually only take one dog at a time, however if you have 2 pets from the same household, I would take both. I will give full attention to your pet during boarding, doggy day care, drop in visits, and walks. I will love and play with them and follow any specific instructions for pet care you have. I will communicate with pet updates during our visits and send you pictures of your pets daily activities.

About: I have had pets my whole life ranging from cats and small dogs to extra large dogs. I have trained and raised my pets from puppies to adults! Very well trained and friendly dogs that we love to play with in our fenced yard! I work from home and am able to be with my two Labrador Retrievers and your dogs all day! They can play inside or outside, we can crate train or enjoy them out and about with us. I work remotely in a home with a fenced in yard and am able to be with your pets all day! Drop off and pick up can be worked around your schedule I have a fenced in yard with two very friendly and playful labs. I have experience crate training and am able to do so if you wish!

“Keslee is amazing! I really appreciated the way she took care of Maxx as if he were her own pup. I’ll totally work with Keslee again!”

“Odin had a great time at Natalie’s. He got to play with another young dog and was very tired out when he got home. She updated me all day, and made me feel good about leaving him with someone I’ve never met. I will be using her services again in the future. She is truly a dog lover.”

About: I have loved caring for animals as long as I can remember. I’ve had the following dogs in my family: golden retriever, Alaskan malamute, English setter, Irish setter, and a Great Dane. I work from home which makes me readily available to care for your family member. I work from 8am until 5pm and go to the gym in the evenings most days. The house is large and the neighborhood has wilderness and traffic Mmmmm cars drive slowly. I like to give pets a decent amount of free space, though I will confine them to a room or crate if I need to leave the household which is likely. Please make sure your pet doesn’t bark excessively or scratch at doors if left in a room.

“Kristin watched my dog, Pearl, for daycare and she had so much fun with Kristin’s dog Willow! Kristin sent me several pics throughout the day of our girls playing and having the best time. She took great care of my Pearl and I look forward to bringing her back for daycare or any overnight stay. Thank you so much, Kristin!!”

“Bill and Sandy are fantastic! They made us feel so comfortable dropping our dog off for the first time. We also had some special requests about his care and they had no issue accommodating. We will definitely be bringing our dog back.”

About: I work from home and live a quiet, steady life that dogs tend to love. I’ve cared for everything from gentle seniors to giant breeds and shy rescues. I’m strong on a leash, calm under pressure, and tuned into canine body language and behavior. I’ve read extensively on dog psychology, and am a masters student in human psychology too! Dogs in my care get attention, structure, and peace. I follow your routines, send thoughtful updates, and adjust to your dog’s individual needs: whether that’s play, rest, or space. Let me know what your dog needs most, I’m happy to help. I work from home and take online classes, so I’m home most of the day and can adapt to your dog’s routine. Walks, meals, play, and quiet companionship all fit naturally into my schedule. In My Home: I live in a quiet, two-story home in Green Oak, Michigan. Dogs stay inside with me and are supervised throughout the day. I keep certain areas blocked off to maintain a safe, calm environment, and I follow your dog’s usual schedule for feeding, walking, and rest. The yard is unfenced, so all outdoor time is leashed and closely managed. In Your Home: I respect your space and routines. I’ll keep things clean, follow instructions carefully, and make sure your dog feels secure and comfortable in their usual surroundings.

“Our dog had a great time, and we received plenty of updates and details regarding her stay, which we really appreciated. We were glad to see that Maggie made new friends, and she came back happy and tired!”

About: We always are out having fun, exploring new terrain. I have a puli and she is always craving new friends and adventures. Dogs are everything to me and the life I live, can't beat a dogs love. We get out and explore all the time as no dog should be left behind sitting around not enjoying life to the fullest. Your pets will be in good hands, treating them just like they are my own. We frequent dog parks and will rally all sorts of fun activities with your beloved animal. I love dogs, you can trust me with your precious family member. Rover is a great service! I work from home so your pets will be taken care of around the clock. I will be available to offer potty breaks whenever needed. We love on your pets like they are our own. They won't want to leave when they are in our care. Safety and their well-being is our top priority.

About: I have experience raising both cats and dogs, both from kittens and puppies to grown adults. I currently have my own 3 year old Golden Retriever (shown in profile picture), I also have a one year old ragdoll cat,Mimi, who is quite mischievous! I am very knowledgeable in the many aspects of caring for both small and large breed dogs and cats, light or heavy shedders, low or high energy animals, etc. I can be very flexible to fit your lifestyle/schedule and I would love to take care of your beloved pet and ensure that they are happy and healthy while you are busy or away. I am a very caring, patient, responsible, and attentive person with a genuine love for animals. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns and I would be happy to speak with you! I am a full time student so I am always at home studying and I love to take breaks and spend time with my pets! I feed my pets on a strict schedule and take the dogs out 4+ times a day depending on their needs. I love to go on walks with the dogs and play frisbee or tug of war to keep them stimulated. I do not have the dogs sleep in crates unless that is preferred.

About: We have owned dogs our whole lives (+30 experience combined). We are very comfortable caring for dogs of all sizes and ages! We welcome friendly dogs to stay at our house any day- as we do have two dogs of our own. We both have corporate jobs so for the work hours, your pup is welcome to hangout with our two dogs with unlimited access to a fenced in yard. Otherwise, we can check on them around lunch time. Depending on drop off times, we are willing to provide food and medication if desired. For boarding, we do need advanced notice in the summer months. I do have a fenced in yard for our two friendly dogs. Your dog is welcome to hangout with them all day! Otherwise, we are also willing to separate and or crate your dog if desired. Ideally, I would like to let your dog just be a dog with mine. So, full access to a fenced in yard (if the weather is nice, then the doors are open), full range of the house, access to couches and beds. They will also have multiple toy bins to choose Barkbox toys to play with and have inside and outside water. We would prefer to have a “meet and greet” before starting to day care or board, to see if our dogs get along together.

10. Danielle & Anthony G.
“Danielle watches our lab Cooper whenever we are in the Detroit area. He has such a blast with their dogs and is always so excited to visit! They have a fenced in yard and Cooper LOVES to be outside so this is so perfect for him. When we go on vacation and Danielle watches him, Cooper goes on his own vacation too staying with them (he arguably has more fun than we do)!!! Great pet caregiver, would highly recommend”

16. Thom I.
“I'll start by stating I have a 4 year old German Shorthair Pointer.... He bounces off the wall unless he's got some way to expend his energy. I'd been nervous at first to have anyone that didn't know my pup attempt to keep him occupied while I was away but rather than send him to be boarded, so I asked my buddy Thom. After initially worrying I was leaving Thom with a ticking time bomb, I realized quite quickly that I had nothing to worry about. Thom managed to keep my pup from climbing the walls - kept him on squirrel watch and loved on him just as much as I would (or my pup would allow before becoming annoyed with his human). Thom's watched my pup for probably 10-15 stints over this past year as my work schedule has gotten busier and I couldn't be more appreciate of all he does to keep my worries under wraps. From trips to the park, to runs around the lake and god knows how many tennis balls they've been through, Thom just has that knack to know animals. I never worry anymore, I know he's in good hands. I have no doubt if Thom can handle my "lil ball of constant energy" that anyone else's pup would be a breeze.”

20. Elaine & Mike G.

Her dogs get to play in their shaded backyard or lounge on their own furniture in her home office. She makes her own healthy food and treats for them and there is always time for playtime.”
