That lifelong experience helped us create a home designed specifically for dogs’ safety and comfort, where we care for only one pup at a time so we can give them our full attention. Our daily routine is built around the dogs in our care. One of us is home most of the day, so your pup will have very little, if any, time alone. We’re happy to follow your dog’s normal feeding, sleeping, and medication schedule so their stay feels familiar, comfortable, and stress-free. We intentionally care for only one dog at a time, so your pup gets our full attention and a peaceful, stress-free stay (no crowded doggy sleepovers here!).
About: I’ve grown up with dogs and now have an 8-year-old Golden Retriever. He’s getting a little older but we still enjoy walks around the neighborhood and running around the yard. We like having dog guests to hang out with. I’ve watched dogs for friends and family over the years and enjoy having them around the house. My dog is friendly, and comfortable around other dogs, but I always prefer slow introductions to make sure we'll be a good match. About: 15 years of shelter volunteer work plus caring for my own dogs for 16 years. Frequently dog sit for both of my daughters and my son-in-law. After losing my last dog at 17, I would love to provide care, love and walks for yours. I work from home and set my own appointments outside of the home so I can determine precisely when I'll be home. Although I don't have a fenced yard we have a great neighborhood for walks. Dogs should be able to free roam as I don't currently have a crate; or you can provide a crate. Please bring any special toys, bed, etc. that will help your dog acclimate!
About: I’ve always had a dog or cat in my home! Growing up we always had a Golden Retriever :) My most recent dogs were two senior Chihuahua sisters I adopted and one Olde English Bulldog. They have all crossed the rainbow bridge and though I’m not ready to get another pet, I miss having them in my life. One of my seniors had diabetes so I’m trained at administering insulin as well. I’m a stay at home mom of two little boys I share with their dad, though when I have dogs stay with me they stay with their father. For boarding, I live in a wonderful neighborhood with lots of other dogs and great sidewalks for strolls or power walks if needed. I enjoy going for daily long walks myself would love the company. For walks at your home, I never skimp on time outside or if weather doesn’t permit, extra fun and love inside.

I am missing a furry friend and would love to meet and care for your pet. I have a lovely setting for boarding your dog or cat. I live in a wooded area with large lots and long meandering roads for walks that are away from busy roads. I am home full time since I retired and love to walk, so your dog will get lots of exercise staying with me. I usually only take one dog at a time, however if you have 2 pets from the same household, I would take both. I would also take 2 dogs, each from different households, if both pet parents agree. I will give full attention to your pet during boarding, doggy day care, drop in visits, and walks. I will love and play with them and follow any specific instructions for pet care you have. I will communicate with pet updates during our visits and send you pictures of your pets daily activities.
