Deana was absolutely amazing! She and her husband, James, took such great care of my dog, Henny, during a last-minute boarding. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing he was in such a loving and attentive home. Deana truly treats your pet like her own, and it shows in everything she does. Henny was happy, comfortable, and clearly well cared for the entire time. Plus, her dog Shaggy is adorable and has such a similar personality to Henny :) It’s also a huge bonus that she lives nearby, making everything so convenient. I’m incredibly grateful for the care she provided and would not hesitate to book with her again. Highly recommend!
Deana (and her husband) took such good care of our Phyllis. She kept in contact with regular pictures, messages and videos. I was very nervous as Phyllis is only 10 months old and we’ve never left her before but Deana definitely relieved all of my anxiety. She even allowed Phyllis to sleep in bed with her because she seemed restless in the crate. I’ve been too nervous to try that but Deana is magic!!! HIGHLY recommend.
Deana was great. Very responsive, kind and polite. I was in a bind and needed care for my new puppy short notice and she was so accommodating. It is my first time using Rover and I could not be happier. She was highly recommended by a friend, I was so happy with the experience. Will for sure use her services again.
