4. Blake C.

“We have never had a dog walker before, so we were a bit nervous about how our dog would do, but she was thrilled with Blake! He did an excellent job of updating us with details of the visit/walk which really put my mind at ease that my dog was in good hands. He also took the time to pet our cat, which was very appreciated! Blake has a calmness about him that the animals took a liking to immediately. We will continue to schedule weekly walks with Blake.”

10. Megan Z.
About: Sienna, my Vizsla-lab mix, has been an enriching and important part of my family for over thirteen years. She’s been with us since she was a puppy in California to moving across the country here to Howell, Michigan. She is quite the Velcro dog, and she sometimes needs extra reassurance doing basic activities like going for a walk, getting a shower, eating, and drinking water. Now that she’s an elderly dog, modifications have been made for her such as helping her up the stairs or keeping her bed on the main floor so the climb up the stairs isn’t too strenuous on the joints. My dog’s anxiety and old age have equipped me better to care for dogs with extra care needs. My cat Teddy has been with us for almost four years now! As a kitten, she hid up underneath a friend’s car and survived the drive all the way to volleyball practice. When she was discovered, my sister and I eagerly took her in. Throughout my life, I have owned a variety of other animals including fish, bunnies, guinea pigs, and now hermit crabs. I love all animals whether they’re big or small, cute or ugly, young or old. <3 I’m currently working part time and attending college part-time, but I will still have plenty of time to play with your dog or cat! I am very flexible time-wise for whatever is most convenient for you and your furry friend! I have used a leash for multiple large breeds for bathroom breaks/walks with no problem. I will bring a treat outside with me if the dog is known to be reluctant to return inside and doesn’t require a leash (electric fence, etc). Cats in my home are strictly indoors.

11. Emily A.
“Emily A. is a very caring and devoted person. She has had a lifelong long love for animals of all kinds and wishes to make caring for animals a career. She is very patient and understands that all animals are individual and have specific needs. Emily has had experience in caring for others’ pets and treats them as she would want her pet treated. Emily has cared for my seven animals on several occasions and I could not be more satisfied with the service she has provided. If you want someone to love your pets as much as you do when you have to be away, then Emily would be the person to trust.”

12. Ian P.
“Ian handles my two English Shepherds with enthusiasm, gentleness and energy! He is fantastic with dogs. He had to take them out on five walks a day, feed them, keep their paws clean and entertain them inside. I'd highly recommend him.”

13. Lauren K.

“I love Lauren! I'm a first time Rover, or any sitter service user. She knows all the questions to ask. She is calm and sweet, And portrays confidence. I will stick with Lauren for my pet needs as long as she is available”

14. Maddison M.
About: My name is Maddi, and I am certified with the Red Cross and Pet Sitters International. I’ve been pet sitting since I was 15, and my passion for animals has led me to gain hands-on experience in the animal field as a dog bather, minor veterinary assistant, and both a volunteer and employee at the humane society. I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember, and I take pride in caring for all kinds of pets—dogs, cats, reptiles, birds, small critters, fish, and even insects! This deep love and respect for animals is why I’ve dedicated my career to working with them. At home, I have nine pets of my own, including a German Shepherd (Zelda), two cats (Figgy & Linus), a bearded dragon (Pancake), a crested gecko (Beans), a ball python (Noodle), cichlids, and an orchid mantis (Nymph). Caring for them brings me so much joy, and I treat every pet I look after as if they were my own. I understand that leaving your pet in someone else’s care can be stressful, which is why communication and trust are my top priorities. I will always keep you updated and provide the best possible care for your furry, scaly, or feathery family member. Rest assured, your pet will be in loving and capable hands while you’re away! I’d love the opportunity to meet you and your pet—please feel free to reach out! 🐾 Pet sitting is my full-time job, which means I have plenty of time to dedicate to the care and well-being of your pets! I prioritize giving them the attention, exercise, and companionship they need to feel comfortable and happy while you're away. That said, my schedule is based on the families and pets I am currently sitting for, but I will always keep you updated on my availability. When booking, I’ll communicate clearly about my schedule and ensure that your pet receives the best possible care within their routine. Let me know your pet’s needs, and we’ll find the perfect arrangement! 🐾 I have over six years of experience caring for my own pets as well as those of others, and I truly love working with all kinds of animals—dogs, cats, birds, small critters, fish, and even insects! My passion for pet care is backed by professional training, as I am certified in pet first aid through the Red Cross and Pet Sitters International, ensuring that I can handle any situation with knowledge and confidence. When entrusting me with your pet’s care, you can expect regular updates throughout the day—morning, afternoon, and night—so you always know how your furry (or scaly, or feathered!) friend is doing. If I’m providing overnight care, rest assured that I’ll keep you informed and make sure your pet feels comfortable and loved in your absence. Beyond pet care, I’m happy to help with household tasks such as bringing in mail and packages, watering plants, and tending to any small chores you need taken care of while you’re away. If your pet enjoys daily walks, I’ll send videos and updates of our adventures so you can see how much fun they’re having! My goal is to provide not just care, but peace of mind, knowing that your beloved pet is in safe, loving, and capable hands while you’re away. I’d love the opportunity to help care for your pets—feel free to reach out with any questions!

15. Audrey L.

“Audrey did a fantastic time taking care of my high-energy Basenji pup. She kept him active and snuggled! She was also very organized -- everything was ready to go when I came to pick him up, which I really appreciate! Highly recommended!”

16. Kaitlyn B.
“Kaitlyn has dog sat for us a few times now. She does a great job with our 2 German Shepards and is very reliable! I would highly recommend Kaitlyn.”

17. Sarah T.
“Sarah has watched our dogs a number of times. She is honest, reliable, friendly, and the dogs love her! She's wonderful with them. Highly recommend!”

18. Summer M.
“Summer was a life saver for us! We had a family emergency and had to leave state abruptly and needed someone we could trust to care for our Calli-Cat. Calli-Cat has special needs and was pregnant at the time so we did not want to take her out of our home and away from her nesting area so late in her pregnancy. Summer came to our home, spent quality time with Calli-Cat, made she was ok and took care of her in our absence. Thankfully, nothing happened while we were gone but we know that Summer would not have hesitated to resolve any issues. Luckily, we were able to be home in time to see the babies born. We can't thank Summer enough for allowing us to take care of our family emergency and know that Calli-Cat was in loving hands. Calli-Cat and the kittens all love Summer and we call her when we need them watched for a few days. We all recommend Summer!”

19. Lynnda M.
“I would absolutely recommend Lynnda to take care of anyone’s dogs. She was the ‘foster mom’ for our sweet lab mix before we adopted her, has taken care of her several times when we went on vacation, and went way above and beyond to help us recover our fur baby when she was lost. Lynnda is awesome with dogs, not just in loving them, but with her skills to train them to be obedient, patient and well behaved.”

About: I’ve had cats and dogs my entire life. My kitty was 25 and insulin dependent when he crossed the rainbow bridge. I personally managed his care until the very end. I have 2 Maine Coon rescues now. I’m a people nurse but animals are my heart.♥️ I’m available for drop in visits from 10 am- 10pm daily. Will confirm with client ahead of time. I’m always able to work with your schedule ♥️ I am safely able to determine if your pet needs medical attention. I cared for my kitty who needed Q12 hour insulin injections and am calm in emergency situations.
