“Chelsea and Richard came to my hotel to watch my nervous Weimaraner, Charlie, who howls the entire time he is alone, doesn’t like elevators and is scared of his own shadow. They were very communicative from the beginning. While I was away they sent me pictures of his doggy vacay throughout the day! I felt very comfortable with them both. I had a change of plans on one day but they rolled right along with it stopping by a couple times during the day and helped me out by taking Charlie out because my Mother in Law would not have been able to handle it alone. I have them booked for 2 more days this week and don’t feel a bit of the anxiety that I usually feel leaving my dog for any amount of time. They are very nice people AND they met at Disneyland where they both used to work!❤️ So cool! If you are hesitant to book- rest assured Chelsea and Richard will take care of your dog(s) and allow you to enjoy your time away without the worry! So glad to know that any time I will be visiting California I can now bring my dog along ❤️ That’s a great feeling :) Thank you very much!”

“This is my first time using Rower and I’m so glad I did. Katie made this process so easy for me. My dog Lucy is 15 1/2 and have never stayed with anyone before. Katie was great with her so much so that I’m going to trust her with Lucy for 16 days while I’m on vacation. Katie send me pictures of Lucy while under her care and when I came back Lucy was happy.”

“This is the 2nd time Michelle has watched Oliver and I hope to have her again. She is so good with him. I get detailed updates and pictures - which is always so appreciated. Michelle even brought over a fun lick pad for Oliver to enjoy. So thoughtful!”

About: I’m a huge animal lover, with experience handling both dogs and cats. Currently, I work as a dog handler at a boarding, training, and daycare facility, where I am usually in a room with over 25 dogs at a time. Previously, I worked in a facility that boarded cats as well, where I was responsible for feeding them and cleaning their catios. I have two years of experience handling dogs of all sizes and caring for cats. I also have a 4-year-old French Bulldog and a 2-year-old long-haired cat of my own, which gives me a personal perspective on pet care. My approach is centered around understanding each animal’s unique personality and needs, ensuring they receive the best possible care and attention. Whether it’s energetic playtime, calming anxiety, or just offering plenty of cuddles, I am committed to making every pet feel loved and cared for. My schedule currently involves working 4 to 5 days a week as a dog handler, which means I’m usually available around 4 PM on my working days. On my days off, I’m available all day to provide care and attention to your pets. In-Home Visits: For Dogs: Feeding & Hydration: I adhere to your dog’s regular feeding schedule and ensure they have fresh water at all times. Health & Comfort Checks: I monitor your dog’s well-being, including checking for any signs of health issues and administering medications as needed. I also ensure their living environment is clean and comfortable. Interactive Time: I spend quality time with your dog, providing companionship, playtime, and any specific care they require. This helps keep them engaged and reduces feelings of loneliness. Dog Walking: Exercise & Play: I take your dog for walks based on their needs and preferences, whether it’s a quick potty break or a longer, more energetic walk. I tailor the walk to suit their exercise requirements and ensure they have an enjoyable experience. Safety: I prioritize your dog’s safety during walks, keeping them on a leash and being mindful of traffic, other animals, and any potential hazards. Routine Updates: I provide updates on your dog’s walk, including any observations about their behavior or well-being. For Cats: Feeding & Hydration: I follow your cat’s regular feeding schedule and ensure they always have fresh water available. Litter Box Maintenance: I clean the litter box regularly, ensuring it’s tidy and odor-free to keep your cat comfortable. Grooming & Health Checks: I check your cat for any signs of health issues, provide basic grooming if needed, and administer medications as required. Interactive Time: I engage with your cat through playtime and affection, using interactive toys and gentle petting to ensure they feel loved and stimulated. Environmental Checks: I maintain a clean and safe living space for your cat, ensuring their favorite spots are comfortable and addressing any issues that may arise.

“Summer was amazing!! She was understanding and flexible with us with our last minute arrangements for a dog sitter for our two dogs. She went above and beyond to take care of our pups and catered to their schedules and walking needs. My dogs loved her and I highly recommend Summer!”

My approach is tailored to each pet’s unique needs, ensuring they feel safe, loved, and well cared for in your absence. I currently work in the hospital. My Rover schedule will vary depending on my work schedule. However, that makes me flexible to accommodate and take care of your pets! As someone who works in healthcare, I am patient, empathic, and caring. I have worked with many patients from different backgrounds. I believe dogs are men's best friends.

About: With a lifetime of experience surrounded by dogs, I bring a deep affection and understanding of our furry friends. Over the years, I've had the privilege of regularly house-sitting for two households each with a pairs of dogs, providing consistent and attentive care. Eager to continue bringing more dogs into my life, as I currently don't have any of my own. I’ve worked with dogs of all sizes—from small to medium to large—so I’m well-equipped to meet their unique needs. Whether it’s playtime, walks, or just cuddling on the couch, I treat every dog I care for like they’re my own, ensuring they feel loved, safe, and happy while you're away. Pet care fits perfectly into my schedule, as I have flexible availability and remote work options that can easily adjust to accommodate your pet's needs. Whether it's daily walks, overnight stays, or simply spending quality time with your furry friend, I'm committed to ensuring they receive the attention and care they deserve. As a dedicated dog sitter, my top priority is ensuring your pet’s safety, comfort, and well-being while maintaining the trust you've placed in me. I take great care to create a safe and secure environment, following your pet’s routine to minimize stress and ensure they feel at ease in the familiar surroundings of your home. I respect your space and adhere to any specific instructions you provide, ensuring your pet is treated with love, attention, and the highest level of care in their own environment.

“Isabelle did an amazing job with our pets. She sent updates with pictures everyday. But the most important thing to me, is that I was able to relax and enjoy being away from home knowing that my fur babies were in good hands.”

“Vanessa is the absolute best with our four little weirdos and their various idiosyncrasies. Our dogs loved her from minute one, which isn’t always the case with sitters. When we got home after four days, they acted like we were gone for a few hours, which is always an indication to me that their routines were in place and they got plenty of attention while we were away. She left the place looking better than I remember it looking when I left, took care of details we never mentioned but were very appreciative of, like taking the trash to the curb, and the thing that was such a stress reliever - when our flight home was canceled and we were home 18 hours later than expected, she was able to stay a little later and potty them an extra time in the morning to give us time to get back. She’s thoughtful about things like temperature when doing walks, food allergies, medication needs, and she’s just generally very competent. I would not hesitate to recommend her and use her again.”

Your pets are like my own and I will treat them as such:) So care for your canine and choose this alpha... I only do this exclusively so there will be no distractions or lack of care on my part. Allison is absolutely amazing! She was so great with Finn and Finn love her so much. She will be my number one pick for When I’m in town next time. There is many positive things I could right about her. Finn and I love her and will be booking her again in the future! Thank you so much for the care you gave my little man.

I was a bit nervous about using Rover for the first time, but Kathryn made the experience great. She stayed at my apartment and took care of both my dog and cat for four nights. My dog can be wary of new people, but Kathryn approached her with such ease and clearly had a lot of experience with animals. She was very responsive, sent lots of photos, and treated my pets with such kindness. Will definitely ask Kathryn to watch my animals again in the future :)

Ashley took excellent care of our fur babies and home. We appreciated all the photos of them enjoying walks, playtime, and lounging. Our dogs were excited to meet her, and by the end of our "trial," our dog Winston was practically in her lap! We will be booking her again in the future.

Thank you for your love and care towards our pups Vincent! Vincent was a great choice to pet sit our boys. He was courteous towards our home and so patient with our elderly pup that needed medication administered over the weekend. They warmed up to him almost immediately and were cuddling at his feet by the end of day one. Thank you again for everything 😊

Katie was AMAZING!!! I went to Australia for 1 1/2 months and even though she didn’t sit for that long, the time she did, Lucy was great. Lucy is a 15 1/2 blind and deaf Maltese and this was her first time been babysit by someone new. She sent me pictures often and kept me informed at all times on their progress.I have finally found a reliable and caring person that I’ll use from now on. 🐶❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thank you so much McKenna! We loved having you sit for our two Danes. You’re such a breath of fresh air. Our pups absolutely adore you and we really do hope you’ll sit for us again. Thank you for taking such good care of them and for the updates. We greatly appreciate you!!

Jada did an amazing job watching our two dogs (GSD and pit mix), two cats and house while we were away. Our pets typically get anxious being away from family, but that was not the case with Jada as we returned to happy, healthy animals with many updates along the way. Would definitely book again and recommend to all family and friends!

Kate was an amazing house sitter/pet sitter. We had a few ants and other challenges which she took care of with no problem. Ava was kept happy and was able to go on several hikes. It was great to be able to be on vacation without worries about your beloved pet back at home.
