With my years of experience pet sitting for friends, family, and neighbors, I can provide safe, loving, and dependable care for your pets too! About: I have experience caring for any kind of dogs and cats. I foster shelter dogs, raised and trained my Labrador Ace from a puppy and owned a senior rescue dog. I know how to care for puppies, teenager and elderly dogs, as well as kittens and cats. I'm particularly good with shy cats and getting them out of their shell, but enjoy an active, playful cat like mine just as much. Our home has a front and back yard, both fenced and a living area plus an attached sunroom. I can separate pets if needed. I have a cat room, only cats can get in, dogs have to stay outside. My cat usually roams the whole house. Can separate if needed. I also have the ability to take active dogs on walks or runs as I am an active person and runner. I am currently staying at home, so I have a very flexible schedule. I am available on weekdays, weekends, and holidays, making it easy to accommodate any pets needs . When a new pet arrives at my house, they will always get some time away from any other pets already here to get used to everything and decompress. After that they can meet under supervision and if everything goes well, they'll be together in the whole house. If they don't get along I accommodate and fence out different areas, inside and outside. I have a front and back yard, which can also be separated in two different areas. I also have a large sunroom attached to our living area. One of the bedrooms is a no dog zone for cats.

About: Over the 15 years I’ve been house sitting professionally, I’ve had the pleasure of caring for puppies to sr. dogs, kittens to sr. cats, lizards, fish, birds, and even farm animals. My goal when I care for your pet is to keep your pet in the routine to which they are accustomed. That means I follow your written instructions, as far their feeding time, walk time, etc. Though, I also want your vacation to feel like a staycation for your pet. That means I’m going to have fun with them whether that means giving them belly rubs, playing fetch with them or playing other fun games with them. Also, please note that you can hire me for overnights, dog walks, or both. So, my price for overnight stays is to stay in your home and care for your pet, but dog walking is separate from overnight stays. During my stay, as much as I will care for you pet(s), I will also care for your home. I’m happy to water any plants, bring in any deliveries/mail, take out the trash and other light chores (I won’t mow your lawn). I work for myself writing online content for people, so my work goes where I go. The only thing I ask is that you have an Internet connection and someplace where I can set up my computer. As far as caring for pets in my home, I am only able to board certain breeds of dogs, and that is contingent on the permission of the homeowner. I am unable to care for cats in my home, but I would be able to come to your home.. In general, I always care for your pet according to your schedule and preference. And I am always sure to adjust my schedule according to the schedule you set for me to ensure your pet receives optimal care. But the key to pet sitting is to emulate the routine to which the dog is already accustomed. My goal is that when you go on vacation your pet(s) will feel like they're on a staycation. Also, please note while I charge $65 per day, I charge separately for walks ($20 per walk). For pets that do not require walks (cats, sr. dogs, etc), I charge $75 a day.

I am very proficient in bathing dogs, I get dogs with double coats deshed and curly coated dogs brushed out. I am currently working part time at a dog grooming facility, but I have few hours. I would have plenty of time to play or lounge with your pups depending on their needs. If your dog is low energy, I would be more than happy to just hang out and play low impact games with them.
