I absolutely love all animals and will truly cherish any opportunity to take care of your baby. I have two little kids (2- and 4-year-old girl and boy) and one senior dog (13-year-old husky). We would assess how your baby would do with the kiddos and my dog for overnight boarding. For daycare or potty breaks, this should not be an issue as the kids are in school during the day from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. most days. I live in Oceanside in the Arrwood community and have a fully fenced-in yard and beautiful sidewalks and trails near me for adventures. My dog (Bandit) gets along with most dogs, gets along great with cats, and the kids love cats and dogs too. If this sounds good to you, I'd love an opportunity to meet your baby and see how I can be helpful to your family. I work from home so basically your baby would be my sidekick. We have a fenced in yard which they would have access to as long as you are okay with that. We can start the day with a walk and then hang out together -- if I go anywhere they can tag along with me or would be safe inside my home. I have a crate if needed, a fully fenced in backyard and because I work from home they would be under my supervision all day. If I have to step out they would either join me, I would crate them, or leave them to roam free in the home depending on what your preference is and what's best for the pet.

I will help your senior dog get around if they need a little extra help or with your puppy to gain confidence exploring a new area. I have 3 dogs. 2 Senior at 11 years old and 1 younger at 3 years old. They are taken care of first thing in the morning and last thing at night. 1 has many allergies that we care for each day. When helping out at a pets home I follow directions of the owner. If the pet is allowed in the yard I will stay with them while they are playing and or exploring. I clean up after pets if they accidently make a mess or spill some of their food / water.

Communication is key during your time away and I can provide daily texts and/or calls and emails with pictures and updates of how your pet(s) are doing. My goal is to allow you to be away from your pets with peace of mind and complete trust that your dog(s) are being taken care of at a high standard and in a loving and caring manner. Thank you I work M-F with a flex schedule. I’m in the office 2-3 days a week and then WFH the rest of the week. Depending on your dogs needs, I can rearrange my schedule to suit your dog! I will keep your space clean and spotless. I will follow all your rules and work to build trust with you and your pet(s). Please let me know things like crate schedule (if you have one), furniture rules, potty schedule, etc.

You are working directly with me—a dedicated dog owner and passionate pet care professional who treats your fur babies with the exact same love, devotion, and strict safety standards I demand for my own two large doodles. I have a fully open schedule and very flexible. I take my dog for walks daily and to the park in the evening. Would love to walk your pup. I have a fenced yard, open floorplan inside for indoor care and a 5yr. Old very friendly, professionally trained, CGC awarded Labradoodle to play and keep your pup company.
About: I have been trusted by friends and family to pet sit the past 3 years. I love all animals the same and have owned multiple pets my whole life. I am working part time and college part time with a flexible afternoon schedule. Mornings on Friday-Sundays are always great and give me lots of free time. I have a secure fenced in backyard with chickens separated to the side. We have a dog crate inside. At this time I do not offer boarding while I am trying to train my puppy.

About: I spent several years house sitting and dog sitting during my college years. I am ready to get back to it! I have been trusted by many members of the country club I worked for to take care of their nice houses and their very special pets. I am available all days and nights of the week. “My second time booking with Darcey! Pet parents of reactive dogs know how challenging it can be to find someone to dogsit - I hadn’t been on a family vacation in years because I was unaware such patient people like Darcey existed. I have a small dog who is moderately reactive to strangers and other dogs out of trauma. In the first 24 hours of staying in an unknown place, he will lightly nip at people who get too close too fast or at dogs who get right up in his face, and we understandably got turned down a couple of times by other sitters. I breathed a sigh of relief once I read Darcey had reactive dog experience and this knowledge helped her (and her partner) understand Oreo really well. That first day, they gave him the space and time he needed to realize that he was in safe arms and by the next morning they were buds! I’m so glad Oreo has found other human friends :).”
