After an intro meeting, day long sit and then a 2 night stay, we knew she was ready for a 9 night stay. We looked forward to our updates, especially the videos and photos, and came to call them ‘Lucy Grams’. It was so comforting to see our girl having fun and Lucy’s two pups are great companions. We recently booked a boarding visit with Ann for our two dogs and she did an AMAZING job of updating us and sending lots of good quality pictures to let us know how they were doing. We can tell that they had a good time and genuinely enjoyed their visit. We sent two dog beds with them and our dogs only wanted to lay on one of Ann’s specific dog beds, so she actually insisted on sending us home with it! Ann is so accommodating, genuinely loves dogs, and is so communicative. We would 100% trust her with our dogs again in the future and would recommend her to anyone who needs a sitter.
Pili and her family took such great care of my Bubba while I was away. They are prompt, very nice, and respond back immediately. They sent lots of pictures and updated me all the time. If you’re looking for a great place for your pup to be when you’re gone, I would recommend Pili 10/10!
