“We had a wonderful experience with Svitlana and her family! Maple stayed with them for seven nights, and we couldn’t have been happier. Since it was our first time leaving Maple for that long, Svitlana was so kind and reassuring, which gave us great peace of mind. They sent us pictures every day, and it was clear that Maple was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. We are so grateful for the loving care they gave Maple and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dog sitter!”

“It was so reassuring to see how much they loved and cared for Apollo. They treated him like part of their family. I could tell that Apollo felt comfortable with them. We received regular pictures and updates. We would not hesitate to use them again.”

“Anasteysha and her family were excellent! Our dog Cookie really enjoyed her stay and was able to play with other dogs. Anasteysha was very responsive and sent many pictures/videos while we were away. We will use their services again!”

“Kelly and her family were great. She sent us constant text and video updates that were very appreciated. She was very easy to communicate with and helped coordinate or semi-complicated drop off. Our dog got plenty of exercise and she was with Kelly. Thanks so much for taking such good care! 100% will always be a returning client.”

“Alicia and family were absolutely wonderful to Lily. Alicia consistently provided me with updates and photos. She could not have been more caring to Lily. I will absolutely use her services again! Thank you to Alicia and her family, again. Lily loved them!!”

“Rachel was absolutely incredible! She took care of our Chip over the holidays and he had a great stay with her and her pups. She was super responsive, friendly, sent us lot of pictures, and we were so happy to know he was getting lots of love and attention from her. We pile definitely recommend Rachel and book with her again in the future.”

“I boarded my Vizsla (Gunner) with Charles and Rachael over a four day span. This was the second time I’ve boarded my four year old dog. After the first boarding (not with Charles and Rachael), my dog was visibly anxious and distressed. He slept for almost two days after getting back. I could tell Gunner had a much better time. He was the same dog coming out of the service as he was going in. Gunner got a ton of walks and even went out to breakfast with Charles and Rachael. Rachael was excellent in handling all the daily ritual quirks of my dog. Communication and scheduled was absolutely easy. I would 100% recommend Charles and Rachael to anyone. And I will definitely rebook when it comes time.”

“We had a great experience with Sarah! She was reliable, communicated clearly, and took wonderful care of Zoey and Milo. We got regular updates and came home to happy pups. I will definitely book with her again.”

“I was so appreciative to find Danielle and Austin! My dog, Gary, was treated like a member of the family. I got daily updates and photos too. I could not be happier with our experience and will definitely book with them again!”

“This was the first time being away from our Benji but Erica made sure to keep us updated and send lots of pictures of his time with them! We were able to enjoy our trip knowing Benji was having lots of fun.”

“Sandra has been the best dog boarder we’ve had in Fallbrook and we’ve tried several. Our dog was so well taken care of and her property is perfect for our guy to roam around. We will seek out Sandra for all future boarding needs.”

“I was super appreciative of Justin taking my last minute boarding request. He was communicative and sent me pictures during the 2 nights he had Zuly. I would absolutely book again. Thank you Justin and Michelle for being so good to Zuly and so accommodating.”
“Sean & family (including their dog Zorian) were just wonderful dog sitters! This was a repeat booking with him and I certainly plan to use him again in the future. They welcomed my dog into their family and took great care of him!”

“Sara took such great care of my boy Bubba. She is so kind and punctual and sends lots and lots of pictures and videos everyday. She listened to everything I had to say and incorporated that into her care of Bubba. I would highly recommend Sara and will be booking with her again!!”

“Until recently, we had never left our pup with someone else overnight. When we met Lucy, we knew she was a great fit for our Kona. After an intro meeting, day long sit and then a 2 night stay, we knew she was ready for a 9 night stay. It took a while for her anxiety and walls to come down, but Lucy was so patient and kind with Kona. We looked forward to our updates, especially the videos and photos, and came to call them ‘Lucy Grams’. It was so comforting to see our girl having fun and Lucy’s two pups are great companions. Would definitely use Lucy any time!”

“Pepper had so much fun. This sitter updated me constantly and sent me pictures throughout the days. My dog had so much fun and felt so comfortable with this sitter. I didn’t have to worry about the safety or wellbeing of my pepper with Gabi. Gabi was super quick to respond to me and asked permission before taking my pepper anywhere. I will absolutely use Gabi again and recommend her to anyone that’s using Rover! This was my first time using rover and this experience really set the tone for the app! Amazing dog sitter!!”

“Hyun is the best dog sitter, she took great care of my puppy Honey, and even train her to go potty outside finally! She truly cares about your dog, and she constantly gives you updates and photos. It was honestly the best experience boarding Honey with Hyun. If you have the chance to get your puppy a sitter, be sure is Hyun because she really is the best! Thank you so much for taking such a good care of Honey. 💗😊”

“Linda & Zach are amazing! They watched our 5 month old puppy for 4 nights. They gave us updates and sent pictures of all his fun! Our puppy was in heaven with fun walks, play time with their other dogs (who are very friendly), and a great yard! We will definitely use them again!!!”

Amazing!!! I can't say enough how wonderful and attentive Greg was with our Labrador, Dolly. He spoiled her with exercise, play time, healthy goodies, and affection. She was treated like a member of the family. Dolly needs people time. I have tried some very nice dog boarding facilities and Dolly was miserable. I am so happy to have found Greg. I will hire him again!

Justin & Michelle boarded our dogs on the 4th of July overnight & everything went far better than we could have hoped for…super nice people! Great house & neighborhood with a huge fenced in backyard. Their dog Skylar got along great with our dogs. Justin shared plenty of photos & updates so we could enjoy ourselves & not have to worry at all. We highly recommend and will for sure book again! Thank you again Justin & Michelle for treating our dogs so well.

Such a nice dog sitter, she was able to reschedule our days when we suddenly had a change of plans. We got daily updates on our puppy and pictures/videos included. We had a situation where we the food we took our puppy with ran out, and they fed him some of Midnights food🐕❤️! Even packed a treat and toy of their own, that bubbles fell in love with.

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
