Experience: Why Choose Me: - I am a very experienced full time professional Rover Sitter and have completed over 6,000 Rover requests for dogs and cats -Private petsitting insurance in addition to the Rover insurance -I have been a foster and volunteer for a dog rescue 7 years and have trained other people on dog care many times as the Volunteer Coordinator and as Adoption Event Manager. I and my home are approved to foster dogs and cats for 5 different local rescues so we are very safe. I have a lot of dog knowledge and can care for a variety of dogs and cats. I have experience with all ages, breeds, and sizes. I bring knowledge of dog and cat body language and the ability to reinforce good behavior and your previous training with your pets so they maintain their manners and lessons. I’ve won over shy and special needs cats and dogs many times, but I DO NOT accept AGGRESSIVE pets. My heart is in it 100% making sure your beloved pets are comfortable, safe, and having a good time and I have calming sprays/gels/treats, calming music, solo rooms if they get overwhelmed or need a quiet refuge, and other tools in my arsenal. I want a calm, happy stay with lots of play! I also fostered for a rabbit rescue because I really love working with animals. I know how to care for pocket pets like hamsters, fish, and birds. Contact me and I’m happy to learn how to care for exotic pets! **For safety, I CANNOT accept AGGRESSIVE pets and will refer them to great local trainers/behaviorists. Safety for my family and the pets in my care is my first priority. If your dog shows aggression to other dogs they will be separated for the remainder of their stay and referred to a behaviorist/trainer and not accepted back to boarding until I speak with the trainer after service. If the dog shows aggression towards me or another human the booking will be cancelled and they will need to be picked up and taken home, I must be able to care for every dog by meeting their needs in a safe way. My Pets: I own 2 male dogs, Fox the small terrier mix and Oakes my Standard Poodle. I have trained them very well with manners and tricks so I can definitely follow your system and enforce training you are working on. My boys are patient and gentle and they love to play with dogs and people.

Sarah was absolutely wonderful with my dog, Hailey! Hailey is a 15-year-old Great Dane mix, so she moves a bit slower these days, but that didn’t stop her from having the time of her life. Sarah did a great job helping her interact comfortably with some of the younger, more energetic pups, and Hailey ended up making so many new friends. Communication was great throughout, and I’ll absolutely be booking with Sarah again (Actually I am trying to right now🤣)
Sarah was super friendly and very accommodating for all our needs! We appreciate her taking care of all our fur babies while we visited family. Her house is set up well for dogs and in a quiet neighborhood.
Sarah did a wonderful job with our shy kitty Juniper while we were away. I could tell right away she is incredible with animals and very knowledgeable and thorough in her care. I had no worries in my trip thanks to her and will be booking again. Thank you Sarah!
Sarah took great care of our elderly, diabetic dog. She administered his insulin injections twice a day, followed his feeding instructions perfectly, and gave him lots of snuggle time. I would definitely recommend Sarah!
Sarah is an amazing doggy Babysitter. She is very communicative and provided so many photos of our Bella. We definitely felt like our dog was in great hands. We will be using her again soon.
My Apollo had a great time and was well cared for by Sarah. She sent me tons of pictures of Apollo and a couple of videos to boot! I highly recommend Sarah and definitely will use her service again.

Schedule
Schedule: I do have my own animals (and foster kittens sometimes) so for full day services and housesitting I will need to leave occasionally to pop home and feed/walk my personal pets and DO NOT offer 24hr care. I am available for boarding drop offs and pick up 7am-9pm daily, by appointment only. I am a full time professional petsitter and available 7 days a week. Your pet will get multiple outside play times, lots of cuddles and attention inside the house, and they will only sleep inside in the air conditioning and heated house with me.

My Care: All dogs are crated for feedings and overnight 6-7 hours while we sleep for safety, but during the day we have dog beds in every room and they get a lot of home oriented free roam time. Many dogs like to cuddle up watching me cook or watch a movie with us cuddled on the couch. I have a safely fenced yard with grass and my 2 dogs love to play tug and chase with visitors.

A typical day
A typical day: We do lots of bonding and enrichment like our small "dog pool" in the backyard in the summer, lots of toys, and "Find It," the snack searching game. We have food puzzles, lick mats, snuggle mats, and flirt poles too. It's a dog vacation here!
