About: I have been caring for animals since I was a child. I started pet sitting when I was 8 years old for our neighbors when they went out of town. I cared for their dogs, and a few litters of puppies. I have a deep rooted love for animals and their quirky personalities. I grew up with lots of animals in the house, multiple cats, frogs, and fish. I also spend lots of time at my aunt's house where they would have several dogs at a time. Playing with the dogs and running around the yard of some of my foundest memories. I currently have two cats, Mischka (13) and misty (12), and a dog Mikko (4). I’ve always been passionate about caring for animals. I have a B.S. in software engineering from CSUSM. A few years ago, I was living in NH, during that time I worked with Live Free Animal Rescue as an active foster. I was able to foster several dogs until I found their forever home I’m currently between jobs so I have plenty of time to devote to caring for dogs and cats, plus I love to walk! In constantly working with my own dog on her obedience and mostly frequent businesses where she can join me. My dog is friendly toward people and other dogs. She loves to play! Since we live in an apartment, we frequent walks, and always have a leash on her when leaving the apartment. When caring for people’s pets, if I’m doing a home visit, I always check fences and doors to make sure their pets are secure.
About: I've cared for pets countless times over the years 🐶, from family to strangers to close friends! I have experience with both calm and reactive dogs, and I’m familiar with common triggers and how to keep them comfortable, happy, and safe on every walk 🦴🐾. I'm a full-time college student 🎓, but my classes are fully remote with no required live lectures, giving me a super flexible schedule! If overnight care is needed, I can easily bring my laptop and get my work done while staying with your pup 🐕💻. There are always foster dogs coming and going in my home 🏠🐾, so I’m used to adapting quickly and staying super attentive to each pup’s unique needs. I’m mindful of my habits and surroundings to make sure accidents don’t happen, even when things could be unpredictable!
“Zsana is amazing and we are so grateful to have found her! She was wonderfully flexible and accommodating, working around our changing travel schedule. She truly goes above and beyond — giving the best care and attention to our dogs. We feel so lucky to have someone this trustworthy and kind looking after them while we were away. Can’t thank her enough and will absolutely be booking again!””

“Savannah was the best! She came on short notice and agreed to come for a meet and greet before the visit to make us feel comfortable. She took excellent care of our cats and gave very detailed updates with great pictures! Would not hesitate to recommend Savannah to anyone!!!”

“I have booked Alexandra a couple times and she always does a wonderful job caring for my cats. She is also very flexible to last minute requests which I greatly appreciate. Will continue to use Alexandra for all my cat needs!”

About: My experience includes puppies, 'good old dogs' and everything in between. Wiley, an expat from Tijuana, is our namesake (Wiley Wags) and the best sidekick. He's a three-year-old, 15 lbs mixed breed that loves to play with other dogs and is dousel with children. I enjoy lovin' on him and every dog in my care. I'm a stay-at-home mama, but my babes attend school, so I have plenty of time to care for your pup(s). While your fur baby/babies are in my care, I will be home with them aside from an occasional quick errand. My availability is very open and includes most holidays. Wiley Wags is located 20 minutes north of Legoland, west of the 5 and blocks to the beach. Your pet will enjoy ocean breezes during neighborhood walks. Keeping your furry friend safe and content are my top priorities while they stay with our family. Wiley is a great companion dog. We fall in love with all our four-legged friends at Wiley Wags.

“Megan went above and beyond! She made sure his litter pan was very clean and even organized his toys. Our cat (Bunny) was very happy and well cared for when we got home. Would 10/10 recommend Megan.”

About: I have been taking care of fur babies for 8 years. Not counting the years of my doggies (16!). From house sitting, walking, feeding, and post surgery care I'm all in. I have beginner skills to train a dog and can be cautious and modify routines dependent of the environment (ie, kids present). I pour my heart in everything regarding the safety, health, and fun time of your babies. I'm currently working part-time which opens my availability! With advanced notice, I can work in creating a schedule that best fits your and your pets needs. I always make sure to pay a visit prior to any care. It is important to see how a dog or cat reacts to me so as to better take care of them. In the same visit, I can learn of behaviors or routines such as crate training or car behavior. My home is pet friendly, fenced all around. I want your pet to feel safe at all times!
“Justin is fantastic! He is SO thorough and thoughtful. My girl Pickle is a puppy, and he sent multiple photos of her, gave detailed notes, and even gave updates on how she was doing with some commands he was working on with her. If you want someone who’s got great experience and will care for your pup like they’re his own, Justin is it. I will definitely use Justin again in the future and hope to become a regular client of his!”

About: I’ve cared for pets my entire life. I grew up with dogs, cats, guinea pigs, even that weird teenage phase where I decided to adopt a rat. I am patient and can read your pet’s cues. Last minute bookings are ok! I work from home full-time and make my own schedule. I am pretty much always available unless already booked. I work as a writer and make extra income doing what I love - taking care of animals. I am extremely mindful and tidy. Whether it’s a drop-in or overnight stay, you can trust me to keep your home clean, and your pet happy.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and had dogs of my own since I was 8 years old! I’m comfortable walking and caring for any size or breed of dog, as I have experience ranging from a small 20 pound cocker spaniel to my current 100 pound lab at home! I’ve helped to train my own dogs in walking and behavioral management, as well as taken care of some very senior dogs. I’m very big on paying attention to both the physical and emotional needs of our pups, and I’m happy to help out wherever needed! I’m currently home for the summer before relocating for work, so I am very active in my daily pet care! I take my own pup on 3 walks daily and we spent lots of time hanging out and snuggling. We have trained our dog at home to sleep independent of a crate and he is free to roam anywhere around the house. I am very attentive to dogs’ needs and wants, especially when it comes to knowing when to pick up on their cues for feeding, potty breaks, and play!
About: I’ve been around animals my whole life and absolutely love them (sometimes more than people haha). Breeders have trusted me to nurse their dogs and puppies back to health, and I have experience caring for both young puppies and senior dogs with special needs. Since my latest beloved dogs, Jacques and Jinger, passed on, I have found so much joy in welcoming other wonderful animals into our lives. We are a young couple living in the heart of Oceanside, CA, within a very pet friendly community. A dog beach and walkable city area are nearby in addition to trails and parks, and we enjoy exploring with our visiting pals. As a professional photographer, I also often enjoy taking and sharing free, high quality photos of our furry friends, in addition to the usual updates with phone snaps that I send during our time together. It is our general rule to only care for one family at a time, so your pet will have the exclusive attention and focus while in my care, ensuring they feel safe, relaxed, and well cared for. Every dog is not just a dog but a member of the family. I understand every animal has their own personality and individual needs, and I would love to take care of, play, walk, and love on yours and hope to become their friend. I work mostly from home and love caring for dog friends on my available days. I only host pets from one family at a time to make sure each visitor receives the best care and attention during their stay with us. For walks or drop-in visits my schedule is quite flexible. If a pup is with me for the day we will likely do a good amount of walking and play, I'll ensure they are provided water and any other details for their care is followed, and we'll simply have a fabulous day together :) We live in a very dog-friendly community with walking trails, parks, the ocean, and a dog beach nearby that we love exploring with our visiting pals, (with owner permission of course). Also, an emergency pet hospital is just 5 minutes away if ever needed, though thankfully we have never had to use it.
About: I'm reliable, kind and trustworthy! What more could ya ask for? Animals are truly a gift to us and I would love to be able to help families when needed. I just moved from Detroit to Oceanside and although I’m at work most days, I would love to be able to use the little free time ensuring your pets can get the proper exercise, love and care needed throughout their day. I like to spending most of our time outside getting our steps in, enriching activities and soaking up all the love they are willing to give.
“It was clear from the moment we met Jordan, she has a love and compassion for animals. She immediately took the time to get to know Koda's personality, preferences, and routine, which made us feel comfortable leaving him in Jordan’s care. And Koda quickly became attached to Jordan so he didn’t mind at all that we were leaving. Throughout the time Jordan spent with Koda, we received regular updates and photos, which gave us peace of mind and allowed us to see how happy and well-cared for he was. Jordan truly went above and beyond to ensure Koda's comfort and happiness, from playtime and walks to cuddles and treats. Jordan’s attention to detail, reliability, and communication skills were outstanding. We returned home to a happy and content puppy, and it was clear Koda had been showered with love and attention in our absence. We wholeheartedly recommend Jordan to anyone looking for a caring and responsible person to look after their pets. Koda can't wait for his next visit with Jordan!!”

Alexandra is amazing! She's very professional and our cat kiddos took a liking to her immediately. Alexandra is a reliable cat sitter who took great care of Joey and Ramen. She was always on time. She even accommodated our multiple requests to check a few things at home while we were gone. Alexandra, you are very much appreciated! ❤️

Megan is absolutely wonderful. We know our kitty, Scoops, is always in good hands and well taken care of when we go out of town. It makes traveling so much easier knowing we have someone like Megan checking on him. Thank you for the wonderful care and peace of mind you provide. We appreciate you!!

Elle was so amazing! She took great care of my corgi, Titan, while I couldn’t be with him, and she was so easy to work with! She was kind, timely, and good with Titan, and she always left me with good reports, pictures/videos, and texted me if she ran into problems. Titan was thrilled to get to play with her, and she made him feel at home during my absence. I would absolutely hire her again! 😀

Luna is amazing!!!! I had a last minute family emergency and needed her to watch my cat for a few days and then ended up having to stay with my family longer and she had no problem accommodating and continuing to check in on my sweet Jojo. She sent me pictures and videos and my sweet baby looked so happy each time Luna came, I know she was treated with so much love and care I am SO thankful for Luna!!

Book this young lady, she is so good! My cat, Buddy, is very wary of strangers, especially if I’m gone, but it took only a short time for Buddy to warm up to Samantha. She was so patient with him and did not push him to come out of his hiding spot until he was ready. He did not miss a meal because of that patience. Within a short time, he was being very loving with her, which made me happy. She is punctual communicative and extremely reliable. Book her!

Absolutely fantastic drop in sitter for my cat. 100% recommend & she will remain my #1 choice when I go out of town. Her professionalism was my first impression. When she came to my apartment to get the key and meet my cat, she brought a notebook to keep track of all the info she needed to remember. My cat also decided it would be "funny" to play a game of hide & seek in my house while I was away. Victoria genuinely cared enough to check everywhere (including with neighbors) & even changed her schedule to find her just in case my cat had become lost outdoors. She notified me quickly about the situation and was fully transparent about what had happened. (Thankfully, my girl eventually came out of hiding when her name was called!) There are not enough genuine and trustworthy people in the world whom you could trust with your beloved pet but Victoria certainly is one of them!

Rachel was so professional and sweet with our Spencer! We could trust her to show up on time, give him the type of walk he needed, and see lots of cute pictures of their time together. I'll definitely be getting in touch with her again when we need any more puppy walks!

Chelsea was absolutely wonderful with Watson! She was attentive, thoughtful, and kept me updated so I never had to worry while I was away. It meant so much knowing he was in such loving and capable hands. I’m so grateful for her care and would recommend her a thousand times over. Thank you again!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment.
