It’s been awhile for outside sitting for our little guy because my dad usually watches him. But dad lives out a little farther so it was nice to find Danielle and Austin so close to us. I have a 600 sq/ft., one bedroom apartment with a fully enclosed and secured outdoor area that is approximately 250 square feet. I use the outdoor area primarily for short term potty breaks, but generally take larger dogs on walks rather than having them go in the outdoor area, to keep this area clean and sanitary.

A dog beach and walkable city area are nearby in addition to trails and parks, and we enjoy exploring with our visiting pals. As a professional photographer, I also often enjoy taking and sharing free, high quality photos of our furry friends, in addition to the usual updates with phone snaps that I send during our time together. It is our general rule to only care for one family at a time, so your pet will have the exclusive attention and focus while in my care, ensuring they feel safe, relaxed, and well cared for. Every dog is not just a dog but a member of the family. I understand every animal has their own personality and individual needs, and I would love to take care of, play, walk, and love on yours and hope to become their friend. I work mostly from home and love caring for dog friends on my available days. I only host pets from one family at a time to make sure each visitor receives the best care and attention during their stay with us. For walks or drop-in visits my schedule is quite flexible. If a pup is with me for the day we will likely do a good amount of walking and play, I'll ensure they are provided water and any other details for their care is followed, and we'll simply have a fabulous day together :) We live in a very dog-friendly community with walking trails, parks, the ocean, and a dog beach nearby that we love exploring with our visiting pals, (with owner permission of course). Also, an emergency pet hospital is just 5 minutes away if ever needed, though thankfully we have never had to use it.
About: I’ve always had a dog in my house, wether it be my own, or just one that happened to find their way in. I’ll always be the first to run over to my friends dogs and give them all the attention they need. in addition to this, I’m always the person they call if they need a pet sitter. I have a genuine love for all animals, but the most experience with dogs. I work a part time job for the summer and consider this my other job, but I’m pretty flexible and always willing to work something out so I can give your pet the time and attention they need! About: I have hands-on experience caring for dogs with very different needs and personalities, especially through my own dogs, Lu and Kaia. My senior dog Lu had a very particular personality and needed gentle, patient care and consistent routines to stay comfortable and happy.
