About: I’ve dog-sat since I was 7 for neighbors and grandparents, and I’ve had dogs my whole life. I truly love animals, especially dogs, with my whole heart. I’ve fostered 9‑week‑old golden retriever puppies until they were adopted. When I moved to Boise for college, one of the hardest parts was not having my dog with me every day, caring for dogs has always been a huge part of my life so I am excited to spend time with your dog! I just graduated from Boise State, so my schedule is very open right now! I have plenty of time to check in on dogs, take them for walks, and spend quality time with them. I live in an apartment with a small balcony and direct access to the greenbelt, which makes on-leash walks very easy! When caring for pets in a client's home, I follow each dog's normal routine, whether that is walks, playtime, feeding, and, of course plenty of affection! I like to incorporate outdoor time into our play, taking walks or playing ball in the yard. Mack is a very big dog, but he plays well with dogs of all sizes. I have a fenced yard and a sweet labrador to keep your dog company. I also have a big indoor playroom that provides enough space for your pet to chase a ball and burn some energy even in the worst weather. My dog Mack is crate trained and he likes to take naps in his crate when he needs a break from his new friends. If your dog also uses a crate, I have plenty of room to set it up, but being crate-trained is not a requirement for boarding with me. I try to keep dogs off the furniture, but I spend plenty of time on the floor playing with and snuggling Mack and our furry visitors.
