About: Hi! I’m Hazel, a senior in high school preparing to head to college. My mom is Patricia and she and I and family team to provide pet services, but I am the main person. I’ve grown up surrounded by animals my entire life, so caring for them comes naturally to me. I’ve had experience with all kinds of animals, including ducks, chicks, kittens, goats, pigs, and of course dogs. Right now, I have two dogs, Comanche and Chalko, who I’ve raised since they were puppies, as well as a kitten I helped bottle-feed after it was found at a very young age. Taking care of them has taught me patience, responsibility, and how to understand each animal’s unique personality and needs. I truly love animals and treat every pet like they’re my own. Whether your pet needs a fun, energetic walk, lots of attention and playtime, or just someone to make them feel safe and loved while you’re away, I’m here to help. You can trust that your pet will be in caring, reliable hands with me! I am at work from 8-4 generally, but have flexibility, and available outside of those hours. My daughters have other availability during the day around class schedules. I am home and available all day on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays and most holidays. I am home all day for full weeks during Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and Spring Break. I am home during summer months. I take dogs who are kennel trained and do not allow pets on furniture. I match my care to your loved companion's individual needs. Some dogs love being outside and running around, some love to lay on a dog bed by the fire. I understand some pets are older and need a gentle approach and others are high energy and need lots of movement and interaction. I take careful care that your pet is secured and not able to leave the property. I have a huge fenced yard and a field with ample space which allows your pet to in pet heaven! Its a fun time!

My anxious dog who has had experience away did great as well. Dyhlan made him comfortable and sent me updates with pictures and videos and cared for him when his anxiety made him nauseous. I grew up taking care of all creatures great and small including dogs, cats, horses, cows, goats, ferrets, snakes, and so much more and just retired from the role of surgical, doctor-specific technician with a a board-certified veterinary surgeon. I’m currently working part-time, so I will have lots of time available to meet, go on walkies with, and care for many new furry friends of all shapes and sizes. I have three dogs of my own and one very chill kitty who would love to make friends and play with your puppy dog. I also have a fenced backyard with lots of enrichment and plenty of space for a crate if need be and will provide daily pictures and updates on all of our adventures.
