“Meredith was very communicative and was great about giving me updates throughout the day! Really appreciated her helping me out even though it was a last minute request. Her dogs are super sweet too - Supai had a great time!”

“We put in a very last minute request for a sitter for our 2 dogs and Maddy happily accepted! Seamless communication, drop off, and pickup! Dogs were well taken care of for the few hours they were with her!!”

“My Jax had the best time at daycare and loved playing with Pam & Michael’s pups! I will absolutely book again in the future. They were communicative, flexible, and very kind.”

“Highly recommend! Kristen is the BEST! Lil Bear spent the day at her house with kids, dogs and cats and was welcomed and cared for with love!!!”

“Cannot recommend Erin and Cory enough. My first Rover experience and they made me feel so at ease. Perfect yard set up complete with pool, sticks to eat (ha), and a time out/shy dog separate area. They managed outdoor play time with rest breaks to manage the dogs in the heat. Play supervised but dogs allowed to romp. My mini golden doodle came home loved on, exhausted, and happy. They have such positive great energy the dogs respond to. Was a fantastic experience”

“Lori was absolutely wonderful. I was in town for a work trip and she removed any added stress by picking up and dropping off Brûlée each day — so I had all my focus on the work at hand. She shared update photos and kept me in the loop. The real indictor of how fantastic she is, however, was how excited Bru was to see her again after day one. I definitely recommend her!”

“Alisa is a wonder dog sitter! She took great care of our dog, and even went as far as giving her a bath after she got into something yucky. I’d recommend her to anyone!”

About: I come from a household of animal lovers who always adopted and housed feral animals. From dogs to cats to birds. For fun, I’ve always looked after friend’s pets when they were away. I work a job that allows me a lot of free time and I figured what’s a better way to spend that time that to go walk a dog here and there for some nice companionship. I live in a pretty secluded area that’s fenced off. I’m also pretty good at making sure pets don’t run out of the house if that were to be a possibility.

“We have enjoyed several doggy daycare days along with a week of boarding with Alex. She is great about sending updates and is very easy to communicate with. Lucy always has a great time and is excited to go back each visit. We highly recommend her and look forward to future daycare and boarding as well!”

About: I have worked in board and train schools, foster homes and I have been a pet documentarian for several years as well. It is within my nature to connect with animals on their level which seems to enable me to work, even with the most timid of dogs. I am a writer, so naturally my work time flexes with each assignment. I have an active lifestyle. Dog walking in particular is one of my favorite pass-times to clear my mind between work. I live on a spacious lot in northwest Boise with an enclosed back yard and nearby trails that I frequently walk or hike. With the nature of my work, I am primarily home or nearby at all times.

About: I’m a lifelong pet caregiver of dogs and cats. I’ve been fostering dogs of all sizes, ages, medical needs, and temperaments for 10+ years. I’m comfortable with all quirks, special needs, training, and medicines. If you give me specific instructions, I will follow them. I have a very flexible schedule so I am available most days and times. I can usually accommodate last minute needs and requests as well. I have a large fenced yard, other friendly pets, and a gas fireplace for those chilly mornings. I have crates, toys, and beds in just about every room.

“super flexible last minute. and my dog seems to love doggy daycare with Shannon!”

About: I grew up learning from multiple dog trainers and have been able to work with and own dogs/cats of all ages and breeds. I understand the importance of maintaining an animals health mentally and physically. This helps me to take care of pets that haven’t been away from their owners before or need special care. I work full time so if your pup can’t be left alone for at least 4 hours or is not house trained please consider someone that can accommodate your needs better. I currently work mornings and nights. I feed breakfast around 6am and let them go potty before and after. I work either 6:30am-1pm or 1pm-7:15pm. My husband has less of a set schedule so there will be days they’re only home alone for 4 hours, the longest is 8 hours. One, if not both of us, will be home all day on weekends. I do have a doggy door to the backyard to let them go potty all day. I promise to give your babies my full attention when I’m home. I love taking morning and afternoon walks. If they like the water, I live right by a river with great spots to jump in and cool off anytime, especially in the summer heat. I treat all dogs that come into our house as if they are our own. We have a fenced yard but I still have no problem going to dog park to get out all of their pent up energy. If we can’t make it to the park we’ll enjoy a walk around the neighborhood. I am slowly building my inventory of enrichment feeders and toys to give them some extra mental and physical stimulation.

“Peter and Lindsey took such good care of our pup. They were really easy to communicate with and were flexible with our schedule. They provided updates and photos throughout the day. 10/10 would recommend! Will definitely have them watch our girl again!”

“Marie has been caring for our lab, Mia, four days a week since she was 12 weeks old (now almost 11 months) and I couldn’t imagine anyone better! Mia is always happy to go to Marie’s house and loves getting to play with the other puppies she cares for. Marie is so sweet and caring and has been very helpful when Mia has gotten sick and needed special attention, medications, eye drops, and special meals. I don’t ever worry about her when she is at Marie’s. She is also very flexible about working with my and my fiancé’s crazy healthcare work schedules which we greatly appreciate! Thanks for all you do Marie!”

Koda gets excited to Elyse everyday so I know that she loves her which is very important to me! Elyse was also huge help in crate training Koda and now Koda loves her crate 💖! Can’t say enough about Elyse!!💗💗”
