“Our anxious rescue thrives in Rover homes with people who give out calm, chill energy—Cynthia was a great match! I highly, highly recommend her home to those caring for anxious pups who are looking for a quiet environment. She reads dogs well and responds well to them. Olive, their pup, shared her space well. It was a great experience for both Rio and us. We will absolutely book with her again.”

Julie F.

“My dog loved her stay at Julie's! Julie's updates and photos showed how happy my dog was in her care, especially during the multiple walks along the river! By the time she came home, she was totally worn out from all the fun and attention. Can't wait to book with Julie again soon!”

Alex O.

“We could not be more happy with Freyja's daycare experience with Meghan. We used to go to a traditional daycare and Freyja would try to follow me back out the door when I'd drop her off and would be frantic when I'd pick her up. With Meghan she is totally at ease and eagerly walks through the door. She has such a great time with the other dogs there and especially with Meghan's little boy. The pictures she sends make my day! It's like Freyja gets to be apart of their family when I'm at work and that gives me so much piece of mind.”

Autumn & Brian M.

“Fantastic dog day care experience! From the moment my dog arrived, it was clear she absolutely loved being with Autumn, Brian, and family. They are very caring in how they speak and interact with dogs, and I had peace of mind knowing my dog was getting all the love and attention she needs at Autumn and Brian's. We're looking forward to booking again soon!”

About: I grew up on a small ranch in northern Idaho where we cared for a variety of different animals and always had a “pack” of dogs around. I’ve been raising dogs my entire life and am very experienced with many different breeds. I love my fur baby and the more the merrier! I am a full time college student so my schedule is extremely flexible which I am grateful for because of the time it gives me to take my dog, Sammy, on adventures. I live close to the greenbelt so we spend a lot of time swimming in the river or hiking in the foothills where they can run free. Since the weather has started to warm up I have adjusted our daily walk to the late afternoon so they don’t get too hot. We love to take other dogs with us and incorporate them into our routine! I live in an apartment that is just a few hundred feet from the foothills so the majority of our walls are off leash hikes through the foothills. I maintain a temperate environment inside with access to multiple water bowls and the whole place is puppy proofed. Dogs are very loved in this home and welcome on the furniture and beds. We also have a large bin of toys and bones. In addition to my dog Sammy, we have two cats here but they are shy and typically hiding. When I’m in other peoples home I try my best to make sure the dogs are as comfortable as possible and stay in their normal routines.

About: Growing up we had all sorts of dogs and cats, and I was the designated sitter when a family friend was out of town. Now, I have a Great Dane, Lola, and two lovely cats, Leroy and Ozzy, who are basically my children at this point! I genuinely love all animals, and still dream of having a farm so I can have a little dog sanctuary. We currently work full time, 8-4. I live less than 5 minutes from work, so I can easily pop out for a walk or potty break! We’re home all weekend and have flexible schedules for boarding, check ins or walks. We have a fenced yard and a quiet neighborhood along with a dog and two cats to keep your pup company. We often go for walks, if your dog would enjoy that. We also believe that pets deserve a comfy spot to sit, so if your dog is a couch potato like ours, that’s no problem! If your dog is crate trained, we’re happy to crate them as well, you’ll just need to bring a crate! :)

“Awesome communication, tons of photos and videos. Also, Murphey boy is beautiful and so sweet. Thank you Alora, I would love to call on your services again when I’m in Boise. Nothing like a great peace of mind while working.”

Christina B.

Tess W.

“Tess is amazing! Responsive, kind, caring, organized, and always thinking of my baby Rosie’s best interest! I will definitely be visiting again—it’s the most fun Rosie has had in a long time!”

Tim D.
“Tim is a very responsible and caring parent. In the past, he regularly walked and cared for a small family rescue dog. When the family moved to a new home they added a golden retriever pup to the mix. Tim was the principal caretaker in raising this puppy. With his recent move to the Boise area he would be a great person to walk and share his love and affection for your pet!”

About: I have been fostering puppies and kittens for 3 years now. I’ve loved watching them grow, socialize, and learn tricks in the time I have them. I had two dogs of my own; one was a pit bull boxer that my family rescued from an abusive home. We gave her the love and attention that she deserved and she spent the rest of her life very happy. My other dog was a pug, he was solely my responsibility. I fed him, bathed him, played with him, and walked him. As he got older he became blind and deaf, I accommodated for his needs as they changed. I am currently in school part time on Tuesdays and Thursdays at NAU. My classes are from 11-3:15. I also work at snowbowl on the days that I don’t have school, on these days I am working from 7 am to anywhere from noon to 4:30. I like to follow the routine that the owner has in place to allow the pet to feel comfortable with what they know. If this means walking without a leash or using a crate then that is the routine I will stick with. I do not have a fence or backyard so I will primarily go to a park or a walk.

About: Hey there! Me and my girls always love company especially if it’s a furry friend. I have a massive fenced in back yard for your fur babies to play to their hearts content. My girls are pretty mellow but do like to play but I can always keep them separate as well. I have raised sky from a puppy and rescued luna from the shelter. We go to the dog park almost daily and can certainly bring your pups along for the fun if you would want. I do have kennels here if they are crate trained to sleep but if not they are welcome to share our furniture 😊 I currently work 4 ten hour shifts so I should have at least 3 days a week open to dog sit. My weekly schedule does change but I am also available after 5 pm on my work days. I have a huge fenced in yard with plenty of space for playing and exploring. My two girls love to make new friends and will definitely keep your pup(s) company while your away. I love animals and will make sure your fur babies get all the love and attention they can get while your away. I will send tons of videos/pictures so you don’t miss your babies too much and to show how much fun they are having!

Stephanie S.
“Stephanie cared for our Dane mix for an entire month at her home! She texted photos and updates regularly which gave our family peace of mind. She took care of him as if he were her own dog. She made sure that he adjusted well to a new environment and accommodated a meet & greet. He was a happy camper! I would recommend her services to other pet parents out there, and I would gladly hire her as a pet sitter again during our future travels.”

Brittany R.
“Brittany is the best!! Always there when she says she’ll be, and so kind. I wouldn’t trust anyone else. You will not regret hiring her!!”

“Sarah is my sister and has been a lover of all pets since the start. Every birthday she was asking for a new animal throughout our childhood she cared for rabbits, dogs, hermit crabs, cats, you name it. We were always around animals growing up and have a have strong love for them!”
