We appreciated that Natasha was willing to do a couple meet and greets before our trip to help Petunia get to know her. Also loved that Natasha sent regular updates and photos. We already have Natasha booked for our next trip.”

“I have never left my dog with anyone before and Phedre made the whole experience so easy and comfortable. She ended up watching 3 dogs this first time and I never had to worry. We got photos at least once a day and updates on what the dogs were doing. I will be asking Phedre to watch my dogs whenever I need to in the future with no question! “My husband and I are thrilled that we chose Kayla to take care of our dog, Theo, and house-sit for the week. This was our first time using Rover, and after interviewing over five candidates, we selected Kayla because she is warm, thoughtful, responsible, and truly goes above and beyond. While caring for Theo, she took him on walks, played with him, and provided him with constant attention. She even sent us daily updates with photos. During her stay at our home, she showed great respect for our space and left it in better condition than we had left it. When we returned home, we discovered that she had taken the initiative to wash the bedsheets and towels we provided her. Additionally, she left Theo a Christmas present and gave us a card with a personal note. She has earned our trust and gratitude. She can expect us hiring her everytime moving forward! “Ashlyn was amazing! She has great communication skills and was very attentive to our dog. She sent pictures and videos and our dog looked so happy while we were gone. Right from the meet and greet appointment, Shannon was so friendly and has such a calming presence that we felt confident they would be in good hands. She provided regular updates and photos, asked excellent questions before the trip to make sure she really understood our dogs’ routines and personalities, which really showed an added level of care and one of our dogs is older and Shannon did an excellent job getting him to take his medicines. We came home to a very tidy house, well-cared for pups and filled with appreciation for Shannon and all the things she did to that really went the extra mile. This was our first experience with Rover and we couldn’t be more pleased! Can’t wait to book Shannon for our future petsitting needs! ❤️”

“Martin is amazing! Hope adores him. She's an English bulldog and her little butt wiggles so much when she sees him coming to the door. My girl can be excitable (she's a rescue and loves all human touch) and this can make some people uneasy. Martin had no concerns and was incredible with her. He gave me several updates and pictures throughout the day which meant I could focus on my trip. I am a super picky do mon and I would definitely recommend and will definitely use again.”
