This was our first time using Rover, and after interviewing over five candidates, we selected Kayla because she is warm, thoughtful, responsible, and truly goes above and beyond. While caring for Theo, she took him on walks, played with him, and provided him with constant attention. She even sent us daily updates with photos. During her stay at our home, she showed great respect for our space and left it in better condition than we had left it. When we returned home, we discovered that she had taken the initiative to wash the bedsheets and towels we provided her. Additionally, she left Theo a Christmas present and gave us a card with a personal note. She has earned our trust and gratitude. She can expect us hiring her everytime moving forward! We have a deaf dog with dietary restrictions and Andrew demonstrates great patience with her and easily follows her feeding and medication protocols. When we had a senior dog, he made sure all of her needs were met, which was not always convenient. Regardless of any of your pet's peculiarities, I have no doubt Andrew will take good care of them in your absence.”

My French Bulldog Bodey can be difficult at times and he needs to warm up to new people in his life. Caroline gave him love and affection until Bodey finally gave in to her ways. Caroline showed patience and poise while watching him. As a pet owner who has a dog like Bodey, it put me at ease knowing he was in terrific hands. Bodey even had his "moments" with Caroline but she handled it perfectly. I trust Caroline full heartedly to take care of my two little guys. Lastly, Caroline took amazing care of my place while I was gone. It was spotless upon my return.”
