I have had cats and dogs as pets my whole life and have always had a passion for caring for them. I have 2 years experience in a boarding facility as well and being currently employed as a full-time veterinary technician. I can: - administer medications - handle anxious or nervous animals - keep up with puppy necessities as well as senior care - physically fit to walk or play animals and provide mental stimulation - clean up and not afraid of bodily fluids I am very passionate about animal care and committed to providing the best care for your fur babies!! Outside of work, I spend most of my time hanging out at home with my own 2 kitties who are the lights of my life!

Currently I have 2 cats that live in my apartment with me and they are very well taken care of (probably even a little too spoiled!) I don’t have a yard and cannot take pets into my apartment but I can stay in clients homes or do drop-ins. I am very trustworthy as I have worked in the veterinary field for 4+ years so I have lots of experience with patient confidentiality as well as pet care and experience. I am trained in animal first aid in case of an urgent situation as well as having access to high quality veterinary contacts. I am also comfortable with handling and calming nervous or anxious animals that might feel the need to act out at unknown circumstances

Sara handled our anxious ridden diabetic cat so well while we were gone. It was our first time putting the responsibility of blood glucose testing and insulin injections in someone else’s hands and Sara put our minds at ease while we were gone. Our kitty is not the easiest thing to put up with and we are so grateful for Sara doing it for us! We will definitely use her again!
Sara did a great job taking care of our dog Peri. She sent updates throughout the weekend and kept up with Peri’s medication schedule too.
Sara was communicative and did really well with our pups. We have a 6 month old puppy who is high energy so I know it took a lot of attention and energy.
Sara took wonderful care of our girls. She sent photos, texted us updates, and took good care of our home. Definitely will book again!
Sara is awesome! This was my second time booking with her, and she continues to be a wonderful sitter for my dog and two cats! I felt at ease knowing they’re in her care! Highly recommend!

Schedule
I’m currently employed full time as a veterinary technician so my daytime hours are limited. However, I can do overnight sitting in a clients home, occasionally check ins and walks for more self sufficient animals. I am free before 6:30 am after 7 pm Mon-Fri and have open availability most weekends. I can do drop-in appointments to give medications for more independent animals. I also offer at-home nail trims for cats and dogs that are okay with being handled and held. If this service interests you, please message me for more details.
