She was extremely communicative during the whole process, and our pups, who can be rascals, were always happy when she arrived. Hannah met with us before our trip to understand what we were looking for in terms of updates, and what was needed by each pup (one older dog and one hyperactive younger dog). On top of the great service she provided, she even went above and beyond expectations when we had an issue with our keyless deadbolt. Honestly we were blown away with her dilligence to still gain access to the house to make sure our pups were taken care of. We will certainly be reaching out to Hannah if we have any future needs to care for our furry family members.”
