Hi there, fellow pet lovers! I’m Cynthia, and I’m so glad you stopped by... I live in the beautiful North End of Boise and have been pet-sitting for years, caring for dogs and cats! Consider me your trusted ally who is dedicated to enriching your pet's daily experience while simplifying yours. I grew up with Saint Bernards, so handling large dogs is second nature to me. Our home was always full of animals—strays, rescues, and the occasional “foster fail” who became family. We made room for whoever needed it, and that mindset has stayed with me ever since. I’m comfortable with a full range of pet temperaments, whether they’re anxious zoomers or mellow seniors who just want a calm presence and some TLC. Got a skittish kitty? A bossy little lion? No worries, I speak fluent feline! With a background in cat enrichment and behavior modification, I have a knack for earning the trust of even the most standoffish and secretive cats. Whether your furry companion is shy, bold, or somewhere in between, I can read kitties well, and I always bring a calm, grounded energy that helps them feel safe and secure. I’m also borderline obsessive (in a good way) about secure entries and exits. If your pet is a known escape artist, trust that I’ll take special care not to let them out! Whatever kind of care your best friend needs, I’m happy to help with drop-in visits, walks, meds, belly rubs, playtime, you name it. Also, please ask me anything if you can't find it in my profile! I've lived a lifetime with pets and rescued animals, so for me they are family. I treat all living things with respect, understanding, and care. I'm always thinking ahead of potential scenarios when planning any outings, making sure I'm prepared with extra leashes, treats, and/or a strong understanding of an area and what to expect.

Schedule
I am recently retired early from the tech industry and now have time to give back to my community and neighbors! I'm available 7 days a week, and for overnights if needed and if the fit is right! Contact me anytime, and we can coordinate something that works, whether it's just hanging out with your pet or having a fun adventure!
