About: I believe that humans are no better than dogs. In the future, I would like to become a Veterinarian. I have had a lot of experience with dogs, including working at both dog daycares and veterinary clinics. I currently work full time at an animal hospital in the ER department, therefore I do well under pressure. In addition, I am used to seeing emergencies therefore I would be able to quickly to spot if something becomes an emergency. I am in school to become a veterinary technician and I am also working on my Master’s of Public Policy. Fun fact about me: I have a 4 year old GSP and she is my whole life, she is the reason that I love dogs. I will treat your dogs as if they were my own. I am usually pretty flexible depending on the time, so if it says I am unavailable, it may only be for a few hours therefore it is always worth a try to reach out and ask!! I have a friendly dog to keep your dog(s) company and I allow them on furniture as well. Oftentimes I will recommend for you to bring your dog’s toys or bedding so they feel more comfortable.

Amanda made sure he was comfortable and not moving (as the doc put him on bed rest) the entire day. Amanda was super communicative, sending regular updates. About: Hi! I'm Christina :) As a fellow animal lover and former dog mom, I know how much pets mean to us and how important it is for their care provider to ensure a safe and reliable experience. I have been a dog sitter for the past 10 years, frequently watching and walking dogs in my neighborhood. I've worked with all sorts of breeds, from little Min Pins, to high-energy Basenjis, to sweet Pitties, large Great Danes, and the special mixes of everything in between! I'm a big believer in keeping the owner looped in and offering peace of mind with photos and updates, so you can expect as much communication from me as you prefer! I have experience with: - Leash-training - Using special collars, harnesses, and leads - Giving medicine or health-related care - Teaching basic tricks and behaviors - But most of all, providing a safe and reliable experience for you and your pup I'm available for overnight boarding, and just ask that the request is made at least 2-3 days in advance so that I can plan accordingly (I split time between Manhattan and Westchester). Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions! I work from home on weekdays and typically have a few calls between 10-5pm, but am able to take breaks for walks between meetings. On the weekends my schedule is more flexible. I love going for long walks or hikes, so if your pup is high energy and would like to join I am happy to take them along! If boarding at my own home, I have space for your pup to lounge on the couch (or keep them off, if you've trained them to stay off furniture). If boarding at your home, I am happy to follow any rules you've set. Just let me know ahead of time.

About: I've had dogs as pets my entire life. I have a calming and at the same time alpha energy they respond to. I love dogs! I have a landscaping business and I’m a personal trainer, so I am very flexible and available. I live in Beacon with my wife, 2 dogs, 2 cats, and 2 kids—all pet lovers! We have a German Shepherd/Husky mix and a hound/mix—both rescues! We also have 2 cats, one with special needs. We can't care for your dogs in our house unless they get along well with other dogs, cats, and children. Happy to care for your pets in your own home.
